//-------------------------------------------------------// Mane Six + Spike (& More) Shipping Stories -by BrowniesNPuddingNPonies- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// The Jewelled Butterfly (Rarishy) //-------------------------------------------------------// Author's Note Before you read this, I'd like to say a couple things. First of all, this is my first public story that I've written. I have taken my time to make sure this chapter (and all the other chapters) were squeaky clean and perfect. I put as much effort into this as I possibly could. I had it proof-read by three people. I hope it's okay. I used my knowledge from other fanfictions that I've read and put it into one chapter, and definitely more to come! So, this may not be perfect at all, but I think it's quite decent if you ask me. Second, any criticisms that you have to tell me are highly, HIGHLY welcomed! I am a sucker for learning how to get better, whether I'm drawing or writing fanfictions, I would like to improve on my writing if I have the chance to. If you have any nitpicks to make, then make them! I just hope you'll be kind towards me with your critiques. After all, this is my first public story. Finally, requests for any shipping chapters you'd like to see are welcomed! I probably won't get to them until after I finished up the mane 6 + Spike chapters first, but I promise you, I will definitely get there! I plan on adding background characters and major characters into this story as well. Love for everypony. Now, then, that is all I have to say. I hope you enjoy my story! This took a while for me to write, and then re-type through my computer. I had to proof-read it for any errors, but I might've missed some, so don't be too harsh! Alright, I'm really done, now. Get on reading! The Jewelled Butterfly (Rarishy) Rarity's POV I pushed Fluttershy's hair out of her face to examine her glorious features. I then sighed with pleasure. "Oh Fluttershy, dear, you're so beautiful. Every glimpse I get of you is like a little piece of heaven calling my name." I saw Fluttershy's cheeks flush in a light pink color, meaning I had done my job of making her blush with a compliment. "Oh my... th-thank you, Rarity... you too," I heard Fluttershy quietly say. Practically a whisper, almost. I, myself, knew she wasn't the type of pony for relationships, so I was quite surprised when she said yes to my asking. Well, I love everything about her. Her smile, her beautiful, bright, teal eyes, the way her glorious, pink mane falls across her body, her beautiful Pegasus wings, and most of all, her whole personality. I have never really been a... 'personality' type of mare, but with Fluttershy... she changes that! Her voice is quiet, which is soothing, and quite relaxing. I would listen to it all day if I must. Her kindness is quite a feature that I am fond of. She is probably the sweetest mare in all of Equestria! Her shyness is like the perfect topping on a cake, and it's amazing. The way she blushes every time I speak nicely of her... I love it all so much. I've been in love with her for, well, Celestia knows how long. I first met her while on my way to my regularly scheduled spa day. It first started with awkward conversation, and a very quiet and shy Fluttershy. Eventually, we became friends, and started visiting each other daily. It then ended up with us having a spa day twice a week. It was all so perfect. The day I knew I was in love with her was a day while we were at the spa, and in the sauna. She looked so beautiful, so... innocent. I just had to have her! She was perfect! There was just one thing missing, though. Her. I snapped awake from my daydreaming session. I quickly sat upwards, scanning the room. "Was it really all a dream?" I said to an empty room. To nopony but myself. I sighed. Unfortunately, it was. I can't deny the fact that I like Fluttershy. Well, 'like' is an understatement. I, more... love her, if you will. Enough thinking! I decided to arise from my bed, and get myself ready for today, with a groan. I was already pacing around my workshop after I had finished making myself look beautiful, mumbling to myself about how I would greet her, and tell her. Today would be the day I would tell her. I could feel it coursing through my body that today would be the day! "Now Fluttershy, my dear, I actually came out to your lovely cottage to ask you quite an important question..." No. No good. Too bland, and it was most certainly not a question. More like a... petty statement. "My dear Fluttershy, how much I love you so! I wish for you to be forever wrapped in