He Blasted Me With Magic
Shadow Spider POV
I was swinging through the city of Skylight enjoying the perfect summer day. Oh excuse me, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Shadow Spider. You can call me Web Head, you can call me Amazing, just don't call me "Late for dinner". Anyway, I was swinging through Skylight when I heard police talk on the radio in my mask. No it's not those big radios you have in your house. It's a small device that, when I put my spider tracers on the antennas of the city, allow me to listen in on what's going on. I heard the police shouting and saying something about a "white devil" attacking some bank. "Alright, let's get work!" With that, I swung to the bank.
When I got there, I landed inside the bank and saw the white devil they were talking about. "Hey pal, didn't your mother teach you never to take money from nice people?" I webbed the bags of money away from him. "Ah, Shadow Spider! I've been expecting you." "You, expect ME? I'm flattered!" I joked. "Hey I heard the jail cells are nice these days! They got toilet seats and everything!" I shot webs at him and....he made them disappear with a snap of his fingers. Ok, so I'm fighting a magician. Great. He waved his hand and a portal of some kind opened up. "So long Shadow Spider!" he picked me up with telekinesis or something and threw me into the portal. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!" I then blacked out.
"Ugh, my head." Where am I? I looked around and see that I'm in some kind of forest. I stood up but stumbled a little bit but regained my footing. I see...a light. I run over there and get out of the forest. "Where the heck am I?" I wonder. Suddenly, I hear a loud thump and a roar. I see a village being attacked by a.....dragon? Ok I'm definitely NOT on Earth anymore. But no time to wonder upon that. A hero's gotta do what a hero's gotta do. I then webbed the trees around me and formed a makeshift slingshot out of my webbing and shot myself towards the village.
