We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter.Chapter 2: Meeting some new friendsCody and Rex stood in line, looking to the choices of food. It looked much different than what they normally ate. "What'cha gonna get, Cody?" Rex asked in a playful tone. Cody didn't respond, causing Rex to sigh while grabbing a food known as a 'hot dog'. "Listen, Cody. I'm not the one who killed you. Heck, I would've been fine if you didn't die. I could've done fine on my own." Cody looked to Rex. "So you didn't call in Kix to kill me, and join you?" Rex looked to Cody suspiciously, grabbing a bottle of water. "You didn't kill yourself? Kix did?" Six figures were approaching the clones, yet they didn't notice. "Yeah. Kix comes in, all confused. I tell him that I didn't kill you, yet he says to Lord Vader that I executed you! It pretty much escalated from there..." Rex felt a light tap on his shoulder. He turned around, seeing Sunset and five others. "Oh.... Hey Sunset." Rex said, looking to Cody. Sunset smiled, Cody looking to Rex strangely. He rolled his eyes. "I'll let you two catch up. Once you guys are done, we need to have a talk of our own." Cody said, scowling at the girls. Rex stopped him. "If you need me, here's a comlink." Rex said, handing the comlink to Cody. He walked to a table, and sat by himself. People eyed him and the scar on his forehead, which he showed no emotion to. "Does your brother have any friends?" Sunset asked, looking to him. Rex looked to her. "He just has a bad temper. I might've said a trigger word." Rex said, scratching the back of his head. Sunset shook her head. "Anyways, I would like to introduce you to some friends, Rex." He waved to the five girls that were standing behind Sunset. "It's a pleasure to meet you. My name's Rex." The one with the rainbow hair started examining him. "Do you work out?" She asked with a tomboyish voice. He chuckled. "Pretty much. I have to keep myself fit in some way." She put her hand out, and Rex shook it. "The name's Rainbow. Rainbow Dash." He smiled at her. "It's great to meet you." She blushed. "Oh... It's nothing." He directed his attention to the one with white skin. She looked at him, a sly smirk on her face. "It's rude to stare, darling." She said, breaking the trance. He shook his head. "Sorry... I sort of lost focus there." She nodded in understanding. "That's what ALL of the boys say. Anyways darling, my name's Rarity. It is definitely a pleasure to meet you." He nodded, putting his attention towards the pink haired one. She had bright yellow skin, along with cyan eyes. She hid behind her hair. "Her name is Fluttershy. She's a very kind person once you get to know her." Sunset said, speaking for Fluttershy. Rex looked to her in admiration, but quickly transitioned his attention to the one with the hat. She had blonde hair, along with orange skin. "Howdy there, Rex. My name's Applejack!" He halfway smiled. "Pleasure to meet you, Applejack." She winked at him. "Just call me AJ." He nodded, and looked around, trying to find the last girl. "I could've sworn that there was one more...." He said, putting his hand to his chin. "I'm sure that you and your brother could meet her in the gymnasium!" He looked to Cody, who stood up, walking over to a trash can. In his hands were an empty paper plate, and a crushed water bottle. He turned on his comlink. "Hey Cody?" Cody looked over to Rex, an irritated look in his eye. "We should get going. These lovely ladies have something to show us." They each (except for Fluttershy) blushed. Sunset smiled to Rex, him smiling back. Cody rolled his eyes, and turned on his comlink on. "I'm not horny, Rex. Ask someone else." Rex sighed. "Not in THAT kind of way. They literally have something to show us." Cody looked to Rex, as Sunset examined the device in his hand. It had a circle, which was green at the moment, and a few lines across it. ".....fine. I'll go with you, but we need to have a talk after this. A REAL talk. And I don't mean 'A walk in the park'. Man to man in boxing. Last time I took it easy on you. This time, you will wish you were 99. Let me get some things read-" Rex turned his comlink off. "I'm afraid that Cody won't be attending." Tears grew in his eyes, yet he held them back. Why did Cody have to mention 99? That was incredibly disrespectful to a..... Hero like him. "Are you okay, Rex?" Sunset asked him, noticing that he was internally wounded. He put on a straight face. "Yes, I'm fine. Let's head out, shall we?" He replied, gesturing Sunset to lead the way. She nodded and led the group out the doors. "Let me get some things ready and I'll follow you guys. Okay?" Cody didn't hear a response. "Rex? Are you still there?" No response. He turned around, seeing Rex and the six girls, halfway out of the cafeteria. Rex shot him a disappointed look, causing him to stay put. Just then the bell rang and it was free period for everyone. People started standing up, and walking out of the large space. Soon, all that was left, standing there, was a very sad Cody. Author's Note I just want to make it clear that: I write this all in one sitting. Then, I skim the chapter for errors. Then, I post it. Simple as that. That's also why there are two updates in one day. Anyhow, thanks for reading. Remember to like, comment, and follow. I will see all of you troopers later. Chapter 3: IDSRex stepped into a very dark gym. No lights were on. He looked around as the six girls stepped to the side. "Umm..... I'm not sure if we are in the right place." Rex said, trying to find his way around. A voice boomed, causing Rex to flinch. "You're in the right room, silly!" He looked around, a mixture of confusion and fear on his face. So,etching whooshed behind him. He stood completely still, in a fighting stance. He looked around, trying to predict the enemies next move. Just then, bright lights flickered on. Rex closed his eyes. "SURPRISE!!!" Six girls, wearing party hats yelled. They threw confetti on him, taking him by surprise. "Wait..... What?" He looked around, seeing banners and party decorations. He barely made out what the banners said, but he could tell that it said 'Welcome', due to their writing being similar. "Are you surprised?!" Asked a pink haired girl. She had pink skin and a very energetic smile. "I.... Am." She had an extremely wide grin on her face. So wide, it didn't look humanly possible. "I'm Pinkie Pie! I throw parties and blahblahblahblahblah!!" Rex liked this girl already. She reminded him so much of..... Hardcase. He started to grin at the thought of Hardcase. "You guys did this for me and Cody?" Rex asked. They each nodded. He brought out a full on smile. "Thank you so much...... Now....." He looked to them. "Who's ready to party?" Appo stood in front of the IDS (Imperial Dimensional Shuttle), which was only a prototype. All he needed now was some form of pure energy. He felt a tap on his shoulder. "Sir, Admiral Trench ordered you to the bridge, effective immediately." A fellow Stormtrooper said. He wore the new test armor for 'Phase Three'. Appo put the holopad down. "Understood." He said, walking away from the IDS. On the bridge. "Do you remember that time, Skywalker? When you tried to kill me on my ship? You were very close, weren't you?" Darth Vader didn't respond. "The past is now behind us. We should look towards the future, shouldn't we?" Vader still didn't respond. "Ani, I know you can hear m-" Vader brought Trench up in a force choke. "Anakin Skywalker is dead. I never want to hear that name again, do you hear me Trench?" The doors to the bridge opened, revealing Appo, carrying two mugs of hot cocoa. "I got your favori-" He looked and saw Trench in the air, gasping for breath. "Am I...... Interrupting something, Lord Vader?" The dark lord released Trench, leaving him on the ground, gasping for air. "I will be in my quarters if you need me." Darth Vader said in a monotone voice. Trench stood up, quickly recovering from the force choke. "Wait, Vader. Where is your other Lightsaber Crystal?" Vader looked to Trench. He threw something at Trench. "That one belonged to the Jedi Master Mace Windu. Use it." He said, walking out of the room. Trench picked the crystal off of the ground. "Marvelous....." He said, looking at the crystal's beauty. Appo walked over to Trench. "I got your favorite, Trench." He said, handing him a mug. Trench grabbed it with one of his cybernetic arms. "Thank you commander Appo. That isn't why I called you here though." Appo