Thunderstorm woke up feeling a ring in his ears and having the biggest headache of his life and for some reason was laying on his kitchen on the floor. The last thing he remembers is Berry punch inviting him to a party and then nothing. It was no mystery that he was suffering from a big hangover and that it will probably last all day. Thunderstorm tried getting up he did but fell back down hard.
"Ugh why did I drink so much" said Thunderstorm with the most regretful voice ever.
He does remember that he didn't want to go but his friends Thunderlane and Spike convince him to go so he did in that moment a thought enter into Thunderstorm's mind. Thunderlane and Spike were there so they may know what happened last night. Thunderstorm tried getting up again pushing himself whit his wings and got up he got his phone and called Thunderlane. Thunderlane answered he sounded a bit tired but but he didn't sound like he was in the same state as Thunderstorm.
"Hey Thunderlane what happened last night I can't remember" Thunderstorm said hoping Thunderlane could fill him in on what happened last night.
Thunderlane was quite for a moment but eventually spoke "well I don't know everything but I remember you drinking and dancing with Berry punch" he stopped for a moment as if he was trying to remember what was he going to say "after that you and Spike left the bar and I never saw you again". Thunderlane stop for a moment and said "Thunderstorm are you okay you sound awful" he said in a jokingly way.
Thunderstorm still trying to remember didn't say anything for a while until"Yeah I'm fine I'm just trying to remember what happened last night" Thunderstorm started feeling nauseous but kept talking "I feel like I'm going to vomit and that someone is trying to rip my head apart"Thunderstorm said breathing heavily.
"Why don't you call Spike or Berry and ask them what happened" Thunderlane said clearly worried about the state his friend was in.
"I'm going to call Spike maybe he knows what happened knowing Berry punch she is probably in the same state as I am" Thunderstorm said still feeling like he was going to vomit.
"Ok good luck Thunderstorm I hope you find out what happened" and whit that Thunderlane hung up.
Thunderstorm considered his plan of action and decided to call spike. Thunderstorm Sat down on his couch and dilled Spike's number thephone rang and Spike picked up.
"Hey Thunderstorm what's going on" Spike said he clearly sounded tired but he sounded fine.
Thunderstorm thought of what to say "Spike do you remember what happened after we left the club" Thunderstorm said in his usual voice."Thunderlane told me I left with you and Berry punch" Thunderstorm said in a worried voice he started thinking of all that could happened. Many thoughts came into Thunderstorm's mind he attacking someone, stealing something or even having sex with Berry punch. He was relaxed when spike talked.
"Don't worry nothing bad happened" Spike said in a calm voice.
"Thank Celestia nothing happened" Thunderstorm said as if the weight of the world had been lifted off his shoulders sadly that didn't last very long.
"Well some stuff did happened" in that moment Thunderstorm feared the worst Spike said nothing bad so he knew he didn't have to worry right.
"What happened Spike" Thunderstorm said in a furious voice as if he was going to explode.
Spike starting to get scared said"nothing bad happened me you and Berry went out ran around town and maybe we broke Rarity's window with a rock". There was complete silence for a while until Thunderstorm spoke.
"You're joking right" Thunderstorm said getting really angry at this point he even forgot why he called in the first place.
Spike afraid to answer said"well we were drunk there was nothing we could do" another silence passed. The one to break the silence this time was Spike "Thunderstorm are you okay you're not mad are you.
Everything was quite for a while until Thunderstorm spoke whit a furious voice"do you know what Rarity is going to do to us when she finds out we broke her window".
Spike that was terrified by this point said"well it was actually you who threw the rock at Rarity's window after Berry punched dared you to do it".
There was another long silenced before Thunderstorm got a flashback. He was standing outside Rarity's boutique when Berry punch turned to him.
Berry punch obviously very drunk said "I dare hic you to throw the rock at the window. Thunderstorm turned to grab the rock he grabbed it and was ready to throw when Spike stopped him.
"Thunderstorm are you sure this is a good idea" Spike asked looking worried out of the three of them he drank the least so he was still sobber "what is going to happen when Rarity finds out"
"Don't worry everything is going to be find" in that moment Thunderstorm threw the rock and it hit the window a loud crashing noise could be heard along with glass shattering. In that moment all of them turned around and started running.
