Chapter 1- the land of Equestriwhat?
N jolted awake from his nightmare, his vision was blurry and he rubbed his eyes. He yawned and tried to stand up, but only ended up falling over. "Hm?" He looked down at his hands, he didn't have any. He gasped in shock, what happened to him? He saw a puddle about a foot away, thinking he could use that as a mirror of so some sorts, he stumbled over to it and looked at his reflection. He was a rappadash like creature with his hair, a slighter grey coloring, he had a saddle bag over his back, probobly containing his pokeball, and a small crown rested on both sides of his flank. What happened to him? Was he still in Unova? All the shock was too much to handle and he lost consciouness.
He awoke to a creature similar to him, but it was a foal and had more rapadash like features, such as a bright red mane, but it's coat was a whiter shade than a rapadash's.
"Hiya Mister, my names Truth, what's your's?" She asked with bright orange eyes filled with curiosity.
"Truth! Give the poor pony some space!" Another said, this was was another female, but this one was a light blue with a short blue mane with white streaks.
"Where.......am I?" N asked, utterly confused about almost everything, he took a seconds to obverse his surroundings. He was in a simple house with in a bed with plain mint green sheets
"Well first of all, my name is Colgate, and second of all, your in Ponyvile." Colgate replied
"Ponyvile? What in the name of Arceus is that?" N asked, he tried to get out of the bed and took him a second to gain his balance.
"You aren't from Equestria are you?" Colgate exclaimed
"So, what's your name?" Truth asked, "I also like your necklace, it looks like Saturn!" She giggled
"My name's N" he answered, he liked how lively Truth was, it seemed like she could turn anything into a good time "and no, I'm not from Equestrwhatever, I'm from Unova." N replied
"Younohva?" Colgate asked
"huh strange, Unova has one of the biggest pokedexes in the world, with Kanto coming in close second" Colgate just started at if he said he had just run to the moon and back.
"What in the name of celestia are you talking about?" Colgate said "ya know what never mind, you can go, I gotta give my sister her foals back, you can come and meet my sister if ya want, oh and here's ya bag back" Her horn began to glow, and to N's surprise, his bag began to levitate and Colgate floated it onto his back.
"What was that?!" N asked, still confused
"magic duh, your a unicorn, you don't even know what magic is? You must be really far from your home N." Colgate said.
N opened his bag, his six pokeballs contaning his zekrom, archeops,klingklang, zororak, valinuxe, and castaroga. "Thank Arceus, my pokeballs are still in here." N stated, he was glad he had his Pokemon with him, he would be utterly lost without them.
"Your poke what? Just tell me later" Colgate replied, and walked down the stairs.
N waited for her to leave the attempted to use his magic, he did so, but the levitating was a bit shaky. He mananged to pull out a Silver locket in shape of a heart, he opened it and in it was a picture of White on the first day of her journey, holding her snivy, now serperior, King. White had given this to him before he left, it was one of the last things to remember White by, except for memories. N quickly put it away and walked downstairs. Colgate was talking to a colt with a jet black coat, wings, and electric blue eyes and mane. N noted that he strangely resembled zekrom.
"Ideal, I've told you a millions times, we have to go back home now." Colgate stated
"really now? It's not even dark yet!" Ideal complained
"I bet if you come home now, your mom will let you help again." Ideal suddenly spang up
"ok let's go!" He said, Colgate giggled,
"that old charade always works." She said, suddenly she realized N was in the room. "Oh, N, you wanna come meet my sister? It's not too far, Ponyvile is pretty tiny." She said, N was curious about meeting more ponies.
"Sure I'll come, i don't really have anything to do" he answered
"then hurry up were about to leave slowpoke!" Truth laughed and ran out the door with her brother. N smiled, whatever Ponyvile and Equestria had in store, he was ready to take it.

So guys, what do ya guys think? I've been thinking about removing the mane six from the story, tell me what you guys think, and if I ido, give me an excuse as well,

chapter 2- welcome to ponyvile! oh theres also a timberwolf behind you.
"ok, let me get this straight, the two rulers of Equestria, raise the sun and moon, thats something ya don't see everyday." N said to Colgate, Colgate had explained some basic things on the way to her sister's. Truth and Ideals clung to their heels as some ponies noticed N being new in town, and welcomed him to Ponyvile.
"Wow, i'm surprised your so calm about this, when someone new usually comes to Equestria, their shocked to find out there are ponies so powerful" Colgate exclaimed. N shrugged, he's heard of pokemon more powerful, and hes even seen a few, such as when Rosa showed N Cressaila when she caught it, the lake trio as well, and the rumors about darkrai being the cause of the death of the ghost girl in the strange house located at Twist Mountain.
