Death has been through many things. His decades of service to the Charred Council has left him hallow, unforgiving to anyone. That is true, with the exceptions of two things. The balance, as his job would entitle, is one such thing, for, he had put his ageless life in harms way thousands of times to preserve it. The other is his siblings. His sibling, War, is bound in front of the Council, pleading his innocence, but the three stone heads are not swayed by his words, keeping him bound to the hard, stone ground.

Caring so much for his brother, War, Death, the rider of Despair, set out to clear Wars crime of Exterminating the human race, even though it was not Wars fault in the slightest.

These events brings us to the present, were Death is confronting the Crowfather. Being fooled, Death was sent to another realm, unknown to the Charred Council.

The realm is the complete opposite of Death's life, being full of kindness and friendship. Will this atmosphere break his stone cold exterior, or will he stay the way he is?