my arms and in my love! I love you, my dear, and I hope you love me, too!" Hmm... too poetic, at least for Fluttershy, and certainly very cheesy. No good, either. I groaned again. "Ugh, how in EQUESTRIA am I going to do this? Should I just be generic, or should I be more proper? Ooooh, Opal, I just don't know what to do-o-oooo!" I placed my hoof against my forehead and jumped onto my fainting couch. I sat up and looked at my darling little Opalescence. "Meow," I heard her meow in the cutest little sound ever. "You're saying I should just be... myself? But, what if she doesn't find the appeal in myself? Wait! She's my best friend, she wouldn't hate me for being myself, would she?" I sighed and laid lazily against my fainting couch. "I guess I'll just be... generic. Myself. I can do this. You can do this, Rarity! I just have to go pack my things and the flowers I bought her, then I shall be on my way!" I placed my hoof onto my chest and breathed in, then extended my hoof out and breathed out. I packed up my saddlebags, trying my best to keep the flowers from getting crushed, and then headed out to Fluttershy's cozy little cottage. Fluttershy's POV "Oh my! Angel, please eat your food! I made it special. Just for you!" I tried to give a convincing smile to Angel, my pet bunny, but he crossed his arms and shook his head at me. "Pretty please, Angel? I worked really hard to make this for you!" I frowned to my little Angel bunny, but he refused to eat his food that I made for him. He stuck his tongue out at me and spilled his food all over the ground, then hopped away. I sighed, getting on the floor to clean up his mess. He was always very picky with his food choices, and I didn't mind that. I sometimes wish he would eat his food, though. "I'm sorry, Angel. Next time, I'll make your food more accurate," I said with a sigh, then flew up to throw away the mess. I decided to make some food for myself, so I flew into my kitchen, looking for something for me to eat. "Hmm... I guess I'll just have wheat grass. It's quite delicious, anyways." I smiled and nodded to myself, then I took out the wheat grass from my fridge and placed it on a plate. I placed the plate into my microwave and set the time to cook for three minutes. "Mmmm... I can already taste it! I wonder if Rarity like wheat grass-" I stopped myself. Rarity? Again? I... I just can't stop thinking about her for some reason. Maybe I... like her? I started thinking about it. Maybe I do 'like' her... I mean, I think she's very beautiful, and I really like her voice... and her eyes... and her everything. I started drifting off, thinking about Rarity. I blushed at the thought of Rarity holding me in her arms. "My, darling! You are quite small compared to me. For somepony who is older than I am, too! I, for one, think that it's quite cute," I heard Rarity say with a giggle. I blushed, snuggling into Rarity's grip. "Thank you... but you're so warm, Rarity... you're just like the sauna." I smiled up to Rarity, who chuckled. I like hearing her laugh. It's so... umm... pretty... "Thank you, my dear! But, I think you're quite warm, myself. It's very comforting." I felt Rarity press against me while I heard her speak those words. It felt nice. I closed my eyes gently, sitting comfortably into Rarity's grip around me. I smiled, knowing that the mare that I... erm... 'liked...' was holding me. I then heard some dinging noises. I quickly woke up from daydreaming about Rarity with a gasp and a spread of my wings. My microwave had gone off. "Oh my, that startled me!" I got up from my couch and went to go get my food. I opened my microwave, thanking Celestia that I was a soft sleeper. Once I had finished my food and cleaned my dishes, I heard a knock at the door. It was surprising, because I wasn't expecting anypony to come over today. "I wonder who that could be," I whispered to myself. I made my way to my door, slowly opening the door, just in case it was a stranger at my door. I... don't like talking to strangers. Rarity's POV I held my breath as I watched Fluttershy's door open. This was surely going to be quite the challenge for me... Fluttershy finally opened the door. "Oh, hello, Rarity! Please come in." She motioned me inside, then I made my way to the couch and sat on it. I saw her shut the door, then give me a confused look. "I wasn't expecting you to come over today, Rarity. Is there something happening that I should know about? Oh, is it bad?!" Her face changed from confused to concerned, and I heard her start to panic, but I raised a hoof up to assure her that it was okay. "Darling, there's