The Trotting Dead is a written story inspired by AMC’s The Walking Dead, and Hasbro’s My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. All rights to the world of this story belong to Hasbro, the areas as well, save for some created by the fans of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. All characters in this story are Original Characters, meaning that while based on the show itself, was not created, is not owned, nor endorsed by Hasbro Inc..

This story also has no relation to the audio-picture series started by the youtuber “TheTrottingDead”, nor any other stories or groups of similar or same title. If there’s any issue at all, you may contact me, and we will figure out where to go with it.

Chapters are on no specific release schedule. Due to academics, my time is limited to certain times, leading me to not be able to constantly be working on this. Inquiries into the release of a new chapter will be ignored, however I’d appreciate seeing comments regarding interest into this story. The more support there is, the more I’ll feel like continuing it.

Lastly, I encourage you to point out any and all errors within this story. I may not get to read every comment, but any that I do I will look into, and correct. I want this to be as enjoyable for you to read, as it is enjoyable to be able to create a world similar to these two great shows. Being as this is my first serious writing, I want to do the best I can!

Story Details-A young lad by the name of Raven has recently fallen to what appears like a heart attack, attributed to the amount of stress that has been on him for a time. After a few days though, it appears he was put into a comatose-like state through some unidentifiable method. As a strange sickness starts to plague Equestria, the reason for this state wasn’t able to be focused on, and thus he stayed in this state when everything started going downhill. Eventually, a pony by an unidentified name, who was a friend of Raven's, had to escape, as the town was being overrun by the trotters. Where will Raven end up? Will the survivors of this land find out what happened and stop it? Or will all die trying? Find out, in this story of, The Trotting Dead.