took off his helmet and put it to the side. "I see. What is it that called me here?" Trench looked out the bridge. "Our prototype of the IDS calculated..... Two clones in a different dimension, am I right?" He asked, while taking a sip of his hot chocolate. "Oooh, Cinnamon!" Appo looked to Trench, shaking his head. "I don't believe that sir. It's only a prototype! I-" Trench cut him off in the middle of his sentence. "Now, Appo. Two clones killed themselves today, didn't they?" Appo nodded. "Who were the clones that the radar detected?" Appo sighed in defeat. "The two clones who killed themselves....." Trench nodded while stroking his fangs. "Coincidence? I think not. I believe that a force sent them to the other dimension. It carried their souls to this other dimension. What would it be called, Appo?" Appo took a sip of his hot chocolate. "It was named 'Sector-5781', but was nicknamed 'Earth'." Trench nodded. "Now, we have to bring them back. Show them true justice. I want you to get ten functioning commando droids ready, along with Kix. If we are attending this mission, I will need my medications." Trench said, giving Appo the Lightsaber Crystal. "You can't be serious, Admiral! For all we know, we could die during dimensional travel!" Trench had a sad look on his face. "It is a sacrifice worth making......" Rex sat down looked to the new food in his hand. The girls called it a 'Cupcake'. He looked at it in suspicion. "Well, are you gonna eat it?" Sunset asked. He looked to it. "Yeah, I just..... I've never had one before." The girls all gasped. "You've never eaten a CUPCAKE before?!" Pinkie literally screamed. Their mouths were agape. "Um.... Quick question. What country are you from?" Sunset asked. Rex stood up straight, placing the cupcake down on the table. "I'm from Kamino, if that's what you're asking." She looked around, seeing that none of the girls had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. "Never mind. I'm not from around here." He said. They looked to him suspiciously, but Fluttershy didn't. She looked outside the door, seeing Cody. "Should I eat the cupcake now?" Rex asked, the girls nodding in response. Fluttershy tapped Sunset on the shoulder. "I have to go.... to the restroom." She whispered in Sunset's ear. "Okay. Just hurry back, okay Fluttershy?" She nodded and headed out the door. "Where's she going to in such a hurry?" Rex asked. Sunset shook her head. "She's a terrible liar. I think she also noticed your brother passing by. She probably went to talk to him." His pupils shrunk. "Oh no...." Author's Note Well, here's another chapter! I used the same process as last time. Also, for those who say Trench is dead..... This is an alternate universe baby!!! No inhibitor chips, or Ahsoka Tano. This is an Alternate Universe. Anyways.... Smiles! Chapter 4: A talk in the libraryCody walked into the library, seeing students and teachers reading silently. Some of them were on the computers, playing games and researching. He walked up to the teacher at the desk, who was reading a newspaper at the moment. "Excuse me?" She didn't respond. "Umm.... Mrs.....?" She looked up to him, irritation on her face. "It's Cheerilee. How can I help you?" Cody cleared his throat. "My name is Cody. I was wondering if I could maybe.... Use a computer?" She nodded. "You can just use them. You don't have to ask." He nodded. "Thank you, ma'am." He said, walking towards a computer. She looked at him as he walked to the nearest computer available and sat down. "Cody...." She said to herself, before continuing to read her newspaper. Fluttershy walked down the halls, and was at the door of the library. She saw Cody sitting at a computer. She walked in, hoping to not be noticed by Cody. Cheerilee looked to her. "Oh, hey Fluttershy!" She said. Cody turned around, seeing..... Nobody. Cheerilee stared at him. "Delinquent...." Cody said to himself, returning focus to the computer. Cheerilee looked down to Fluttershy, who was currently hiding behind her desk. "What's wrong, Fluttershy?" Cheerilee asked in a soothing voice. Fluttershy looked up to Cheerilee, who had care in her eyes. "I can't let him see me...." She replied in a very low voice. Cheerilee looked to Cody and back to Fluttershy. "Do you mean Cody? Why can't you let him?" She looked around the corner, seeing Cody staring at the screen. "I'm..... spying on him." Fluttershy admitted to Cheerilee. She only got paid back with a confused look. "Why would you be spying on him?" She asked, Fluttershy shaking her head. "I just need to talk to him. I don't know how!" She exclaimed. Cheerilee shook her head while returning to read her newspaper. "I can't help you, sweetie. You just have to conquer your fears." She said, now giving her complete attention to the newspaper. Fluttershy sighed, just as Trixie came in. Fluttershy immediately stood up, walking toward the book shelves. Trixie noticed though, and started towards her. "Nothing...." Cody said, closing the window of his computer. There was nothing on the database on 'The Republic' or 'The Empire'. Heck, it didn't even know what astromechs were. This planet had no idea of what was out in the rest of the universe. Cody opened another window seeing some news. "Fierfek....." He said, reading it. He stood up, heading towards Cheerilee. "Excuse me?" She sighed, putting a smile on her face. "Can I help you?" She asked putting her newspaper down. She saw it was Cody. "Oh, hey Cody. Fluttershy wanted to talk to you. Anyway, why do you need?" Cody looked back, seeing a blue and white haired girl picking on a pink haired girl, who was trying to ignore her. "Umm..... I have a questio-" He was rudely interrupted by the white and blue haired girl. "You don't ignore the Great and Powerful Trixie!! Do you understand?!" The pink haired on whimpered. Cody facepalmed. "Excuse me over there! Can you take this somewhere else?" He asked with a polite tone. The blue girl had a smirk on her face. "Sure we can. Let's go!" She said, dragging the yellow skinned girl out of the library. Cody turned back around to Cheerilee, who stared at Trixie in horror. "Isn't it your job to STOP whatever's going on?" Cody asked. Cheerilee nodded in response, but a sad look grew on her face. "I can't stop her, or she'll reveal my secret. I don't really think that would be a good idea......" She said in a soft voice. Cody suddenly gained interest. "Who would that be? I promise not to tell anyone." He said in a soothing voice. She looked him in the eyes, and only saw honesty. She knew that it would be safe with him. "Well...." He leaned closer to her as she whispered it in his ear. "I see. I promise to make sure that never is revealed." She nodded, smiling to him. He smiled back, but soon returned to a straight face. "Also, I have another question." He cleared his throat. "What is the 'Changelings?'" Cheerilee looked around, everyone staring at a book or computer. "They're a terrorist organization. One of their bases are stationed here, in the city of Canterlot. Each week, they come and....." Tears grew in her eyes as the doors to the library kicked open. "We already have our girl. Where's our boy?" A man with a gun asked. The second one threw the yellow skinned girl on the ground, pointing his pistol to her. Tears were slipping out of her eyes, falling to the ground. A third man came in, a whip in his hand. Cody walked towards them. "Someone has the courage to come and face us?" The one with a golden bandana asked himself. "Who authorized you to come here?" Cody asked, taking the comlink out of his pocket. The piece was already in his ear, so he pressed the button, turning it green. "The authorization is us, killing you. Do you even know who we are, boy?" The one who pointed the pistol to the girl asked. Cody looked into their green eyes. "I know exactly who you are. A terrorist organization." The one with the whip raised it, about to try and hit Cody. Cheerilee started to dash over to him. "Wait!! Cody!!" She finally reached the boy. "I'm sorry that you were so..... Rudely interrupted. Now, please choose your boy and leave." She said, dragging Cody out of the way. Three of them stared at him, but the leader put his hand up, causing them to halt. "Let's not choose him. He's a bit too tough......" They focused their attention on a blue haired guitar player. "Wait.... No! Not me! Please!" He begged as they grabbed his arms. He looked down in defeat as he was dragged out of the room, along with the yellow