That is all that Ruby felt pain.

Ruby told Queen Chrysalis that it would be a bad idea with the elements there and told her to wait till they were out of the city, but she didn't listen. Well of course she wouldn't listen to a lowly nymph like her. When they invaded they got completely decimated, at the end of the invasion they got blown away from some kind of blast.

Now, Ruby was alone in a field bleeding horribly, one of her wings were broken, she couldn't move and worst of all...

Ruby couldn't disguise herself.

Leaving her to the mercy of any pony that came across her. Ruby closed her eyes let out a sigh and waited for death to come.

Ruby woke to a soft clopping of hooves coming from the distance, she opened her eyes and saw a lime green pegasus with a mane the color of a apple. The pegasus had a cutiemark of a chefs hat with a knife and a spatula through it. The pegasus tried to talk to her but Ruby couldn't hear him.

"I.. I can't hear you.." She said weakly trying to stand but interrupted by the pegasus picking her up and putting her on his back. Ruby yelped but didn't struggle knowing she would be at a guard station in moments. The last thing Ruby saw before backing out from blood loss was a house with a green outside.
