//-------------------------------------------------------// Nevermore -by WonderShy101- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Forgotten Lore //-------------------------------------------------------// Forgotten Lore The Nevermore forest is a place where their is no future. A place where time stands still while the season move past it. The forest is full of nature, mountains, river streams, animals, possibly everything nature related all packed in into one. The Nevermore is in true harmony, where nothing bad happens all. It's paradise one would say, if you haven't been their since birth. Out of all the things nature can have, their is one that stands out. Although a carnivore, he does not scare the animals whom he had known since he was born... Relic knew for a fact that their was something out there, he just knew it. Being separated from that vast world burdened his mind, and his dreams. At this point in time he knows that this place he calls home is like a prison, a chamber where... Gets a little bit boring as the years go by. He doesn't know exactly how long he's been there, nor he knows who put him here in the first place, but all he knows it this: Two chains on his back right leg, and an unseen force that keeps him from ever leaving. The animals can leave, for sure they can, but he can not. He found this, as he calls it, a hidden power inside while sitting on top of a lone tree, looking at the sky empty of clouds. Here he saw a rainbow, not a streak, but a rare and radiant blast of energy that knock him off his hooves, sinking him into a hole full of books. Those full of stories that fueled his mind with knowledge of the world hidden to him, and at that point, he would find a way to the other side. One book was dark colored, old and tearing apart, full of age as he can tell. Animals surround him and made sounds as he read, and pondered about these 'ponies.' A word which he has never heard of gave him the idea that he a one as well. Another, which represents no future time and never again. He only uttered that single word which stuck with him... "...Never...More?"
