Rude Awakening

Rainbow stirred awake, groaning as she sat up as she felt an intense burning coming from her flanks. "Ouch! What the heck?" She grumbles as she opened her eyes, stretching out her hooves. The burning and painful sensation became more prominent as Dash moved her hooves. She pulled back the covers and noticed that her dirty diaper from earlier was still on. "Fuck did Twilight forget to change me?!" She thought as she pushed her hoof into the used padding, feeling the contents on the inside mush and squish. Dash was awarded a sharp burn near her flanks, her hoof quickly retracting itself from the padding. "Owwie" She winced, slowly swinging her hooves from under the covers, getting out of the bed. She waddled to her supplies and did the process of getting changed, except this time not putting on a diaper. Dash also didn't have any rash cream to put on her sore flank either, mainly because she's good at maintaining how long she stays in her diapers and has never once gotten a rash well at least up to this day. Dash sighed as she got back to her hooves and headed downstairs seeing Twilight on the couch reading a book. "What's up egghead?" Dash said wincing with each step she took.

Twi turned facing her attention to Dash. "Oh Dashie you're awake, it's almost 3 in the afternoon, I had to fly over to your job and tell them you were calling in sick"

"You could have just woke me up" Dash rolled her eyes

"And make the foal grumpy waking up from her nap early?" She smiled looking to Dash's waist "Oh you changed yourself? I was going to do it once you woke up but now tha-"

"You should've changed me while I was alseep, you gave me a freaking diaper rash that burns like a dragon spent a good thirty minutes roasting my flanks!" Dash cut Twilight off, grumbling.

Twi blinked and folded her ears, rushing over to Rainbow giving her a hug. "I'm so sorry Dash I forgot all about rash's, you just looked so cute when you were sleeping and I didn't want to ruin such a precious moment!"

"It's okay Twilight"

"Are you sure?"

"Yea, just need to run to the store and pick up some rash cream from the store and I should be fine" Dash sighed.

Twi nodded "Ok, uhm sorry again"

"I said it's fine, egghead" Dash giggled "So did you like treating me like a foal?"

"For the little time we've spent together experimenting with your hobby, I'd have to say yes!" Twilight smiled "At first I was a bit scared and nervous but after a bit I really started to enjoy it! Im gonna need to brush up on my parenting skills of course. I don't want you getting another rash and I should probably read some more on caring for a foal before we delve deeper into this activity."

Dash blinked "A simple yes would have been good enough but anyway I'm glad your enjoying it. I'm enjoying it too, having you take care of me is pretty awesome, It's usually just me taking care of me"

Twi smiled "Great! Also another thing, I've fulfilled my end of the bargain so where should our first date be?"

Dash groaned, having thought Twilight had of forgotten about this whole dating thing. "Ugh lets just get the rash cream first we can talk about the whole....dating thing later."

Twi frowned seeing Dash avoid her question "Okay..." she sighed.

Dash and Twilight soon head to Ponyville's general store. Twilight looked around while Dash made her way to the foal section of the store looking for rash cream. She scanned the shelves up and down till she found some and got the store brand cream. She left the isle and was about to go to the register but another thing caught her eye. She looked into the healthcare isle seeing the usual medicine, thermometers, and various household items but she also saw adult diapers. Dash always knew the general store carried diapers but what she saw wasn't any ordinary adult diaper this package of padding was themed with Dash's favorite flight team in all of Equestria. "Wonderbolts!" Dash grinned ear to ear upon seeing the package. The burning that she felt between her flanks seemed to become non existent as she looked side to side to make sure she was alone before she picked up the package in her hooves. "Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh. Wonderbolt themed diapers!" Dash scanned the package and read it up and down "Ultra-absorbent protective undergarment with a stylish themed wetness indicator, and ultra strong leak guards and tapes to contain even the heaviest of accidents! Guaranteed to hold up too 100 ounces!"

Dash meeped, dropping the pack of diapers in her hooves as she felt someone tap her from behind. "Dash? I've been trying to get your attention for over a minute!" Twilight said looking down at what Dash had just dropped. "Wonderbolt brand diapers?" she blinked looking at Dash "I never knew there were themed adult diapers"

Dash blushed "Me neither! I've only seen bland white ones and a few colored but never a themed one before I thought those were just for foals!" she bent down picking up the package "It's a pack of 12 and costs.....40 bits?!"

"That's a bit much for diapers don't you think?"

Dash nodded in agreement "But they say they hold up too 100 ounces an-"

"100 ounces?! That's a lot of liquid for a diaper to hold!" Twi took the package from Dashie's hooves and felt around the top "Geez that's some thick padding!" she exclaimed.

Dash grinned even more "With those on I'd be waddling like crazy!" Dash giggles "Twilight go get a basket I can put these in."

Twi looked around to see if anypony was around and smiled "Now Dashie what's the magic word?" she cooed, teasingly

Dash blushed "Pwease?" she tried her best to lisp like a foal would.

"Good girl wait here while mommy gets the basket"

Dash obeyed Twilight's orders and waited while the alicorn fetched a shopping basket. When she returned Dash set the cream and the pack of diapers into the basket. "Okay Twilight your gonna buy these with my bits and if the cashier asks you any questions on why you are buying these just say something along the lines of...I'm helping out at a nursing home" Dash said in an eager voice, obviously excited to go home and try out her new nappies.

