Great-Greatest Grandmother of Celestia

Twilight fell asleep at exactly 9:22 at night. She dreamed many things about playing with her inner Pegasus magic, but being able to fly along with her. It was desirable, so desirable for reality, that the alicorn wept in her sleep. It was painful losing a friend due to her own needs being strengthened by her own magical splitting. It put her in danger to have her magic outside her body.

Suddenly the dream of playing with her inner Pegasus faded, and she was met by a strange land of all things rainbow. But the colors were vibrant, more than an Element Of Harmony's beam. More than a Sonic Rainboom. More than anything. The ponies were bright, colorful, and was that... Earth Ponies delving into books? Unicorns controlling the weather AND self-levitating? Pegasi tilling the crops and succeeding? What was this place? It had more harmony, more than any place on the planet.

Twilight walked up to one of the vibrant townsponies and said "Excuse me, but where am I and at what time? I'm not sure if I badly bucked up a time travel spell or if I am dreaming.".

The pony replied with "Hello, you must be Princess Twilight Sparkle of the future. You're the one that is supposed to save us, to bring our souls back and bring them to peace. You must know the truth, go to our leader." The last part was said by the entire town. It felt like she had to  perform a time analyzation spell to figure out truthfully where she was. She performed it, and what she heard shocked her.

"2 Billion Years B.C."

Confused, Twilight ran and ran towards what seemed like a castle. She went inside right after she got to it, not bothering to knock. She found she was in front of a white Unicorn, that had a mane that was like Nightmare Moon's except it was... the colors of a sunset, or the break of dawn. And its horn was always changing color, from white to dark blue.

"Hello, welcome to my humble castle, I know what brings you here. You must know the truth, you must allow me to combine my soul with yours. This is what it was like before I had foals, foals of my own. Foals that had foals that had foals that had foals, and so on. This led to the birth of Celestia and Luna. But my kin are bottom feeders. It may seem like harmony in the Equestria you live in today, young Princess, but Alicorns... are actually not what they seem. There's no such thing as a real Alicorn, Twilight. Except you. You are the only TRUE Alicorn. I gave you that chance, because I couldn't bear to see any more of ponykind's magic stolen. But you... you and your pals... contain the last amounts of pure harmony. Your harmony cannot be fed on. Your magic is never truly gone. However, Celestia and Luna only use the magic of their citizens to remain godesses and protect themselves from the ending of our universe. But by destroying them, you can return this to the land. The ponies, every last one, upon death, will explode out and radiate all of their magic all over the land. I made a mistake bucking a stallion. Having kids. My kin took this magic and placed it in the Tree Of Harmony for personal use, they fed on it. They used it to        defeat any evil less powerful than it.  " the Unicorn rambled on.

"I, Twilight Sparkle, agree to you fusing your soul to my body, in order to restore true harmony... I knew about the ponies dying part, yeah, but did you have to include the part about making love to a stallion?" Twilight replied.

And  with a whoosh of winds and magic, the Alicorn found herself awake in her bed. She walked downstairs to watch television because she had awaken at 2 AM and didn't really wish to go back to bed.
