Point of view - Chris

"How much further do we have to go before we get there?" David asked getting annoyed of having to walk for so long.

"Not much further it's just over this hill" I said a little annoyed myself. 'why did we have to be the ones to get sent on this mission' I thought as I look back at David, he is 21 years old and hes tall and skinny guy he is about 6'7 with short brown hair but you couldn't really see his hair because of his black military cap he wore black cargo pants and wore a black jacket he also had red and black sun glasses he was the kind of guy who would usually just wear one color." let's rest here for a bit my legs hurt " I say as i sit down " please explain to me again why we had to come here?" I ask still a little annoyed. I my self am 20 years old and I am 6'5 and i'm wearing black and red sneakers light faded blue jeans and a long sleeved shirt the sleeves are navy blue that nearly completely covers my hands while the rest of the shirt was a lapis blue covering my shirt was a unbuttoned green and white short sleeve flannel t-shirt on my head was a navy blue winter hat and I had A green and black scarf that covered everything below my eyes.

"sounds good my feet hurt" he sighed in relief from the aching feet  "Because the outpost here has not reported back to us in the past two weeks and Matt needed some one to check what is going on over there"

David said. I could tell he was getting annoyed because this was like the 8th time I had asked him.

"But why did we have to be sent out here to check on them couldn't he have sent anyone besides us" I said putting strain on the word we.

"One he did but they have not report back in two days, two everyone besides us was busy and three why do you keep asking me this like you don't want to do this, I thought if anyone you would like to go see what happened your always the one that wants to go out side the colony" David said confused by the way i'm acting.

"It's just nothing that bad ever happens when stuff like this happens, they probably just broke their radio by accident" I said .

"If they broke their radio then why hasn't the other team that was sent report back yet or anything and why would you want something to happen it's better if nothing did happen, if you don't remember there are around 20 people in that outpost not counting the last group we sent that could be hurt" David said getting angry at me for being such a dick and I kinda agree with him, why am i being this way.

"Your right i'm sorry it's just what I meant is that usually they are fine and we where sent out here for nothing" I said now a little depressed.

"it's alright, but it's better if nothing bad happens to anyone, now lets get going and see what happened ok" David said trying to cheer me up.

We walk up the hill in complete silence. As we got to the top of it we saw that the hole outpost was destroyed there was holes in the walls and the fence was completely gone we pulled out our guns just in case we needed to use them. I have a costume silenced m14 sniper rifle with a acog sight I have a high powered scope in my backpack and my side arms are two pistols with a silencer's on them one was a M9 ans the other was a M1911. David has a M16A4 with red dot sight and a custom stock and barrel his side arm was a .44 desert eagle. we couldn't see anyone living or dead no bandit body's no nothing the only people we found were the guards that where near the gate, we only figured out they were guards and not bandits was the fact that they had bands that had our banner on there arms it was the head of a eagle with a on it the band it self was white with a blue circle surrounding the eagle head and we both had combat knives strapped to our right legs but Davids knife was a night stalker battle Bowie knife while my knife was a night stalker combat tanto knife.

"Hey David what do you think happened here" I say just loud enough so David could hear me as I look for any signs of movement on my right.

"Not a clue but who ever did this had one hell of a plan to be able to do this with out anyone on their side to take any casualties " David said looking around on my left.

"What I really don't get is where is everyone you'd think we would have found more than just two dead guards" I said as we continue walking through the middle of the small town. "We should radio back to Matt when we get to the middle of the town" I say looking for the map of this town that I put in my bag (I picked it up near the entrance where the to guards where it was on a bulletin board) as soon as I found it I look for where the middle of the town basically was and turn to David and pointed some where to my left showing him that we need to go that way.

We only walked for about 2 minutes before we got there once we arrived at the town square. Me and David look in horror at what we saw I had to pull my scarf down so I could throw up and Davids sun glasses practically flow off his face when he went to throw up. All their was, was bodies everywhere like if they were all just target practice "god damn" I heard David say just above a whisper.