Twi sighed and smiled "Okay, only for you Rainbow and don't worry about the bits, I got it covered."

Dash went to hug her friend but quickly changed her mind as the painful sting of her rash came rushing back into reality. "Gah, let's get this stuff payed for and back to my house so we can take care of my rash." she blushed, wincing from the pain.

Twilight soon paid for the items, glad she didn't have to answer questions about why the princess of friendship was buying themed adult diapers and cream. After the two headed back to Rainbow's house, Twilight set down the bag on the table. Dash's hoof reached over to pick up the bag but was quickly smacked away by Twilight. "Now Dashie before we indulge in such foalish activity I need you to give me an answer on where we are going to have our date!" she said sternly.

Dash blushed, cursing under her breath before looking up at her friend. "Ok, I guess we could go to a movie or something? Maybe out to eat, or go to the park?"

Twi smiled gleefully "A movie and a dinner?" she asked with a giggle "How cliche and romantic, I like your style Dash"

Dash sighed "Yea well, your lucky you're even going on a date with me, not many ponies get to say they have dated me" she chuckles

"And I'll be the first mare to say they've dated the strong and independent Rainbow Dash!" she smiled

"Strong and independent?" Dash giggled "If wearing diapers, needing changies and suckling on a paci almost everyday means strong and independent then I wonder what helpless and dependent is?"

"Well you don't NEED diapers, silly"

"True" Dash chuckled and smiled

"I guess going on a date with her ain't gonna be that bad I mean she is great friend, she knows how to make me smile, and sometimes laugh too." Dash thought "What am I thinking, I don't date girls it's just not me! She's basically forcing me to go on a date with her, well not forcing me I did say I would go on a date but only if she would do me a favor and treat me like a foal. A small blush formed across her face "Great she's gotten me worked up to the point I'm blushing, this hasn't happened before with anypony. Nopony, I repeat nopony makes the amazing Rainbow Dash flustered! I do not have feelings for her, I do not have feelings for Twilight Sparkle, she is my friend and nothing more, I don't wanna date her and she knows! But why does she make me feel....weird she's making me feel something I've never felt before

Twi smiled and hugged Rainbow "Okay ya big foal are you ready to try your new diapers?" she asked. Rainbow blinked, exiting her train of thought and nodded, a smile soon making it's way to her face. Twi giggled and tears open the pack of diapers, floating one out in her magic and carefully unfolding it while Rainbow laid down, careful to not aggravate her already bad rash. "Oh right!" Twi soon levitates out the cream and dabs some onto her hoof.

Dash blushed as she spread her legs "Be careful, okay?". Twilight nods and began to slowly rub the cream over Dashie's diaper rash. The cyan mare clenched her teeth and jumped a bit as the cream was pressed against her flank, the burn that the rash gave off was quickly attacked and smothered by the cool and relaxing feeling of the cream doing it's magic. Twilight smiled and slowly rubbed in the cream over Dash's flank being delicate and soft with her hooves. Rainbow sighed in relief as the pain slowly fades away. "Is this the cream that works instantly or is it the one where you have to apply it every time the rash starts to irritate you?" Dash asked.

Twilight looked at the tube scanning it for details "It's the insta-cream"

"Good, cause this thing annoyed the shit out of me today"

Twi giggled and let Dash relax for a bit before she floated over the diaper. "Okay lift your rump in the air" she said, watching Dash do so. Once Rainbow's flank was in the air Twilight slid the padding under her and lightly pushed Dash back down to the softness of the diaper before using her magic to fold it over and tape it up.

"Celestia damn, this thing is thick" Dash exclaimed, noticing her legs were spread wide by the overly large bulk.

"That's good then, don't want to leak now do we sweetie?"

"I suppose not" Dash giggled

"Hehe when your in your diapers I want you to call me Mommy, okay?"

Dash gave a slight nod, waddling her way over to Twilight giving her a big soft hug "Okay mommy!" she said using her cute foal voice. Twi hugged her padded friend and kissed her forehead, which in turn resulted in a cute giggle coming from Dashie. "I wanna pway!" she giggled.

Twi smiled and booped Dash's nose "Well okay diaper butt let's play!" Twi said leading the 'foal' to the bedroom.

The two ponies played for an hour so doing various things such as building with blocks, to knocking down towers built with said blocks, playing hide and seek, tag, and even a cute game of peek-a-boo, which dash loved. Twilight had to admit she was having fun too, she wasn't sure if it was because she was taking care of the pony, or if it was because she was spending time with her crush. Soon enough Dash's tummy rumbled and Twilight was also getting pretty hungry. Twilight offered to make lunch and Rainbow denied, having an even better idea. Dash told Twilight about her enchanted foal food she had in a special cupboard in the kitchen that was supposed to fill up a pony's stomach just like a full course meal but contained all the properties of a jar of foal food.

"Enchanted foal food, that's new" twilight said with a smiled getting the jar down.

"Yea it wasn't easy to come across either" Dash giggled

Twi opened up the jar and spooned some of the mush to Dashie's mouth "Here comes the pegasus, woosh" she moved the spoon around imitating a flying pony before setting the spoon into her friend's awaiting mouth. Dash smiled and swallowed down the carrot and pea flavored food. After a few more spoonfuls, Dash had finished her meal and was ready to play again. She knew Twilight was enjoying this as much as she was and was eager to find out what will happen in the near future.