nothing happening today," I quickly assured her. "I just wanted to come over to your lovely cottage today. Have a chat, and possibly some tea!" I felt like I was going against Applejack's element, but really, I wasn't. Some tea sounded very nice right about now. I lowered my hoof and stared at the beautiful figure in front of me, otherwise known as Fluttershy. "Okay, Rarity! I can make us some tea, if that's okay with you," I heard Fluttershy quietly say. I nodded, then watched her walk into her kitchen. I decided to follow her into the kitchen and sit down at her dining table. Fluttershy's POV "You came at a fairly convenient time, Rarity," I chuckled. I started placing tea bags into a kettle filled with water, letting it cook on my stove. I grabbed us some plates and tea cups, then I flew to the dining table and sat across from Rarity, placing down the china. "I just finished eating some wheat grass." I licked my lips, remembering the taste of the delicious wheat grass. Hopefully she didn't find that... weird. "Wheat grass, darling? Why, that sounds lovely! I like to have some wheat grass once in a while, although I prefer to go for more... 'classy' foods." Rarity used her hoof to bounce her curls in her mane, and I giggled at how silly she was. "Oh Rarity, you're so funny!" I complimented her, hoping she wouldn't take offense to what I said or think that I was acting strange, or being weird. "Of course, darling. A lady always has to have a sense of humor!" Rarity proudly lifted her head, closing her eyes and grinning. I giggled some more. Spending time with Rarity was always nice. Actually, it was more than nice. It was... pleasant. Great. Amazing! Maybe today would be the day where I would confess my feelings to her... maybe. I gulped. This was going to be hard for me... Rarity's POV A ding throughout the cottage was heard. I glanced over to the oven where a now-boiling kettle was sitting. It was making a whistling noise, meaning that the tea was ready. "Tea's ready!" Fluttershy said, excitedly, and surprisingly, loudly. She hopped out of her chair and made her way towards the oven. She placed her hoof on the kettle, then quickly drew it away, wincing in pain. "Ouch..." she whispered. I quickly jolted upwards, slamming my front hooves onto the table, with determination on my face. "Darling, let me get that for you!" I calmly let my magic take control of the kettle. I levitated the kettle off of the stove, bringing it over to the table, and pouring some tea into both of our cups. I placed the kettle down on the middle of the table and motioned Fluttershy to come sit back down. Fluttershy flew back over to the table and sat down again. "Ummm... Rarity, you know I have oven mitts, right? I just forgot for a second." Fluttershy gave me a confused look once more, and I shrugged. "It's much more convenient if I do it for you, my dear. It's also much easier!" I placed my hooves together and tried my best to give her a convincing smile. I was just doing it to be kind to her, after all. "Umm, okay, Rarity. Thank you, anyways." Fluttershy smiled at me, and I gladly smiled back. Seeing her smile was quite a gift from Celestia herself! I placed some sugar cubes into my tea, then levitated my cup to sip out of it. Fluttershy's POV After tea, we decided to sit on my couch and talk about recent events that had happened in our lives. Of course, I didn't have much to say, so I let Rarity talk about her time in Canterlot. Not that I minded, of course. I loved listening to Rarity talk. "I bought the cutest looking dress from Canterlot a few days ago! I actually brought it here today to show you just exactly what it looks like! So beautiful!" Rarity calmly levitated a dress out of a shopping bag and held it out in front of us. "Oh my, Rarity! It looks lovely!" I examined her dress. Her dress was a dark shade of purple, trimmed with gold on the edges. The neck of the dress was decorated with a pink, fluffy boa. The ends of the dress were ruffled, and the dress was also sparkling. It had as much beauty as Rarity did, and that is saying a lot. "I even have matching heels and a matching hat to go with it!" Rarity levitated out a hat and some high-heels out of her bag. The heels were a dark shade of purple, just like her dress. Her hat was also a dark shade of purple, which matched the dress and heels, like she said it did. The type of hat she had was a floppy hat, almost like Applejack's hat, except bigger, and much more fancier. The hat had a pink feather coming out of the top through a black strap wrapped around the top of the hat. The hat's edges were also