I could feel it. Feel the energy flowing, my arms and legs starting to work again, as well as many other feelings of complete-ness. When I could see again, it was just blue. Then, the whole specter of colors came into view, and I could see clearly once again. What I saw shocked and confused me.
I saw a person in a suit of futuristic looking armor. He was wielding a strange weapon, which seemed like it was designed to shoot lasers or something. It seemed his attention was towards the entrance of our -cave I believe he said-, specifically on these... horses? Whatever the matter was, it seemed I was a large role in it, seeing as he was begging for my activation a second ago. When my eyes(?) settled back on him, he seemed to have caught wind of my activating. Perhaps the blue glow my eyes emanated was the reason. Once he saw my alive form, he cheered for a moment, then remembered that supposed 'enemies' were in the vicinity. Since I was tired of waiting for an explanation, I decided that if anyone was going to simmer this encounter down, it was to be me.
Once I had started moving, all attention was towards me. I was much different than I remember. For one, I was insanely tall, I couldn't even stand up, I had to crouch till my heels hit the floor to fit in the cave. Another thing, was my form. I appeared to be a robot. Much different than I anticipated, I must say. But my musing are not of concern right now, as that goes to the beings in front of my newest friend. I may not of known who he was, but he did help me awaken, though with some rather unneeded words. I stared directly at my new found adversaries, the Horses, and spoke what was meant to be spoken.
"Liberty Prime is online. All systems nominal. Weapons hot. Mission: The destruction of any and all Chinese communists. Identify yourselves or be eradicated!"
I was in front of the soldier at the tie of that sentence, as to stop guard him from harm. Now that I see the horses up front, they are very different as well. They had unproportional eyes compared to the rest of their body, which were also relatively small, four out of the six there had appendages they should not have, such as wings and a horn, and lastly they were all varying colors. Needless to say, this was an odd place to wake up to. No wonder that soldier had freaked out like that, I would have too if I were to wake up alone in a place like this. Also needless to say, is the look of terror that had dominated their faces upon seeing me. I give them no blame, as I am a giant robot it seems. The first one to openly respond was the Purple/Violet one.
"I-uh- I am-"
Unfortunately, it was cutoff by another of the group, the cyan one with wings.
"What the hay are you?!"
Quite the emotional one isn't it? Well, If it wants to ask questions, ill give it answers.
"You have thirty seconds to comply, or you shall be eliminated!"
Didn't say it was the answer they would have wanted. The Purple one quickly... glowed the Cyan one? I am unsure, but it seems to be some type of telekinesis. She, as I am certain by the feminine voice and body, had pulled the Cyan one towards her and seemed to have a mini-argument with her. When she was done, she had turned to face me with confidence, that had quickly melted when she saw my expressionless face. She looked at me nervously and swallowed before saying:
"Uh, hello! My name is Twilight Sparkle! There are my friends-"
I cut her off before she could say more. I had no need to know any others beside the leader.
"Name your intent!"
She looked surprised, and a bit offended that I had cut her off so fast. She regained her composure and had asserted confidence that did not waver. I had to admire her bravery. She looked my straight in the, uh, visor and told me:
"We are here on official Equestrian business concerning unknown magical surges coming from this general area. Now that we have identified it as your appearances, we must bring you to the highest authority's in the land for a diplomatic solution. It would be very helpful if we could go peacefully. Uh, p-please.""
Once she was done, she sat silently waiting for my response, albeit while having a minor exchange of words towards her group. I was contemplating her offer, when I had tuned my torso around to view the future soldier, while supporting myself with my right arm. I lowered my voice as much as I could, though it hadn't done much, and called the soldier over. He seemed confused at my request, but complied anyway. Once he was directly in front of me, I asked him his thoughts about the situation. Again, he was puzzled.
"Wait, how can you do that?" he asked with confusion evident in his voice.
"Do what?" I asked in return.
"How can you show so much emotion? Aren't you supposed to just spew old world propaganda or somethin'?."
I had questioned that myself ever since I become self aware not too long ago. How was I aware? Why now? Is it possible to only be aware of one's awareness without being aware? All these questions, but still no answers. I looked at him and stated:
"I am as confused as you are."
He stared at the ground for a moment and said: "If these things are actually telling the truth, then I'd think It'd be best if we go with them. I honestly want to apologize for what I said anyway. And hey, if they try to kill us, you could always just destroy them first right? I'm gonna be honest, you being up is a huge confidence boost."
I stared at him for a moment, making him seem a bit uneasy, then agreed with a silent nod. He sighed and walked past my guarding form, up to where he was about 10 from the Horses.
"Alright, we talked and have decided to go with you. Be warned, if you try anything violent against either of us, he-" he pointed at me "-will literally crush you. Literally. And as a flip note, I apologize for my excessive language earlier. I was stressed out, new place and all."
With that, he ended his speech and just stood there, awaiting a response. When he got one, over two minutes had passed of the Horse group discussing with themselves. While I would bet they would like their privacy, I could hear every word. Most were genuinely frightened of us, me especially. That was bout four of the group I had not met yet. The other two were either talking about taking me down, or how we were going to be if we were truthful with our compliance. Interesting that we had just talked about the same thing. The group tuned back towards us within minute or so. The Purple one, known as 'Twilight', had taken up the leads again.
"We are very glad that you are agreeing the come with us peacefully. It really helps, since we wouldn't want to try and force you anyway. One last thing I have to ask though, what are your names?"
The Soldier shuffled in the spot he was in and turned towards me. He was contemplating on whether or not he should be truthful to them. I nodded to him.
"We may as well be honest, though I am curious of your name as well."
The Soldier gazed at me once more before turning around and presenting himself to the other group. He seemed uncomfortable, but complied anyways.
"Well, my official name is Lieutenant Kingsborough.. But, you can call me King. This big fella right here is Liberty Prime, official robot of the US of A. Well, what's left of it anyway. Now that introductions are over, shall we get going ladies?"
Twilight nodded, and with that we all proceeded to leave the cave, though with some difficulty from my part. I had to crawl through the opening, while my back and sides scratched along the sides. Once I was out though, my full height could be seen for all. I was frickin' huge. Now, to the foreign lands, where we may face potential danger. Off we go!
