Rainbow Dash burst through the castle's front door, crashing into a shiny crystal wall. Twilight sighed and looked up from her book.

"What is it Rainbow?" Her Pegasus friend waved a piece of paper in her face.

"Ponyville's in charge of getting water up to Cloudsdale again! We barely made it last time, what if it isn't any better this year? What are we gonna do?!" Twilight just smiled and pulled a book off the shelf. She put the book on the table in front of Rainbow.

"A rule book? Ponyville's reputation's in danger and you want me to-"

"Turn to page 394." Rainbow groaned and flipped open the book. She read the page, a grin slowly spreading across her face.

"We can call in ponies to help us? This is the best!" Rainbow Dash did a victory lap around the room. "I'm gonna send a letter to Cloudsdale right now!" She zoomed out the door.

One week later, Rainbow was napping on a cloud.