A gasp suddenly filled the air, a pink blur rushed through the street, and skidded to a halt in front of N, the dust cleared, and a pink pony with a frizzy mane resembling cotton candy, she had a bright smile and large blue eyes. "ohmygoshohmygosh! Your new in town!" she excalimed joyfully. Colgate rolled her eyes, and N was once again, utterly confused.
"So?" N said, he guessed that she was the kind of pony who was friends with everypony else.
"That means I have to throw you a welcome to Ponyville party! My name's Pinkie Pie, official super duper party pony at your service!" Pinkie said in delight.
"N, this my, or everypony's friend, Pinkie Pie. Pinkie, this is N, and were on the way to Seafoam's" Colgate said, Truth and Ideals ran up infront of pinkie.
"Hi Pinkie! How ya doing?" The two twins said in unison.
"I'm doing great! You should get going, see ya later N!" Pinkie said, before bounding off into a bakery. N just watched her bounce off.
"that was.....something." N said to himself, before following Colgate and the foals to a small building with a sign showing a Hammer with a nail pierced through the handle.
"N, this is my sisters workshop, Soft Melodies, its a music box store." she explained
A music box store? Thats new
Colgate knocked on the door and a pony with the same colored coat as hers, a blue and Teal mane, with round glasses with purple farmes the same color as a mismagias. "Your back! Just In time too." she said. Truth and Ideals ran inside and Her eyes drifted to N.
"who's your friend?" she asked calmy, her eyes sky blue eyes shone behind her glasses.
"My name's N, I'm new in town." he answered
"Oh, then welcome to Ponyville, My name's Seafoam, nice to meet ya too!" she said. then she opened a bag on her back and looked through it. "oh horsefeathers! I need more dragon blossom for the paint! Colgate, do you mind watching them for just a little while longer?" she asked her sister.
"sure, i don't mind one bit." she answered before walking inside "oh N, my sister would use an extra hand, can you go with her?" Colgate asked her friend
"I guess i could go, eight hooves are better than four i guess." N said And if it calls for it, my friends would help me in a moments notice
"Great! follow me N." Seafoam said before walking across town and stopping at the edge of a mysterious forest. "be careful round here, bunch of dangerous creatures round the forest." she warned.
It had been about just an hour before N and Seafoam had found enough dragon blossom, it was a bright red flower with leaves that spread like a fire blast. N suddenly smelled something rather.......unpleasnt, like a trubbish, but just chose to ignore it. "Ok, i think this is enough we can go back now........." Seafoams eyes drifted to something behind N, her eyes filled with horror and fear.
"something wrong Seafoam?" N asked, he was worried on how she could go from a joyful pony to a terrified freak in seconds.
"t-t-t-t-TIMBERWOLF!" she screamed, N turned around and saw a creature resembling a mightyena, only it was made of twigs, with glowing green eyes and a menacing muzzle. And was somehow, more horrifing. looks like this is the perfect time for some help from my friends
"Vaniluxe! Help us!" N said and threw out his Pokeball, his vaniluxe came out, and the air around it became slightly colder.
"Vanil!" it screamed.
"Vaniluxe! Use blizzard!" N said, vaniluxe obeyed and shot a frosty wind at the Timberwolf, it was sent back flying but came charging back and smashed into vaniluxe. The Timberwolf was about to bite into vaniluxe when it suddenly floated upwards, and slammed into the Timberwolf. time to finsih it off "Alright now use Frost Breath!" N told his friend once again.
"VaaaaaaniilllleUX!" it screamed, a frosty wind that made tree leaves turn yellow on their edges, straight for the Timberwolf, It slowly frose and shattered into twigs, and everybody stood there panting.

so yeah, i decided to keep the mane six in, sorry the chapters kinda short, my curfrews in like 3 minutes, but i have a 4 day weekend so more chapters! horray!

Chapter 3- An introduction to pokemon!
"WHAT IN THE NAME OF CELESTIA'S SUN WAS THAT?!" Seafoam yelled. looks like i better explain to her, before she freaks out even more
"that was a pokemon, their from where I live" N replied, he tried his best to try and calm her.
"so there are hundreds of floating double scoop ice cream cones where you live?!" Seafoam asked in confusion.
"No of course not, pokemon have hundreds of species, some resemble birds, pigs, dragons, ectretera, ectetera, right vaniluxe? N asked his vanulixe.
"Vanile, ux ux!" It replied.
"wait dragons too? do you have any with you? how many 'pokemon' do you have on your team?" she asked curiously, N was just glad she wasn't panicking anymore.
"well, the battle rules say that you can have six pokemon on you at a time, but you can have more with you if you don't battle with you and are wild." N replied to her question.