skinned girl. "Be prepared for next week...." The one with the golden bandana said, walking out of the room with the two teenagers..... Author's Note Oh goodness! The Dazzlings, Trench, The Changelings Oh my! (reference) Anyways, do leave a like, fav and comment. Bye guys! Chapter 5: Secret missionRex listened to this conversation between Cody and the terrorists, leaving the girls to party. Finally, the bell rang, signaling that it was time to go home. "Well, I'll be! I haven't had that much fun since.... Ever!" Applejack admitted. Pinkie quickly started to clean up the decorations, seeing Rex. He was sitting down, frowning. Sunset noticed too. "Ummm.... Rex? Is something wrong?" She asked with a caring voice. He nodded. "I may have some bad news about your friend Fluttershy, girls...." His voice deepened as the girls looked to him, worried looks in their eyes. Even Pinkie stopped smiling. "I overheard a conversation between Cody and some terrorists, using my comlink." He said, each of the girls gasping to this. Sunset looked down. "They finally started picking US off....." Sunset said, tears growing in her eyes. "Aye. They grabbed Fluttershy, along with some dude with blue hair." Sunset covered her mouth. "Flash....." Tears trickled out of her eyes, as the girls stared. Rex looked to Sunset, then back to his comlink. He got an idea. "Girls, I need you to stay here. Me and Cody have something to do." He said, standing up. Sunset looked up to him. "Now you're gonna leave us here?! What's up with us not coming?!" She yelled. Rex turned around. "Listen, I know that you're just mad right now, but you need to calm down. If me and Cody aren't back in 7 rotations, we're probably dead." He said, walking out of the room. Sunset looked at the door, which Rex locked from the outside. She fell to her knees, crying. Rex ran through the hallways, turning on his comlink. "Cody? You still there?" He asked into the comlink. A static was heard, until Cody finally responded. "Yeah, I'm here. What are we gonna do, Rex?" Rex finally found his locker. He opened it, using the code that the principal gave him. "We need to gear up. I have your armor in my locker, along with our blasters. I also found a knife in my backpack, so that might come in handy." He said, looking into the locker. On the top were two helmets, obviously being his and Cody's. "I'm looking up the coordinates for their base. It is actually pretty close by. Only a klick away." Cody said, Rex grabbing the backpacks and helmets. "Okay. We're going to do a Stake Out tonight. When the time is right, we go in for the kill." Rex said. He ran to the changing rooms. "Meet me in the changing rooms. I have your armor." Rex said, opening the door. "Alright. I'm almost there." Cody said, turning his comlink off. Rex and Cody walked out of the changing rooms, full Phase II armor on. "I'm glad that we don't have Phase III's. Those are UNCOMFORTABLE, especially when they did the fitting!" Cody said, stretching out. He looked at his harm or and it looked..... Brand new. No scratches or dirt marks. He looked to Rex, seeing his brand new armor. "Looks like we're shinies again, Cody." Rex said, looking at Cody's armor. Cody nodded. "Reminds me of the good times....." Cody said, remembering serving on the front lines with Obi Wan. He suddenly remembered Order 66, causing him to sigh. "Hey, the past is in the past. I'm sure that Obi Wan forgives you...." Cody nodded. "Right. We need to focus on the future. And the future is taking down this Terrorist Organization." He said, looking to Rex. Underneath his helmet, he smiled. "After we're done, we should get a drink, eh brother?" Rex asked. Cody chuckled, and began to walk. "I prefer to remain sober." Trench stood in front of his new ship. It looked marvelous. "It reminds me of our old Seperatist Shuttles..." He said under his breath. It was true. The design was the same, along with the paint job. All that was different was the Insignia. "Sir, I found ten commando droids. We reprogrammed one as a commander." Appo said, Ten functioning commando droids standing behind him. They each wielded a vibro sword and blaster. The one that was commander had a different paint job from the rest, so Trench could tell which was it. The commander looked to Trench. "It is an honor meeting you sir." He said in a monotone voice. Trench stroked his fangs. "Just don't get in my way. Now, board the ship. Are the engines prepared, Appo?" Commander Appo nodded. "Good. Get Kix and let us leave." He said just as Appo was tapped on the shoulder. He looked behind himself, seeing Jesse. "Sir, I've been ordered to come with you on this mission." Jesse said. Appo looked at him strangely. "Who authorized it?" Appo asked. Jesse stood at attention. "Lord Vader, sir." Appo shook his head. "At ease." Jesse stood normally. "If he authorized this, then I'm fine with it. Just get Kix, and we'll be ready to go." Jesse saluted and ran in the opposite direction of Appo. "Three months can change you, can't they?" Appo asked himself under his breath, reminding him of the Jedi temple massacre. He looked down at his legs, remembering the pain..... "Appo!" Trench called. He suddenly ran to him. "Yes, my lord?" He asked. Trench stroked his fangs. "Get the engines started. We are now to leave....." Cody and Rex were on the ground with helmets off, stomachs flat. Cody looked through his binoculars, seeing a truck. A cage was on the back of it, containing many teenagers, including 'Fluttershy' and 'Flash'. Cody saw a man drag Fluttershy out of the cage, and rip her shirt off, revealing her bra. She had her hands tied up, so he grabbed them and started dragging her towards the Facility. "Krikey...." Cody said to himself as they closed the doors. The rest of the teenagers were forced to dig, using shovels. Cody put the binoculars down and stood up, grabbing his helmet and blaster. "We need a plan. I say we sneak in there. There are too many civilians to-" Rex put his helmet on, grabbing his pistols. "Ever since when were you a Jedi?" He asked. He jumped down the ledge that they were stationed upon, leaving Cody. "I guess we just dive in, head first then." Cody said, shaking his head, jumping in afterwards. Author's Note Aaaaaaand..... The next chapter guarantees action! I promise you this! Amen! Chapter 6: Kill them all! Have no mercy!!Rex jumped off of the ledge, landing on a path only a few feet underneath. He took out his binoculars, looking through them as Cody left off of the ledge. "Are you out of your damn mind, Rex?!? We could be killed here!!!" Rex laughed, shaking his head. "We aren't going to jump in there, like Anakin would have." He sighed, remembering Anakin. But he wasn't Anakin anymore. He was now known as Darth Vader. "We're planting a bomb." He said, grabbing a thermal detonator out of his backpack. Cody looked confused. "Wouldn't they notice and throw it back at us, Rex?" He asked frantically. Rex shook his head. "No, they won't. Do you know why?" He put the binoculars on his backpack. "No, but where did you get that detonator?" Cody asked, a worried look on his face. Rex looked to Cody. "I didn't know what to expect here, so I packed some things. I planned on killing myself for a while." He replied. Cody looked at the detonator and back at Rex. "How are they NOT going to notice? Are you some sort of Jedi now?" Rex shook his head, and grabbed a large rock from the ground. "Classic military strategy: We distract them." He said, throwing the rock over the fence that was protecting the facility. His aim was almost perfect, hitting a henchman in the head. As the henchman turned around, he saw a rock on the floor. "What is it?" The commander asked. The henchman looked to him. "What's the matter?" He asked. The henchman grabbed the rock off of the ground. "I think that one of our prisoners is trying to rebel against us." He replied. The commander looked to the digging teenagers. "Assemble a squad to go over and punish them. After that, you can go and take a break. I hear we have a new torture toy." He said, chuckling. "Alright then, sir." The henchman replied as he advanced towards a group of men. That cleared a path to the unsuspecting commander. "Watch this Cody." He said, throwing the detonator over the fence. It bounced with a loud CLINK! and rolled under the commander, who didn't notice. Rex had the trigger in his hand. "Wait for it....." He said, holding the cylindrical button, thumb right over the top of it. "Sir, I