It was the last day of Spring and every pony was excited for summer weather to arrive. Nothing but clear skies, and balmy days. Rarity was busy working on her summer line of clothing that she made every year, to keep up with the fashion trends. Flutter shy was preparing her animal friends for the hot days ahead. Pinky Pie was preparing for the summer rush, because no pony could bake like her, and many tourist ponies travel to PonyVille for her and the cake’s cakes. Rainbow Dash lazing in the clouds instead of working as usual. “Hey who you calling lazy?” Rainbow asked, “Well obviously you Dash” Said Time Turner, “why I outa!” Rainbow punches Time Turner in the arm “OW the bloody ‘ell you do that for R.D? I’m trying to write a story”, “Well why don’t you go write it somewhere else!?!” Rainbow replied angrily “I was about to before you punched me in the Foreleg. Good Day!” Time Turner stormed off with his Quill, Parchment, and Ink. “now where was I? ah right”. Apple Jack Working hard in the orchards to supply the town with apples. Princess Twilight Sparkle most likely going to be reading books all summer… “you got that right Time Turner” Twilight Said, “as I thought” Time turner said.

“Now I know what you’re thinking “where is this story going?” well this story is a story of romance between to likely and kind of ignored ponies so without further ado here it is!”

It was a warm summers day in the middle of July and Vinyl Scratch, was walking home with some new Techno CD’s and, some Rare Classic Rock Vinyl records. “Ah yeah Can’t wait to Pop these Bad Foals into my Laptop!” she said as she reached the door step of her house. As she opened the door she was met with a familiar site. Her messy living room that was covered with a makeshift carpet of old cloths, and the walls were covered with Posters from rave parties that she had been to and, ones shed DJed  at. The only clean spot in the room were the table, the desk where her laptop sat and her Turn Tables. “I should consider cleaning this room up it’s a total mess.” Just then there was a knock at the door, “Come in its unlocked.” She said as she levitated her saddle bags off with her magic. Vinyl turned around to see the gray mare walk through the door and politely close it behind her. “hello there Vinyl” said Octavia. “Hey Tavi” Vinyl said in a monotone voice. “what’s wrong Vinyl? Come on tell Tavi all about it.” Octavia said as she reached Vinyl’s black leather couch and, patted next to her for Vinyl to come.

“Tavi I’ve been thinking…” Vinyl said with her head down “and I have something that I want to tell you Tavi…” “Yes what is it Vinyl?” Octavia said with notes of curiosity in her voice. “Tavi I like you and all but I don’t think I’m ready but, as Anju waited for Kafei to return to fulfil his promise to her, I will wait Like Kafei and come for you when  I’m ready” Vinyl said. “Vinyl I know how you feel and, I feel the same way but, I know that you’re ready and know that I will be your Anju and wait for you until the end of time, because…” Octavia said and they both spoke at the same time “Because I love you!” and at that moment they realized that they were both meant for each other, and embraced each other for a while until Vinyl broke the hug. “But Tavi why didn’t you tell me sooner?” Vinyl asked. To which Octavia Replied “because I thought you wouldn’t feel the same way” and from that day forth they lived with each other and composed many pieces for various occasions for the end of summer.

“well kind of short but yes so I hope you Phillies and Colts enjoyed my story and next time I hope to go longer but I must go for another adventure awaits.” Dr. Hooves said.
