Donut Joe gets injured in a freak accident and has to go to the hospital. When he wakes up he is told he must stay there to recover. This wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that his creativity is gone. Joe goes into a depressed state and is unable to make any new donuts. His lifelong dream and calling seem pointless to him now that he can no longer do what he was born to.

The nurse caring for him tries to comfort him. After opening up to her he feels a bit better. It's not until he leaves that he is able to get back to doing what he believed he loved the most. Everything is fine for a while, but what is this feeling he gets when his nurse comes to check up on him? After talking to her at his shop he can't stop seeing her and talking to her. Is he ready for a new dream?