have four men with me." The henchman from earlier said, walking up to the commander. The four other henchmen followed. "Okay. Now, go and punish the prisoners. Don't hold back." He said. The henchman looked down. "Um.... Sir? What is that ball underneath you?" He asked. The commander looked down. "What is that?" He picked up the ball, examining it, realizing what it was at the last moment. "Time to go boom...." Rex said, pressing the button on the trigger. Fluttershy knealt down, being whipped. She was in a bra and panties, used as a sex toy for the men. She cried, but they only wanted more. "Pl-Please stop...." She said in between whips. They only chuckled. One of them stood up. "I don't think I'm having enough, little girl. How about you reveal a bit more?" He said walking towards her. He put his hand underneath the bra, and started to unravel it. Suddenly, there was a boom coming from outside, which gained the attention of the men. They stood up, looking outside of the building they were in. The changeling stopped unraveling her bra and walked to the window. "What was that?!" The leader, wielding a green bandana asked. He looked out the window, seeing a small crater, organs and limbs everywhere in a bloody mess. One man, one arm and one leg, started crawling towards the building, until a man cloaked in white and blue armor stepped on him, stopping him in his tracks. He pulled a pistol from its holster, shooting the fellow changeling in the back of the head, multiple times. The changeling dropped dead, and the man looked to the window, seeing the others. "Go! Kill him, immediatley!" The one with the green bandana said, the others nodding in response. They ran out the nearby door, and engaged fire. Cody, seeing that Rex had the attention of the men, ran towards the prisoners, who were staring. He pulled the knife out from his back, and started to cut prisoners free. "Okay, go free more prisoners. I need to save someone." He said after he freed 15 of them. He turned on his comlink. "Rex, are you doing alright?" He asked, seeing Rex behind a vehicle, shooting. "I think I'll do fine. I saw Fluttershy in the facility. Go ahead and free her." Rex said, turning the comlink off. Cody ran to the doors taking out his blaster. "Here goes nothing...." He said to himself as he went in the already opened door. It was extremely dark in the building, so he turned on his headlight. Streaks of blood were on the wall. "Who's there?! Show yourself, you Changeling scum!" He yelled, only to hear his own echo. He heard a sinister laugh. "What are you here for, little boy? Did you lose your puppy?" The voice asked. Cody looked around, seeing nobody, his blaster still up. "I sort of did. If you have her, can you give her back to me?" He yelled. Two figures approached. "I can't guarantee that she'll live...." The changeling ledger said. He held a knife to Fluttershy's neck, threatening to slit her throat. Tears were in her eyes. "H-Help me...." Was all she could muster up. "Quiet, you!" He said, jabbing her in the neck with the knife's handle. She whimpered in response. "Krikey....." Was all that Cody could say. 'Okay, I was trained to handle hostage situations. Should I exchange myself for her? No, that would be bad! Okay... How about.... Yes, that could work.' Cody thought to himself. He smiled underneath his helmet. "Hey, ugly! How about me and you go hand to hand? If I win, you give me the girl, ALIVE. If I lose....." He took off his helmet, revealing his face to Fluttershy. She gasped at it. "You have permission to kill me. How does that sound?" The leader threw Fluttershy to the sidelines. This revealed the cuts from the whip. He could only stare, sorrow on his face. "Me and you? Hand to hand?!" He pulled out his knife. "I'll kill you, bitc-" He began, before a laser to the face interrupted what he had to say. Cody and Fluttershy looked over, seeing Rex with his helmet off. "This is our little secret, okay?" He said, pointing to Fluttershy. She nodded, tears in her eyes. Rex, with his helmet in hand, put in on his head. "You might want to wear yours too, Cody, unless you WANT to spoil your identity." He said, Cody nodding in response. He put his helmet on, and walked to help Fluttershy up. She hugged him. "Thank you Cody...." She said, her arms being tight around his neck. Honestly, he was surprised at this. He was only doing the right thing. "Come on. Let's go back to CHS. You have some friends that are expecting you, Fluttershy." Their leader, known as Chrysalis, smiled at the footage. She looked to her computer, watching as the two men started killing her troops in the city of Canterlot. "Hubby, do you know who these men are?" She asked. A man came from the shadows, wearing phase three armor. "I know exactly who they are. I used to serve with one of them...." She leaned over and kissed his helmet seductivley. "They make me unhappy. You want to make me happy, right?" The trooper nodded. "I want you to kill them for me." He took his helmet off, revealing the face of Arc Trooper 'Fives'. "I will, my lady. Anything to make you happy......" Author's Note So...... Yeah. Terrible chapter. I know. But if I'm having Fluttershy as the love interest for Cody, I gotta put her in a 'Leia' Incident. Also, since I added Fives, here's his new armor. Anyways..... Like, Comment, and Fav, and I will see you all later. Chapter 7: Commander and CaptainCody and Rex walked out of the facility unharmed. They couldn't say the same for Fluttershy, who had no clothes on, along with tiny cuts on her back, due to the whipping. A question popped up in Cody's mind as the duo walked. "Hey Rex?" Rex looked around, still at his normal pace. Cody was carrying a sleeping Fluttershy in his arms. "Do you know where the other students went?" Cody asked, fearing the worst. "I gave them specific orders to head back to Canterlot High. The cross eyed one is probably still digging though...." He said, shaking his head. "Wait.... If they headed back to the school, does that mean they freed the girls?" Cody asked. Rex nodded his head, chuckling. "They probably did. But they don't know who we are, do they?" Cody looked to Fluttershy. He had to admit, even though she didn't really have any clothes on, she was still adorable. Rex shook his head, sighing. "You have feelings for her now?" He asked in a flat voice. Cody shook his head. "No, sir! As soldiers, we aren't able to form any attachments, whatsoever." Cody replied. Fluttershy yawned, and sat up. She opened her eyes, seeing.... Cody's helmet. She suddenly turned bright red. "Are you okay?" Cody asked in a caring voice, noticing her face. He stood in place as Rex walked forward. "Come on, you sissies. Let's get a move on! These girls have waited long enough!" Rex yelled. Cody sighed, and continued to walk. "So, Fluttershy. What exactly happened there?" She layed back in Cody's embrace, looking up to the emotionless helmet. "Can you take your helmet off? I would like to see your face." He looked to her, confused. He took it off, nonetheless, revealing his face. She hopped out of his arms and sat on the ground. "Umm.... What are we doing, Fluttershy?" He asked, very confused. Rex turned around, seeing this. "What's the matter, Cody? Need a break?" Rex asked through his helmet. Fluttershy nodded. "I'm sure that he needs a rest. He carried me for over an hour!" She exclaimed. Cody shook his head. "I-It's okay, ma'am. I-I just-" She stood up and put a finger to his lips, silencing him. "Please. Let's take a rest." She said. Cody looked to Rex, who shrugged his shoulders. "I could use it." Rex said, sitting down. He took off his helmet, revealing his face. "So...." Cody began. Fluttershy looked to their faces. She knew that they were twins, but something was different about them. They were heroes. "Umm..... How's your back? I can wash it when we get back to make sure it isn't infected. I-If that would help! I don't want to make you uncomfortable or anything!" Cody said, trying hard not to blush. Fluttershy could only giggle at this. He looked around in the dark, moonlit night, seeing a fiery base and a distant high school. "So, where did you get those..... weapons?" She asked in a hesitating voice. She wasn't very fond of guns or bombs.... heck, even knives scared her to death. Cody looked to Rex, who looked back. "Well.... we can't reveal any Imperial info to just anyone....." Cody said in a serious tone. She looked confused. Imperial info? "But, I guess since you're