trimmed with gold. "They look wonderful, Rarity! Oh, it must of been so expensive..." I gave Rarity a concerned look, but she shook her head. "It was a bit expensive, I'll admit, but it was definitely, and quite worth it! I am totally in love with how they look!" Rarity smiled and I nodded. "I bet you'll look really good in them!" I hoped that didn't sound creepy and gave Rarity a hopefully-not-creepy smile, and she smiled back. "I look divine in it, darling! Oh, you'll just HAVE to see me in this dress, someday! For now, though, that'll be something we shall get to in the future! Now, then, what are you interested in talking about right now, darling?" Rarity gave me a smug smile, and I shrugged. I knew what I really wanted to talk about, but I didn't want to bring it up at this time. I heard Rarity gulp. "...Well, darling, there is something that we should probably talk about. In fact, it's... it's the reason why I even came over here in the first place..." Rarity's voice became more stern, and much more quiet, and her smile turned into a frown. I tensed up. Was it going to be... bad? Or even horrible? I almost hid under the couch or ran up my stairs to get away from this conversation, but I couldn't get myself to move. Not with Rarity here. "Wh-what is it, R-Rarity?" I started shaking and stuttering while tensing up. This was so scary, and it couldn't of possibly ended well at all... Rarity's POV I gulped again. This was extremely hard for me. I then cleared my throat and sighed. "Fluttershy..." I could barely say her name, but I had to keep going. I can't stop what I've already started, after all. I closed my eyes and looked down at the wooden floor. "I... I'd like to admit something to you." I opened my eyes and lifted my head to look her in the eyes. She stared at me, and I breathed out. "Um, what is it, Rarity?" Her voice was really quiet, and she sounded nervous, as her voice was shaky. I didn't blame her. I was quite nervous, myself. In fact, my voice was quite shaky, as well. "W-well..." I was trying to keep it in for as long as possible. I paused for a bit, but Fluttershy never spoke up. I finally decided to tell her how I really felt about her. The absolute truth, I swallowed my pride and looked her straight in her beautiful, teal eyes. "Fluttershy, I... like you. Well, 'like' is an understatement. I-I love you. But... I love you as more than a best friend." I took her hooves in mine and held them close to me. "I love you as in I want to be in a relationship with you, darling. I know I might've seemed like the type of mare who was into stallions instead, and honestly, I thought I was, myself. I even considered Spike, along with many other stallions. But... I started realizing your... beauty. Your perfection. I slowly developed feelings for you, and I just now decided to tell you just exactly how I feel about you because... well, I was nervous about it. Very nervous, in fact. I-I still am." I released her hooves, and pulled out the roses I had stuffed into my saddlebags that I had bought for her. I held them out to her. "Fluttershy, it would be of my honor if... if you would accept to be my special somepony. But, if not..." I looked down to the ground and shut my eyes, just waiting for rejection from Fluttershy, frowning. "...I understand." I kept my place, just waiting to hear her say 'no' and kick me out. I then looked back up to her. Fluttershy's POV I could barely fathom what I just heard. Did Rarity just... ask me out? All I could do was stare at her with surprise. I didn't expect for this to happen. I then started thinking about the things she said about me. I started blushing and tearing up once I had realized what she said to me, and just exactly what it all meant. "Oh, Rarity..." I choked out. I placed my hooves on her face and quickly leaned in to kiss her. We held our kiss for a few seconds, then I pulled away with tears streaming down my face. "I-I would love to be your special somepony! I thought you would never ask, Rarity! Oh, I love you too! I just couldn't stop thinking about you, and I actually wanted to tell you today, but I thought you would never like me, too! Oh, I'm so happy!" I embraced her in a tight hug, which she seemed to be happy about, and she returned the hug. Rarity had a huge smile on her face, and I had a huge smile as well. I had finally gotten the mare of my dreams. For the rest of the day, we had long conversations about love and relationships, and we occasionally shared some compliments and sweet moments with each other. She even stayed the night in my cottage, and we cuddled all night. It