Description: A millennia before the Megaspells left Equestria scared and broken there was another war. It war between the Goddesses over the very havens themselves, known as the Celestial Civil war. In order to take control of the moon, Celestia gave up the power to create rainbows. The ponies of Equestria could not handle this sacrifice and demanded the pegasi to find a solution. So, they build a machine. The machine did its foul job up until the first Balefire bomb obliterated Cloudsdale. Now Shooting Star has accidentally stumbled upon the Enclave’s Project Oz and the new Rainbow Factory.