a friend, you can keep our secrets, such as our identities." Rex finished, putting his pistol on safety. He gestured Fluttershy to grab it. She looked at it and reached her hand out, hesitating to grab it. "Don't be afraid of it. On the battlefield, these guys are your FRIENDS." He said, using his other hand to pat the holstered gun. She fully reached her hand out to grab the pistol. "Good. That's called the DC-17 blaster pistol. It shoots pure energy, wounding or killing any life form, immediatley." He said. She examined the gun, and gave it back to Rex. He smiled to her, only to see her hide behind her messy, dirty hair. Cody stood up, putting his helmet on. "I think we've rested enough. Why don't we go back to CHS?" Cody recommended. Rex nodded. "I agree. We don't want to disappoint your friends." Rex said, gesturing her to stand up. She tried to stand, only to stumble back down, due to her legs being worn down. "Do you wanna go by piggyback?" Cody asked. She nodded her head as he knealt down to pick her up. She was very light. "Now, let's go see your friends." Sunset sat down on the statue, crying. Crying because she knew that she couldn't do anything. She saw the students, and she saw the base explode. She knew that Fluttershy was dead..... "What's that?!" A certain blue haired guitar player asked while pointing to the horizon. Sunset looked up, seeing two figures in the darkness. Her eyes adjusted to the darkness immediately, seeing that.... Fluttershy was being carried by a man in white and orange armor. She stood up, seeing the other figure, him wearing white and blue armor, an antenna sticking out of his helmet. "We have Fluttershy!! She's safe!!" The one in Orange yelled, running to the crowd of girls and boys. He lowered his back, allowing her worn down legs and feet to walk. In her undergarments, she, along with these two men, limped to the crowd. Quickly, before she ran to the crowd, she kissed Cody's helmet on the cheek. "Thank you....." She said, softly. Under his helmet, he blushed as she ran to the crowd of teenagers. Sunset looked to the two men. "Who are you guys?" She simply asked, walking up to them. The teenagers stared. "Just call me.... Captain." Rex said, her not knowing that it was him. "Call me Commander." Said Cody. She looked at the two men suspiciously as they walked into the horizon, fist bumping each other. Fives grabbed the twin pistols that he used in the war with Rex. He also got his vocalizer in hand, so that Rex, nor Cody would know that this was him now. "My darling, may I have one more kiss before you go?" Chrysalis asked, Fives turning around in response. He took off his helmet, and met lips with his lover. She broke the kiss, licking her lips afterwards. "Now, go make me happy, baby." She said in a seductive tone. He grabbed a jetpack, putting it on. "Anything that pleasures you, my queen." Author's Note Well, this was a boring chapter. But next chapter, it will be Fives vs. Rex and Cody. Who will win? Be sure to leave a like and a comment, and I will see you beautiful people tomorrow. Buh-Bye! Chapter 8: Launched, and never to be seen again.....Admiral Trench watched as the ten commando droids, along with three clones, boarded the ship. They each carried standard republic blasters (yes, the ones they used in the clone wars), with the exception of three of the commandos, which wielded vibro-swords. "Sir, your ship is ready for launch. But you've been ordered to wait, as Lord Vader would like to say goodbye to you personally." Admiral Trench stroked his fangs and made his unusual clicking noise, looking to the clone. "Tell Lord Vader that salutations can wait for later. Appo has already prepared our IDH.... (IDH stands for interdimensional hyperdrive)." The clone saluted. "Understood sir. I will see you after we execute those..... traitors." Trench stroked his fangs, shaking his head. "They aren't traitors. They just found the..... simple way out of this new war, against the Jedi." The clone nodded, walking away from Trench, who was looking at the ship. "It is time to go......" Trench said, walking towards the entrance of his ship. He stepped onto the platform, which slowly closed as he finished walking in. He opened the door to the passenger area, seeing ten droids and two clones, fully strapped in with their weapons. "Kix, hand me my medications." Trench said, Kix grabbing his backpack from the ground. He pulled out a syringe. "Sir, should I inject it for you?" Kix asked, Trench nodding. Now, let's pause for a moment. Why would Trench need medications? Well, his cybernetic parts are..... Harmful to his body. It's like eating..... copper, yet just more harmful. Now, back to the story. Kix injected Trench's medications in his neck. Trench shivered, feeling the syringe going into his neck. The bacta flooded into his neck softening his muscles. The syringe slipped out. "Thank you, Kix. Not, get yourself ready for this. We may not make it back......" Trench said, walking up to the door of the cockpit. The door automatically opened, revealing two seats, Appo in one of them. Trench sat in the empty seat. "Well, Appo? How is... Progress?" Appo looked to the screen of his holopad. "The Lightsaber Crystal seems to be stable at the moment, sir. I can't say the same for when we launch...." Appo said, looking to Trench, who pressed the communications button. "Permission to launch, CS-4198?" He asked the starboard crew. "Sir, you have specific orders from Lord Vader to NOT launch. Seeing that you are a higher rank than him, are you going to override those orders?" Trench stroked his fangs, making his usual clicking noise. "Yes, override those orders." He said, hoping that Vader was not on the bridge. "Okay, you are cleared for launch, IDS." The clone said from the other side. Appo proceeded to take the ship outside of the day shields. After he left the hangar, he spoke in the intercom. "Okay you guys. We're clear for hyperspace in 10.... 9....." The Admiral closed his eyes during the rest of the countdown, hoping that they would survive. "2..... 1...... And here we go!!" Appo said, pulling a lever. The Admiral sat down as the Lightsaber Crystal glowed. Soon, the ship disappeared from the dimension of the Empire, not knowing that they would never return. Cody and Rex snuck into CHS when everyone left. Nobody watching, they opened the door to the school. "I say that we grab a drink after this, eh?" Rex nudged Cody, who chuckled. "As long as we're not getting drunk. That wouldn't be too good...." Cody said, chuckling. Rex took off his helmet. "First, we smell like a herd of bantha. Let's head to the showers." Rex said, pointing to the nearby door. "Alrighty then. Let's go." Cody said, taking off his armor pieces one by one. Rex did the same. When they walked into the shower rooms, all they had left were black full body suits. Fluttershy sat in her pajamas, a notebook in hand. She was staying at Rarity's house for a sleepover, which means that she.... and the other girls got a makeover. Rarity already cleaned off her back and put alcohol on it, ensuring that it wouldn't get infected. "Is everything alright, darling?" Rarity asked. Fluttershy nodded as she clenched the book in her hands, hugging it to no end. "Well.... Why don't you tell us about your... ehem... Experience?" She asked. The girls payed close attention to Fluttershy. "Well.... Let's just say that I found my knight in shining armor....." She said, opening her notebook. She stroked her hand against a picture of her and Cody, who were holding hands. "And that would be?!" A huge grin came across Rarity's face, as she shook her head. "It's sort of a.... secret thing." She said, closing the notebook. Her friends looked to each other. "But.... Can't you tell us a LITTLE spoiler, please?" Fluttershy giggled. "He's a really nice person." She said, blushing, yet smiling. Fives stood in the shower room behind a wall, where the sinks were located, hearing the conversation between the two other clones. He put his pistol in hand, preparing to strike at any moment. "Hey, Cody?" Rex said as he turned off his shower. Cody did the same. "I have a feeling that we aren't..... Alone in here." Rex said, opening the curtain of this shower. He was fully dressed. "What do you mean? Did you take anything before we left?" Rex held his head. "No.... I'm feeling that there's...... I don't know. I'm not a Jedi, but I can tell that we aren't alone, Cody." Rex said, a serious look in his eye. Cody