'what the fuck happened here' I thought as I looked around. there were bodies littered all around the square their was blood splattered all over the ground. There were bodies hanging from light posts in a line there was no skin to be seen on their bodies and there were blood puddles below them the size of kitty pools. the smell of the decaying bodies almost made me vomit again if it wasn't for the fact that I lost all my lunch not even 1 minute ago but David was still throwing "David we need to call this in NOW" I said to David yelling the last bit still shaking up at what we had just seen.

David grabbed his sun glasses off the ground almost touching the vile that they lay next to them and put them back on then he went to reach for his walkie talkie "on it" David said as he was about to talk into the walkie talkie "anyone... there?" David said talking into his talkie still trying to catch his breath.

"Yeah, who is this" a male voice on the other end said.

"This is David and Chris reporting from the scouting mission at the east outpost" David said.

"And what did you guy's find out?" Matt ask.

"Not much besides that everyone is DEAD" David said shouting the last word into his talkie.

"WHAT?" Matt said shouting into the talkie.

"Yeah everyone is dead, it's a blood bath over here" I said into the mic.

"Ok here is what I want you to do, try and fined anyone still alive we need to figure out what happened" Matt said. even though his voice was a little distorted through the talkie I could tell he was shaken from the news.

"Got it look around and try to find-" I was cut off by some one screaming.

"SOME ONE, ANYONE" someone said.

I look to my left to see a female walking across the right side of the street. She is 5'8 had denim shorts with a white T-shirt and a pair of white sneakers. "Miss over here" I yelled in her direction. see looked at us and slowly back pedals away from us "no don't run we'er from the colony west from here. we'er here to help" I say as we lower our guns down  and point at our banned's on our arms. that was just enough to make her stop and start walking towards us until she breaks out into a full sprint right for us. She rams right in to me and start crying "Thank god I thought no one was going to come help" the woman said still crying.

"Miss calm down" I said trying to get her to calm down, "My name is Chris this is David. first whats your name?"  I ask the girl.

"It's Jessie" the girl said whipping away the tears from her face.

"Ok, now tell what happened here?" I asked

"bandit's. they had a helicopter and used it to slaughter everyone and then they landed to get what ever they wanted off of everyone then they..." she didn't even finish.

"Miss are they still here?" A quick nod answered that, "ok don't worry will git you out of here, David you take point I'll be in the back and keep you covered, miss your in the middle you'll be less likely to be shot if there is any of them close by" I say to David but just before we were going to move I started to hear a buzzing noise a explosion went off making the building to our right to start to crumble into dust. I look behinds us to be met with the sight of a black hawk "EVERYONE RUN" I shout at the top of my lunges. 'where the hell did they get a black hawk' I thought running down the road.

"Who the hell are these guys" David said as we ran to find a safe place to hide.

We were running for a good 2 minutes before came across two bikes in a shed. "ok Jessie do you know how to ride a motorcycle?" I ask a I look out side for the helicopter.

"I have... only road one once... before" Jessie said trying to catch her breath.

"Good enough" I say as I look back at them "Ok hears the new plan, Jessie you take one of the bikes and drive it as fast as you can and make your way out of here while me and David take this one and distract that helicopter long enough so you can get away" I say over the gun fire and bullets.

"But that thing is going to rip you apart" Jessie said concerned for our safety. I walk over to a wall with two sets of hooks that were holding two sets of keys.

"Our job is to save anyone and everyone who needs help even if it kills us" I say to Jessie as I toss her one of the keys. I get on the bike and look to my left and see that She is looking at me with a sad expression on her face "It's ok me and David have been in tougher spots plus their in a helicopter their aim is practically cut in half" I say to her and give her a smile all though she could not see it I'm sure she got what I was doing, all I got was a nod from her "Ok David get on the back and lets go get these assholes" I say to David.

David gets on and pulls out his desert eagle "lets do dis" David said. We drive out first and are met with bullets flying past us and just barely hitting the bike 'Thank god that these guy have shit aim' I thought to my self as we made our way through the town until one of them shot the front tire. "Shit i'm losing control they hit the front tire" I say as the bike flipped tossing David off while I was stuck to it by my pant leg getting caught.

