The Cutie Mark Cutters

Fluttershy

Previous Chapter

Fluttershy slowly climbed the stairs.  She was still cold from the rain and she had no idea why the girls would want her.  Even though she was tired and missed her animals, she continued to walk.  "Yes?"  With her hip she pushed open the cracked door and smiled at the girls sitting on Sweetie Belle's bed with a few drawings on the bed.  "Oh...  Did you want me to color with you?"

"Sorta," Apple Bloom explained and Sweetie's magic slammed and locked the door quickly.  Fluttershy recoiled at the slam and glanced around.  "How did you get your Cutie Mark again?"

"I've told you this story so many times."

"Well tell us again!"

"When I was a filly," she sighed and slumped closer to the ground, "I couldn't fly that well-"  With a shrill shriek she was hit on the back of the head and everything went black.  Though, when she opened her eyes, what she saw wasn't in the least bit right.  Her hooves were tied to each post of the bed and the drawings were being studied by the girls.

"So we just need to do something creative and hide the body?"

"I guess," Scootaloo mumbled and shrugged.

"Girls," Fluttershy snapped and looked around worriedly.  "This isn't a game, this is serious!  Let me go this instant!"

"What are you gonna do?"  The three girls glared at her.  "Scream again?  Rarity sound-proofed this room so she couldn't hear my singing or when I was playing."  That was exactly what Fluttershy did.  She screamed for Rarity as loud as she could and her long, pink bangs fell in her teal eyes.  Tears welled in them and she thrashed around to the best of her ability when she saw the glimmer of a shimmering knife.

"Apple Jack, help!"  She sobbed and looked down at the girls.  They drew something on her fur and they smiled at her.

"Tell us the story!"

"When I was a filly," she mumbled and trembled violently, "I couldn't fly that well."

"That's your first problem!"  Apple Bloom grabbed the scissors and snipped at her skin.  The feeling of the blade repetitively slicing deep into her skin made her cry harder.  "Don't be a wuss, Fluttershy.  It's just your wings!"

"What if we made these the ears?"  Fluttershy slowly glanced to Scootaloo, who held up two long feathers behind her ears.

"Good idea," Sweetie Belle concluded and Fluttershy squeezed her eyes shut of a sharp pain where the marker had been.  Her screams amplified when she opened her eyes to a long kitchen knife deep in her skin and finally her head lulled to the side where she fainted.

Fluttershy was awakened by water splashed in her face.  Or at least she thought it was water.  It was too warm to be water.  Her tongue licked some up by her instincts.  It had a horrible iron taste.  When she regained her vision, she saw her red stained fur and completely forgot to cry.  She knew her fate.  The room was upright now...  They had flipped the bed on its foot board so that she was dangling upright.

"It isn't fun when she doesn't cry."

"It'll be fun when we make something."  Scootaloo smiled up at her happily and bounded about the room.  "What's next?"

"W-What?"

"In the story!"

"I couldn't fly...  So then I fell down to earth-"

The ropes were released and her body fell limp the the ground where the girls made sure she was on her back and not moving.

"What now?"

"Then I saw a little animal..."  She cringed and er head fell back when the knife dug deeper.  The small filly sawed away, her skin limply flopping around as blood spilled over her body and onto the floor.  They flipped her on her back and she felt a few things fall out of place as they traced out the cuts on the other side.  "I want Angel..."

"We'll kill him later, Flutter, don't worry."  Sweetie Belle laughed as they returned her to her back.  She wallowed in her own blood and sobbed, clenching her teeth together as hard as she could, to the point she thought they would break out.  "What's wrong?"

"It hurts," she screamed and glared at the girls, shivering coldly.  The only thought that traced her mind was going home.  She tried to scream, but the girls glared at her and Scootaloo held her eyelids open.  "What are you doing?"

Sweetie Belle laughed as she grabbed them in her teeth carefully and yanked them out.  Fluttershy thrashed and screamed as her eyes dangled right there.  It was horrifying.  Then everything went black and she felt her blood running down her face after the girls took her eyes from her with a knife.

Looking around carefully, she tried to find out where they were, but the girls attacked her from both sides with knives.  She felt her Cutie Mark being scraped off and she kicked her hooves just softly, trying to hit them.  Until her body felt limp from a knife being driven deep through her throat.

"Fluttershy?"

"Hide her!"  Apple Bloom shoved the body into the closet and Scootaloo yanked the rug over the blood, while they hudded up under the bed.  The door cracked open to Applejack, who gave them a little smile.

"Ya'll a'right?"

"Just playing hide and seek."

"It smells horrendous in here-"

"Just Sweetie's new-"

"Perfume!"  The girls exchanged glances and grins, deciding it was good enough.

"A'right.  Mind if I play?"  Applejack was suspicious.  She slowly walked to the bed and stepped on the rug, gasping a little when red gushed through.  "A-Apple Bloom!"

"Get her."  Scootaloo grimaced when Sweetie shut the door and Apple Bloom jumped up to grab her hair, slamming her face into the floor as hard as she could.