walked out of his shower, fully dressed. "Come on, brother. Why don't we go get a drink?" Cody said, walking by the wall. He looked over, seeing that the space was empty. "Yeah.... I guess I'm just thirsty. Let's go." Rex said, opening to door to the shower room. After he left, door closed, Fives turned his cloaking device off. "I'm afraid that this is gonna be your last drink, boys......" Author's Note Oooooooh!! Dark and mysterious!!! So many hate comments!!Ah, what richness!! What glory!! It is like the mustard of a sandwich! The sandwich of your doom!! (reference) Anyways, please do like and comment. I will see you in the next chapter. Buh-bye! Chapter 9: A happy sleepover..... With Rex and CodyThe girls sat down on Rarity's huge bed, preparing themselves for sleep. They looked to one another as they each tucked themselves under the covers. "Night guys...." Sunset said as she yawned. They each responded with a 'Good Night', and tucked themselves under the covers. Fluttershy was on the edge of the large bed, thinking about Cody. She couldn't get her mind off of him. She looked to the window beside the bed, closing the blinds and closing her eyes. Rex and Cody walked out of the bar. "And stay out!! I have half a mind to call the police on you two, so you might wanna leave before that can happen!!" The manager of the establishment yelled as he closed the door to his bar. "Rude much?" Cody asked in a sarcastic tone. Rex shook his head. "We had a good time anyways, eh brother? And we still remain sober!" He said, putting his hands in the air, walking from the establishment. The manager closed the blinds of his bar, as he emerged from the window. "Good. Make sure that those two never come here again, understood Carl?" He asked, referencing the bartender. He was replied with a gagging sound. "Carl, are you.... Okay?" He turned around, seeing a dead bartender, hanging by a noose from the ceiling. "What the..." He backed up, bumping into someone. He turned around, seeing a man in a costume. It was odd, and looked alien to him. "Um.... We're closed right now, sir. Please leave...." He said hesitation in his voice. The man drew a pistol from it's holster, pointing it to the manager. "I'm afraid that this establishment is about to close down for good." He said, taking a shot. It went straight through the managers heart, and he knealt down. He took his final breath, looking up to see the man. "It's nothing against you." He said, putting the pistol in the holster. He pressed a button on his forearm. "Siri, turn on my cloaking device." He said, looking to the dead man on the floor. "We have to get outta here if we don't wanna get caught...." He said, as he started to disappear. Soon, he was completely gone. He opened the door, walking out, leaving two dead men. Fluttershy woke up to the sound of.... voices. She sat up drowsily and looked out the window next to her. She saw two men walking down the sidewalk. They sounded familiar. "Y'know, it has been a while since I've seen those clankers. Do you have any idea of where they are?" Asked the familiar voice of Cody. "From what I've heard, they've been deactivated." Another voice, exactly the same said. This voice was only.... Deeper. It sounded like..... "Rex!" Fluttershy said, almost waking everyone up. Sunset sat up, looking to Fluttershy. "Fluttershy, you know that I'm a light sleeper!" She said under her breath, an irritated look on her face. Fluttershy motioned Sunset to come over to the window. "What is it?" Sunset said, crawling over Pinkie Pie and Applejack. She got to Fluttershy's side of the bed, looking out the window. She saw the familiar shadows of Rex and Cody. "Wait.... what are they doing up this late?" She questioned. They stood there, talking to each other. Sunset and Fluttershy heard part of the Conversation. "What are we gonna do, Rex? Me and you both have nowhere to stay! Did you possibly get any living quarters while you were here?" Rex shook his head. "It's my first day here, Cody. I can't POSSIBLY find a way to fend for us both. All I have are a few credits..." He said. Cody sighed. "Were stranded until morning. Juuuust great." Cody said in a sarcastic voice. He looked around, a sad look on his face. "Rex, I didn't ask for any of this. I didn't ask to die." Sunset looked at Cody, thinking that what he said was harsh. "I didn't ask you to die either! I could've done fine if you just stayed in the war!" He said. Cody looked to Rex, anger in his eyes. Rex stared back. "Why did I not leave the room before Kix killed me...." Cody said under his breath. Fluttershy looked to Sunset, who was still confused at what they meant. Fluttershy shook her shoulder. "Can I ask Rarity if they can stay? They said that they don't have anywhere to stay. Besides, she DOES have a guest bedroom." Fluttershy said, concern in her eyes. Sunset looked to her and back down to the men outside. "Tomorrow IS Saturday..... Let's try not to be too loud though." Sunset said, looking behind herself. Rarity was on the farthest side of the bed. Fives stood behind the brothers who were arguing at the moment. "Let's end this quick, Siri. I don't want this to be a painful death." He said under his breath. "My lord, weren't you given orders to make them suffer?" His computer program asked, much stress in its voice. The arguing men still didn't notice that he was there, so he pulled out both of his pistols. He aimed it to their heads. "I was, but override those. These used to be my friends, so let's give them a break." He said, putting his fingers on the triggers. Just as he was about to shoot, the door to the house in front of them opened. A girl with pale white skin stood at the door step. "Um.... Gentlemen?" She said in a polite tone. Rex and Cody stopped bickering to look towards her. "Did you say that you needed a place to stay? If so, I happen to be hosting a sleepover right now." She said in a polite tone. They looked confused. "Ummmm.... Rarity, is it?" Rex said, scratching the back of his head. She nodded, welcoming the brothers in with a smile on her face. "Why didn't you kill them Fives?! Don't you want to make your Queen happy?!" Chrysalis shouted, banging her hand on her throne. Fives looked to her, smiling. "I'm afraid that I ran into some.... Complications while trying to kill them." Fives said, but he knew that wasn't the real reason. "Well, alright then. But Siri told me that you were going to give them a.... painless death. Is this true, or not?" Chrysalis asked. He looked up, seeing her bright green eyes. He stood up and walked to her. "Honey, let's not focus on things like this. How about we.... ease your mind?" He said, gesturing to a nearby hallway. He put his hand out, and she grabbed it. "I guess that we can.... Make some more changelings tonight. After I was exiled from Equestria, it's been harder to create them...." She said, Fives smiling at her. They walked to a door, Fives opening it. The contents in it were a large bed, two dressers, and a closet. "Don't worry sugar." Fives said in a seductive tone, taking his breastplate off. "I'll make sure that you have a lot of changelings....." Rex and Cody were lying back to back on the comfy bed. They wore identical pajamas (The body suits that they wear under their armor) and Rarity was kind enough to give them eye covers. She came into the dark room. "Well, I'm going to head off to bed now. If you're hungry, just help yourself to the fridge darling." She said, Rex sitting up. "Thank you ma'am for the hospitality." She nodded while smiling. "Don't worry about it, darling. What are friends for?" She said, closing the door. "Goodnight, boys." Rex responded with a wave as the door closed. Rex quickly fell to the pillow, dozing off.... Chapter 10: Nightmare.... or vision?"Rex!! At your left!!" Shouted the familiar voice of Anakin. Rex looked to the left, shooting the battle droid that would've killed him. As it fell down, he looked around. He saw.... Ahsoka, Tup, Fives.... All alive and well. "Wait..... Lord Vader, what battle are we in?" Rex asked. Anakin looked to him strangely. "Who's 'Lord Vader'?" Anakin asked. Rex shook his head. "It's nothing. What battle are we in, General Skywalker?" It slipped off of his tounge so fast. It felt.... good. Saying that name again made him feel at home. "Rex, are you feeling okay? Do you remember anything?" Anakin asked, concern in his voice. "Master! I'm going to press forward!" Ahsoka said while jumping ahead. He looked