As soon as the bike was done flipping and I was able to get up and shake my head to clear it. I look for David and as I found him I see as he was blow up by a rocket. I turn to my right to see the helicopter flying right for me I pull out my M9.  with very little other options I aim my pistol at the cockpit and open fire to try and hit the pilot and surprisingly it worked but did not change the course of the helicopter. I lay on my back and look up. I saw Jessie crying and yelling for me to get up and run and the sound of an explosion right below me the last things I see and feel is fire surrounding me and a sharp pain go through out my lower back.

point of view-Twilight Sparkle

Me an Rainbow Dash where on our way to the market to pick some supplies for the slumber party we are going to have.

"Twilight wha...what's that" I hear Rainbow Dash stutter. I turn my head to see a pillar of blue light coming from the sky right into the everfree forest.

"I don't know, Rainbow find every one I'll send a letter to the princess" I say to rainbow Dash before we split up to find the others. As I was running I saw another pillar of blue light but this one was a little bit distorted. I start to run even faster until I reach the library I open the door and see spike on the couch.

"What's up Twi?" Spike ask seeing that I was breathing heavily.

"We need to... send a letter to the... princess's" I finished still breathing in and out heavily.

Point of view-David

I open my eyes to a clear blue sky, not a single cloud in the sky. "Ugh What the hell happened" I say as sit up my whole body was sore I still had all my stuff. 'that's  right' I thought as I remember the past events "But if I died where am I and where is Chris" I said looking for my friend I soon was almost blinded by a bright light. If it wasn't for my sunglasses I probably would be, after the the light faded I see laying on his stomach and his arms in front of him was Chris He still had his stuff as well. I walk over to him trying my best not to fall over as soon I get to his side I check for his pulse 'he's still alive' I thought to myself I then shake him to try and wake him up he did even move but what really caught my attention was the fact that his hole back was cold and wet. I lift the back of his shirt to see that he had a huge gash across his lower back.

I look at our surroundings we where in a clearing of a forest. I took off my bag and was about to see what I had but before I could open it I hear voices coming from some where behind me I put my bag on my back and start running for a bush to hide in, once I reach the bush I look back at the clearing to see Chris still laying there I would had ran back to grab him but a group of creatures came into the clearing their were some wearing some gold armor. the creatures them self are half human and half animal 'what the hell' I thought to my self.

'Crap I can't just leave him there' I thought to myself as they began to surround him. they all were all saying something but their were to many voices and they where just out of my rang to under stand what they were saying. the purple one went to reach for his scarf to, what I guess is to see his face, I walk out with my M16A4 drawn. "Get away from him" I demanded them.

the ones with armor drew the own weapons. their were some with spears and some with swords. I aim my gun right at the guard closes to me "Put your weapons downs and let me get my friend and I wont have to hurt you" all I got was a few chuckles from some of the guards.

"Tell me creature what exactly do you think a metal stick is going to do, your not even holding it right" that last part made him to start to laugh even more. I level my weapon at the sword's men in front of me and aim at his sword and fire a single shot a loud BANG could be heard echoing through the forest.

"you really want to laugh at a guy who brought a gun to a knife fight" I look at the sword's man that is now shaking in fear while looking at his sword that was now in pieces all over the ground. I look at the rest had stop laughing and looked at me. some looked in horror and some with pure anger. "That was a warning shot be lucky I did not shoot him, now let me get my friend and we will be on our way" I said as I aim my rifle at the rest.

"wait everypony stop!" the purple one yelled getting everyone's attention, she had a black business suit and a pair of glasses, "Can't we all just talk this out" she finished.

I lower my gun to my hip but keeping my finger on the trigger "I'm not good at negotiating that's usually his job" I said calmly as i point at Chris's unconscious body "But I would like some questions answered so lets hope your friends here feel the same" I say not looking away from the guards.

"lets get your friend here to a hospital, does that sound good to you" She said I just node my head. "My name is Twilight sparkle and theses are my friends Applejack,Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash,Fluttershy, and Rarity" She said as I walk over to them and pick my Corbin up.

"Could we just get to the hospital?" I ask not wanting to wast time with introductions.

"Yeah of course" Twilight said thank-full that things went this way instead of everyone having to go to the hospital.