"So yeah that's about the worst thing that happened" a long silence followed until Spike broke it again worried he kept asking questions like are you okay? Are you mad?.Thunderstorm simply told him they would talk later and hung up. For a while Thunderstorm just sat on his chair still whit his massive headache thinking what Rarity was going to do to him.
After finishing the call Thunderstorm just sat in his chair the headache he felt just growing stronger and the feeling of vomiting also growing bigger.
"What am I going to do" Thunderstorm said to himself thinking of all the possibilities he could just tell Rarity but she might overreact he could keep quiet but Spike or Berry will probably tell her eventually and she might get really mad. "I guess I can ask someone what they think I should do" Thunderstorm thought to himself.
While thinking his headache just grew bigger "I need coffee" Thunderstorm said while getting up to make coffee "how could I have been so stupid" Thunderstorm usually didn't do stupid things but when he did it was always a big mistake like now "I wonder how Berry punch is doing" Thunderstorm began thinking she is probably feeling worst than me although knowing her she probably wasn't. Thunderstorm's thought were interrupted by the beep of the coffee machine he served himself some coffee and sat in his chair again.
After drinking his coffee Thunderstorm got up and started thinking on what to do maybe Applejack can give me some advice or maybe I can ask Fluttershy for some advice or maybe Twilight Thunderstorm thought were interrupted again when his phone began to ring "who's calling me?" Thunderstorm checked who it was and to his horror it was Rarity "O my Celestia she doesn't know does she " Thunderstorm argued with himself should I answer or pretend I didn't hear it in the end Thunderstorm decided to answer the phone "Hi Rarity how are you doing".
"I'm doing terrible darling someone came and broke my window while I was sleeping" she said in her typical overdramatic voice she even sounded like she was about to cry "I mean what kind of person would come and break my window" there was a long silence as if she was waiting for me to answer the question then she just kept going "I don't know what to do what if he comes back and wrecks my boutique or attacks me or my sister" she said as if the world was about to end.
"Listen Rarity everything is going to be fine"
"Calm down how can you tell me to calm down there is a criminal running around Ponyville who knows what he might be doing right now I can't be calm now"
Thunderstorm just sat there thinking of what to say while Rarity just kept rambling on an on "Equestria to Rarity come in Rarity" Thunderstorm said in a jokingly manner.
"How could you be joking at a time like this Thunderstorm" Rarity said sounding more serious.
"Well I....." Thunderstorm paused thinking if he should just tell her it was him that broke the window but hearing how she sounded would it be wise to tell her he just kept thinking quietly even forgetting he was talking to someone.
"Thunderstorm are you there darling" she said sounding concerned.
" ......Yeah I'm here" Thunderstorm said as if he had just snapped out of a fantasy
"Well what were you going to say"
"I was going to say don't worry I'm going to catch the guy that broke your window" Thunderstorm hoped that what he just said would keep Rarity calmed that way he could get some advice on what to do.
"Well alright I know you're good at tracking and you know how to fight but be careful ok this guy isn't afraid to damage someone's property who knows what he might do to you"
"Ok I will I have to go see you later Rarity"
"Goodbye Thunder" Rarity was cut off by the sound of someone hanging up the phone "Thunderstorm seems to be behaving quite strange today" whit that Rarity went back to his normal day. On the other end Thunderstorm gave a heavy sigh.
"I can't believe that work" Thunderstorm headache was still there but not as bad and the feeling of wanting to throw up went away. He got up still thinking about what had just happened on one hand Rarity wasn't going to start a search party to find the guy who broke her window and she didn't know it was me on the other hand he basically just promised Rarity he was going to catch the guy who broke her window meaning he was going to catch himself. For a while Thunderstorm just layed in the couch waiting for the hangover to pass when he started feeling like he could walk he decided to go ask someone for advice on what to do.
"Let me think Fluttershy is the one that lived closest to him ok I'll go ask her" and whit that Thunderstorm started flying towards Fluttershy's cottage hopefully she had good advice on how he could solve his dilemma without having Rarity mad at him forever.