forward, seeing a dim red light behind the horde of droids heading their way. "Ahsoka, be careful! Dooku could be with that horde of droids!" Anakin yelled into his intercom. Ahsoka smiled to him. "Master, I'm all grown up! I don't need you to protect m-AHHHHHHH!!!" Anakin looked forward, seeing all of the droids with their blasters down, making a path. Down that path, he saw a man cloaked in black. He wielded a red lightsaber, and was force choking Ahsoka. Rex immediately recognized him. "Oh no......" He said under his breath. The dark lord looked to Rex. "I find your lack of faith..... disturbing." He said, drawing Ahsoka towards him. Doing so, he impaled her with the ruby red Lightsaber. "Ahsoka!" Anakin shouted. The dark lord drew his saber, leaving Ahsoka to fall to the ground. Anakin's expression turned from shock to anger. Then to hate. He looked up and grabbed one of Ahsoka's lightsabers from the ground, igniting it. He hand his other Lightsaber in hand, and held them like Asajj Ventress would have. Dual lightsabers. "Good. Let the hate flow through you. Be powered by the dark side." The dark lord said. Rex put his hand on the shoulder of Anakin. "He wants you to kill him. Don't do it General." Anakin lifted his head. "I need to avenge her...." Anakin said under his breath. Rex looked to the dark lord, hearing the cold breathing from his helmet's respirator. "He's going to die Rex!" Anakin shouted, dashing towards the dark lord. He immediately tried slashing at him, only to be blocked by the Lightsaber. "DIE YOU SICK BASTARD!!!" Anakin said, kicking the Darth to the wall. He held his Lightsaber over the man in black armor. "You will not kill me.... or you'll just kill yourself." The Darth said, force choking Anakin. He ignited his Lightsaber once more as he stood up. He put the Lightsaber next to his neck. "It's about time that Anakin had fallen." He said, killing the General. All of the nearby clones gasped at this. The dark Lord looked to Rex. "Can't you see Rex? Anakin is gone, forever." He said, walking over to the captain. He stood there in fear, thinking of what would happen. Then he realized it. This wasn't real. None of it was. "So, you figured it out, huh? I am letting you know, that I am coming for you..." The Darth said as the dream started to fade. "No you won't, Vader. You won't be getting to me or my friends...." Rex sat up, body completely sweaty, his body suit soaked. He stood up, opening the window of the room he was in, letting in a breeze of cold air, which dried his suit. He couldn't get over that nightmare. The horror... Maybe Anakin was completely gone after all. The door to his room opened, revealing Sunset. He quickly flopped onto his bed, putting himself under the covers and closing his eyes. "I think the coast is clear." She said, tiptoeing in. Rex looked to see that she was carrying a pillow. Following her.... was Fluttershy. Both carrying pillows. What were they planning? Sunset tiptoed over to Rex's side..... and got under the covers with him. She placed her pillow down, and laid still. "Goodnight Fluttershy." She said, Rex laying there surprised. "Goodnight Sunset." Darth Vader got up from his meditation, and left his living quarters. He opened the door, and standing there was Admiral Yuralen. "Lord Vader, you have a incoming transmission from the Emperor." Vader nodded, and walked to the nearby transmission room. A clone was standing guard. "Make sure nobody comes in, without my word." Vader instructed the soldier, who nodded in response. The door opened, revealing a dark room. Vader walked in the room, looking around. As the door closed, an image of the one and only Palpatine. "My Lord, I'm happy to report that Admiral Trench has made it through. He immediately contacted me, letting me know that everyone survived." He said, getting into a kneeling position. The Emperor cackled. "You may rise, my apprentice. Now... Did you give those clones the nightmare?" Vader stood up. "No, but Rex knows what is coming." Vader said to the wrinkly man. The Emperor's smile vanished. "I'm going to hire a bounty hunter to kill them, Vader. The clones are too close to these.... Traitors to kill them out of cold blood. But a bounty hunter...." The smile reappeared, showing the Emperor's hideous teeth. "A bounty hunter would do anything for credits. Isn't that right..... Cad Bane?" Bane stepped into the picture, wearing his usual getup- the hat, boots, everything. "I'd be happy to oblige.... If you pay me right that is." Bane said, taking his hat off. Palpatine smiled. "Then it is settled. I will be sending Bane to 'The Trench'. Expect him by tomorrow evening." Vader bowed down. "I understand, my lord." The transmission disappeared, just as the door opened. Commander Bly walked in. "Sir, your personal ship is ready. Should I escort you to this other dimension?" Vader nodded. "I will need the assistance. Thank you, Commander." Bly nodded as the two walked out of the transmission room. Author's Note Well, here's another chapter! Take it as..... I'm revealing the shipping of this fic. Here are the rest: AppoxRainbow JessexRarity KixxApplejack BlyxRainbow That is all Chapter 11: Two more vigilantes- Wolffe and PloAuthor's Note Sorry that it took so long to update! I've been SOOOOOO busy, that it slipped my mind. Anyways, here you go! Enjoy! Chapter 11: Two more vigilantes- Wolffe and Plo Carl was just a normal changeling. He was bred to walk around a base, and whip a slave or two. He held his whip tightly in hand, just as he went towards the back part of the large, grey, rectangular building. Then, it happened. He looked forward, seeing the dead body of a fellow changeling. It had a hole in it's stomach, as if something stabbed it. Suddenly, a figure stepped out of the shadows, a blue light in hand. "Umm.... Identify yourself!" Carl shouted, raising the whip in his hand. The figure stepped out of the shadows. He looked at it's pink wrinkles and black mask in horror. "What? Have you never seen a Jedi before?" It said in a calm voice. Carl backed up in horror, just as he bumped into something. He turned around seeing a gun to his face. "I don't think he has, Plo. Why don't we show him?" Said the figure holding the gun. He stepped out of the shadows, revealing his grey and white armor. Carl looked back to the first figure, as it walked towards him. Suddenly, he dropped his whip and fell to the ground. "Please don't hurt me!! I didn't even WANT this job!! I could've done better, working at a cheap burger restaurant!!" Carl yelled, bowing down to the alien. It sheathed it's laser sword. "You can go, but I'm not sure about your friends." It said, picking him up in midair. Immediately, it threw him far, using the force. "Sir, why did you let him go?" The man in white and grey armor, known as commander Wolffe asked. The alien known as Plo Koon grabbed the Lightsaber from his belt. "He asked for mercy. I can't deny a man mercy if he asks for it. It's the Jedi way." Plo Koon said in response. Wolffe shook his head. "You're DEAD now. You don't need to follow the Jedi way!" Wolffe said, facepalming. Immediately after he said that, he heard an extremely loud alarm. Plo ignited his Lightsaber. "We don't have time to argue about that right now. We have a base to destroy, remember?" Plo said, just as a squad of changelings came around the corner. Cody sat up from a well rest. He hadn't slept that well in years! This bed was extremely comfy, opposite of the bunks that they used (even though those were MUCH more comfortable than the ones for normal troopers). He opened his eyes, and looked around, seeing the light of day through the window, which was next to Rex and..... Sunset Shimmer? "What the-" He turned around, seeing an adorable sleeping Fluttershy right next to him. His face grew bright red. 