This story arc focuses on Applejack and her entire Apple family including her cousins as they are in a peril of danger when Sweet Apple Acres is quarantined by an unknown virus poison that is spreading in the apples of the field causing some of Applejacks cousins and Granny Smith to fall fatally ill from the toxic poison apples. Many are pointing the hooves on Flim and Flam, unaware that they are working for some pony else, whom has a grudge on the Apple family.