"pokemon battles? you mean they fight eachother? Isn't that kinda......animal abuse?" She asked, part of N twisted inside, he once thought this was true, but White showed him different.
"No, more like, do the foals and fillies here have beetle fights?" N asked.
"yeah, lots of them like to do it for fun, so its more like that? That seems less like animal abuse and more like a fun pass time." she responded.
"Thats exactly what it is, and trainers also carry their pokemon in pokeballs witch are these," N paused for a moment to take out one of his pokeballs " it might seems like animal abuse again, but the pokemon are very comfortable in them." N replied, he had once again thought that this was cruel to pokemon, and once again, N was proven wrong by White.
"so, you said you could have six at a time, and I've already seen your vaniluxe, so can i see your other five?" Seafoam asked, her eyes sparkled curiously.
"I don't see why not, Come on out everybody!" N called and his pokeballs opened, reveling his Kilngklang, carracosta, areceops, zororak, and his zekrom, witch he had forgoten for a moment, would be huge.
"sweet mother of Celstia, THESE ARE AMAZING" she said excitingly. "but you might wanna take back your giant dragon before enough ponies see it." she added quickly.
"good point, sorry zekrom, but you might be benched for a while, return." N said, and in a quick red light, zekrom returned to its pokeball.
"there all so cool! Especially this one." she pointed at zororak and approached it, they locked eye contact for a second until zororak smirked and in a prurple light, turned into Seafoam.
"classic zororak, still in for a good laugh" N said. He knew too well that his zororak liked to play tricks a little too often.
"whoa, you mean it can change forms?" Seafoam asked, her eyes wide as she looked at 'herself'.
"only with things it's seen, so because it hasn't seen your sister, it can't transform into it." N explained, and zororak returned to its original state.
"cool, and you said that pokemon battles are just a fun pass time right? So.......can you show me a battle, please?" Seafoam said, N was begining to under stand that she was curious about lots of this.
"i'm not sure......" N began.
"Pleeease? I promise to never tell a living soul about any of this." She begged.
"Well, I wouldn't say another living soul, just make sure you don't go on blabbering on to every body in Ponyville, so i guess its fine." N answered. He guessed if she only told ponies like her sister, everything would be fine.
"Thank you thank you!" She said happily. " witch are ya gonna use?" she asked.
"I know just the two, Come on out!" N called, and his klingklang and vanilluxe."Do you mind giving Seafoam a demonstration battle?" N asked them.
"Klang" Klingklank said, agreeing, Vaniluxe did the same.
"Great, thanks." N told his partners, then turned to Seafoam "They said they wouldn't mind. You ready?" N asked her.
"Ready as i'll ever be!" She said.
"OK, Klingklang, can you be my opponent?" N asked
"klink klink!" it smiled
"thanks, Ok, lets start out, Vaniluxe, use frost breath!" N began, and Vaniluxe shot a frosty wind at Klingklang, but kilingklang was fast and avoided the attack, and countered with a thunderbolt and hit Vaniluxe. "stay strong Vaniluxe, use blizzard!" N said.
"Vanile!" Vaniluxe said, and blasted a blizzard at Klingklang, it tried to doge but it was too late and it hit it. hard. even though it wan't very effective, Vaniluxe had gotten a good hit on it. Klingklang recovered quickly and shot a hyper beam at vaniluxe, and it got a perfect shot at vaniluxe, but it just made it by. "great work vaniluxe! Now use Flash cannon and end this!" N told Vaniluxe.
"VAANILLLUUXXEEEE!" Vaniluxe screamed and blasted a blinding light at Klingklang, it tried to move and avoid it, but it couldn't move because it still needed to recharge from the hyper beam. and in a flash of light, Klingklang was down and so, Vaniluxe had won.
"Great work you two, return." N said, returning them to their pokeballs, and turned to Seafoam. "And that, was a pokemon battle." He said.
"That......was.........AMAZING, it was all so cool! But I promise, I would only tell ponies I trust. Oh, I almost forgot, we have to leave and get back to the shop, c'mon lets go." she said, before running off, N smiled, but after having a battle once again, something tugged at him, was White here? He didn't know how to get back, and if he couldn't, he might never see White again, he took out the locket and looked inside it again. He hoped with all his might that she was here, or he would get back, and do anything he would do to see her.
"Hey N, c'mon!" Seafoam yelled from across the clearing, N put the locket away and followed Seafoam back. White, are you here? I hope you, are, I wouldn't know what I would do without you.....
Author's Note
when i was writing this story, my 2 year old brother ran up to me giving me my pokemon card box that i lost last week, it had my shiny relicanth card and my xerneas card and he said "Here you go sisey" That is the most adorable thing i've ever seen him do.
