In the everfree forest, a pony was running away from a burning castle, she stopped running and she turned around to look at the castle.
"I did all what I could do, who knows if they'll come back or not"She said.
A couple of years later.
"Man ever since Princess Celestia and Luna turned that scary looking dragon to stone, things have gone back to normal"a pony said
"Right Starshine?"she asked.
"Yeah, Blossom. Uh but about your Harthwarming eve party"Starshine said.
"Yeah?"Blossom asked.
"I'm afraid my mother wont let me go"Starshine said.
"Oh why is that? I live a couple cottages down the road, its not that far"Blossom said.
"Apparently Mother doesn't want me out of her sight, I think its because of the fact Father died"Starlight said.

Her mother saw the sun going down. She opened the door.
"Starshine time to come in"Rainflower said.

"Why does Mother always tell me to get inside at this time? Sure it was getting dark but it was still light"Starshine said.
In the living room, Rainflower had her fire place on and she was looking out the window, it was night and it was raining.

Railzon looked out the window.
"Knowing them, they always keep themselves in secret until they need to suck the juice out of apples"Railzon said.

the next day Starshine ran down the stairs and used her magic to open the door but Rainflower closed it.
"Mother.....I'm just going out to meet my friends its harthwarming day."Starshine said.
"Correct, open your present, I know I've been distance since ZolarBlaze died but I'm never going to let you get hurt"Rainflower said.
"Mother? Thanks"Starshine said.
She opened her present and it was a picture of her with her parents.

Starshine and Rainflower hugged, and after the hug Starshine ran out of her cottage. In the city, Starshine noticed a pony in the forest but he ran away. Starshine followed him but she lost him. The pony ran back to his home. In a castle the same pony from before ran into the kitchen, a yellow pony with a purple mane looked at him. The young pony had a greyish blue coat and a black mane, both ponies had red eyes.
"Thunderbite where were you? Nopony other than staff should know you live here"she said.
"Sorry Mom, I wanted to see the outside world."Thunderbite said.
"Agrial I need you"a voice said.
"Yes ma'am"Agrial said.
"Keep out of trouble Thunderbite"Agrial said and she left.
"Oh boy I hope I lost that pony"Thunderbite said.
In the forest Starshine walking through it and saw a castle.
"Whoa, these hooves arent old, they're recent. So this is where he ran to? I could of sworn I saw wings"Starshine said.
She went towards the doors and she opened the door and walked through the hall.
"Hello.....?"Starshine asked.
She got grabbed by Thunderbite, Starshine blushed.
"Shut up, noponies supposed to know that I live here and now you? We're both going to get in a hipe a lot of trouble"Thunderbite said.
"Sorry but I was wondering why you were at the village"Starshine said.

"My mom works for Queen Bloodheart, ever since Dad went missing, Queen Bloodheart knows about me but no other worker should know so I have to stay in the shadows."Thunderbite said.
"So whats the point of hiding if this queen knows?"Starshine asked.
"She made a rule saying a young vamp ponies aren't allowed to stay in the castle"Thunderbite said.

"You can stay in my room if you want."Thunderbite said.
"Oh no, I have to get back home"Starshine said.

Back in the village, Rainflower was looking out the window.