'How much did I drink last night?!' Cody thought to himself. He didn't remember Fluttershy in the bed AT ALL! He tapped on Rex, who sat up groggily. "Rex?" Cody whispered. Rex looked around, seeing the two girls in bed with them. "How much did we drink last night?" Cody asked, horror on his face. Rex shook his head while holding it. "No, no..... They got in bed with us last night. I.... don't remember why, but they came while you were asleep....." Cody sighed in relief, thankful that he was sober all night. "So... What next?" He asked Rex, not knowing what to do about Fluttershy. Rex smiled. "Let's leave them. We need to go freshen up." Rex said, getting off of the bed. Cody followed suit. Rex walked over to the nearby backpack, and reached inside of it. He pulled out two 'Galactic Tooth Cleansers', and place one in his mouth, handing the other to Cody. "Alrighty then. Why don't we change and head out?" Cody said, as he placed the Galactic Tooth Cleanser in his mouth. It crawled in his mouth, cleaning his teeth and spraying them with all kinds of chemicals. Rex took his out of his mouth. "Why not?" Rarity sat down and drank her morning tea, looking at her phone. There was a new headline. YET ANOTHER CHANGELING BASE DESTROYED LAST NIGHT, ANOTHER CHANGELING BASE WAS BLOWN UP!!! ONLY ONE SURVIVOR REMAINED, WHO WAS UNHARMED, YET IN CUSTODY AT THIS MOMENT!!! CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS ARE RETURNING TO THEIR FAMILIES, THANKS TO TWO MORE VIGILANTES BESIDES 'CAPTAIN AND COMMANDER'. THE ONLY LEFT AN INSIGNIA ON A WALL, WHICH WAS THIS: Rarity smiled at this as she took another sip of her delicious drink. Just as she did that, her two 'guests' walked out of the guest bedroom. "Good morning, Rarity." Rex said as he closed the door to the room, Cody walking in front of him. Rarity smiled and waved to him. "How did you sleep last night, darling?" Rarity asked him. He had a wide smile on his face. "It was excellent, actually. That bed is amazingly comfy!" He said, Cody looking to her. "Thank you, ma'am for the hospitality." Cody said, Rex nodding. "Yes, thank you, but I'm afraid that we should be going." Rex said. Rarity looked to both of them. "Don't you two want to stay for breakfast? I'm going to cook up something special!" She said, throwing her arms in the air. Rex looked to Cody, who looked back. They both nodded. "I guess we can stay. We need to get going soon, if we're gonna make it to school though." Rex said. Rarity giggled, confusing him. "Today's Saturday, darling. You don't go to school on weekends! It's like a break!" She said, glee in her eyes. Rex smiled sheepishly. "Yeah.... I should've known that." Cody sat at the table where Rarity was sitting, and looked at the device in hand. There, he saw a similar logo. "Crikey...." He said under his breath as he looked at the logo. It was the Wolf Pack insignia. Prolouge: We, as brothers, will find closure.....Three months after Order 66..... "Y'know Cody, I can't help but feel that we did something wrong. I feel like..... We committed murder." CT-7567, also know as Rex, said in his resting quarters. Cody put his armor on, a piece at a time. "I know. It feels like we weren't supposed to kill the Jedi. I formed a bond with Kenobi, and I basically crushed it....." He said, shining the visor of his phase two helmet. "I mean, what did the Jedi do to betray the Republic? Commander Vader never gave us an explanation....." He said, looking out the window. "Attention all troopers. Prepare for landing. I repeat, we have closed in on Master Windu." The intercom said. The door opened, revealing Boil. "Hey guys, let's get moving! You'll miss out on all of the fun!" He said. Cody put his helmet on, along with Rex. "Understood. We'll be out in a minute." Cody responded, in a monotone voice. Boil shook his head, laughing. "Alright you sissies. Be 'Out in a minute'." He said, walking away from the door. Cody sighed, and sat on the top bunk of the bed. "I just want closure......." He said, taking his helmet off. Rex suddenly got an idea. "I want closure too, Cody. I might have a way to get that....." He said, pulling the DC-17 out of it's holster. Cody gasped. "You can't be serious Rex! Killing yourself would cause a-a massacre!" Rex chuckled. "At least we wouldn't be a part in the killing of any more Jedi, right?" Cody shook his head, laughing. "Ever since when was there a 'we'?" He said, putting his helmet on. He jumped from his bunk. "Ever since it was the honorable thing to do, Cody! Think about it! No more killing! We would finally be free from this war....." Rex thought about Fives, and sighed. He put the pistol to his chest, taking the other one out. He gestured Cody to grab it. "We would finally be able to have closure. Not only from this war, but from our lives." Cody looked to the pistol in horror. "Is this the only way to get closure? Can't we just.... desert the Republic?" Rex looked at the pistol, smiling, frowning afterwards. "This is the pistol that I used to kill a young Jedi...... I'm going to pay for my actions." He said. Cody sighed. "Ahsoka forgives you! Just.... I can't end it like this." Rex shook his head. "But I can....." He pulled the trigger, causing a blue bolt of pure energy to charge straight through his heart. He fell to the ground, smiling. "Rex!!!" Cody yelled. Rex hit the ground, eyes open. Captain Rex, former leader of the 501st, died. "What is going on right now?" Cody turned and saw Kix. "R-Rex?" He looked at the dead body in the ground. "Cody? Did you do this?" Cody shook his head, a nervous look on his face. Kix's comm beeped. "Yes lord Vader?" The Sith Lord's breathing was menacing. "What is going on? Where are Rex and Cody? We need them to kill Windu." Kix looked to Cody. "Sir, Commander Cody...... executed Rex." Cody looked in disbelief at Kix. Why would he say something like..... THAT?!? It was a good ten seconds of breathing before the Sith Lord have his orders. "Execute Cody. That will be all." Cody looked to Kix, horror in his eyes. "W-wait a minute! Let's not do anything we might regre-AHH!!!" Kix shot Cody, square in the face. "Good Soldiers Follow Orders...." Kix said before leaving the room. There, lied Cody and Rex, who served the Republic for three years. Sunset Shimmer walked down the hallway, gaining looks from the students of CHS. It had only been three months since she turned into a She-Demon, and she had changed. Nobody seemed to believe that though. She walked to her locker, where someone spray painted the word 'FAGGOT'. She sighed as Trixie walked up to her. "You know, that is quite an accurate description of you, Especially after you turned everyone into zombies." She said in a cunning voice. Sunset ignored her and opened the locker door. "Are you trying to ignore the 'Great and Powerful Trixie'?!" Sunset put her books in the locker, trying to ignore Trixie. That made Trixie grab Sunset by the collar, surprising her. "Nobody ignores the great and powerful Trixie! ESPECIALLY YOU!!" Sunset closed her eyes as Trixie attempted to land a punch in her nose..... but that didn't happen. A fist caught Trixie's hand. Sunset looked back, seeing a man. He towered inches over her. He wore a white shirt, along with khakis. Trixie retracted her fist from his hand, And dropped Sunset. "Who dares....." She gritted her teeth in anger. "STOP THE GREAT AND POWERFUL TRIXIE?!?" The man chuckled. "I do, I guess." Said the familiar voice of a clone. His muscles bluged out of his skin tight shirt. "Not so 'Great and Powerful' anymore, eh?" He said, walking to Trixie. He looked her in the eyes, which started to grow in fear. After about ten seconds, she darted in the opposite direction. This man chuckled. "Took enough time." He turned around, seeing Sunset on the floor. He put his hand out, gesturing her to stand up. She grabbed it. "If you need the help, I can clean the paint off of your locker." She looked at him, blushing. "I-I'm Sunset. Who're you?" The man smiled. "Glad you asked." The smile disappeared. "I'm CT-7567. But you can call me.... Rex." She looked at him. "Are you a teacher here at CHS?" He shook his head. "Me and my brother are new students here." She looked at him strangely. "Aren't you a little..... old to be a student?" He shook his head while chuckling. "We're.... twins. Our exact age is 17 years, so I wouldn't say we're too old." She looked at him in awe. "Now.... Can you direct me to the janitors closet?" Author's Note Well, I'm a terrible person! Another fic?!? Well, believe it, douches of the world! Actually, I JUST thought of this today. I was on a trampoline, and I was thinking: what if I could go to Equestria girls? Then.... It escalated from there (hence the profile pic). Anyways, bye guys. Leave a like and comment, and I will see you later!
Chapter 1: Welcome to Canterlot High!Something has gone wrong. We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter.
Chapter 2: Meeting some new friendsCody and Rex stood in line, looking to the choices of food.
Chapter 11: Two more vigilantes- Wolffe and PloAuthor's Note Sorry that it took so long to update!
"Now.... Can you direct me to the janitors closet?"