was... nice. No, perfect. Now, our relationship is going great! We've already told the girls about it. Even though it was a little hard and a little awkward for us to tell them about our relationship, they fully understood and support us fully. They're such true friends. Although we haven't been, well, 'dating' for long, we've already gotten closer than ever before. I could never ask for anything else. I'm so glad I met Rarity. I would never change anything, ever. Rarity's POV Myself and Fluttershy have been doing quite well! Her and I have started getting pretty close in terms of being 'lovers'. The girls have helped us through this, as well. Such darlings! My love for dear Fluttershy has not changed since the first day I started falling for her. Everything about her is still heaven in my eyes. We also haven't exactly gotten 'intimate' yet, but that time will come once it gets there. For now, I will happily use my little butterfly as a nice, soft, and warm pillow. https://camo.derpicdn.net/ffdd4cad5d85f884dd6819bd7e7b6ee277d15df1?url=http%3A%2F%2Fimg08.deviantart.net%2Fc02d%2Fi%2F2014%2F093%2F6%2Fb%2Fsomewhere_only_we_know__rarishy__by_starshinebeast-d7cukb9.png (Image credit - http://www.deviantart.com/art/Somewhere-Only-We-Know-Rarishy-444844629 by StarshineBeast on DeviantART) //-------------------------------------------------------// The Magical Apple (Twijack) //-------------------------------------------------------// Author's Note The only thing I would like to tell you is that this chapter has a bit of a make-out session in it. It isn't too long, but it's definitely still there. If you are uncomfortable with kissing and/or making out, then you shouldn't read this chapter! Thanks for reading. Also, I typed this out while I was tired, so I might of missed some spellings errors, words, or completely forgot a paragraph, so don't be too rough. Any critiques would be great, though! The Magical Apple (Twijack) It was a hot, summer day in Sweet Apple Acres, like it usually was. Applejack, an orange, earth pony mare with a light brown Seston hat placed on her head and blond ponytails, was working in the fields, as she usually did. She was bucking apples out of the trees, which was her daily routine by this point in time. She had to make sure that all of the apples were harvested, otherwise they would get overrun and sucked dry by fruit bats. She also needed them for apple cider, otherwise she would run out and would have to deal with Rainbow Dash's annoying complaining. Applejack wiped her brow. She was sweating madly. Bucking apples definitely wasn't an easy task, but at least it helped her keep in shape and get stronger, so she was fine with it. She had to keep the family business going, after all. Applejack finally finished bucking her last bucket of apples. She wiped her brow once more and sighed with happiness, placing the bucket onto her back and carrying it into the barn. "Whoo-wee!" Applejack shouted. She placed the bucket of apples into the barn, then made her way out, locking up the barn so nothing could get inside and spoil her apples. "That sure was a lotta apples. Probably the most we've gotten in quite a long while! Oh pony, am I pooped!" Applejack sat on her haunches, sighing in relief to finally get a break. "Y'know, ah wonder if Twi' is home and not studyin' today. Spendin' some time with her would surely help me with relaxin'." Applejack stood up, starting to make her way to Twilight's castle. Applejack made her way to Twilight's castle without any trouble. She knew how to get there by heart, so she wasn't surprised she made it easily. She also visited Twilight frequently, so that probably helped with navigating to Twilight's castle. Applejack made her way to the castle doors and was immediately let in by the guards standing in front of the castle doors. Since Applejack visited a lot and was an Element of Harmony, she was granted immediate access inside the castle. She even had her own throne in the castle, after all. She stepped inside and waited for Princess Twilight Sparkle to come. After about a minute or two of waiting, Twilight made her way down the hallway with a warm smile on her face, which grew wider as she realized who it was. "Applejack!" she yelled, both happily and in an excited tone. She ran up to Applejack and embraced her in a tight hug, which Applejack happily returned. "Hey, Twi'," Applejack said, calmly. "Ah decided to drop by and visit you since ah've finished my farm work for the day, and ah wanted to see what ya were up ta." Applejack gave a warm grin to Twilight. "Oh, Applejack. That's sweet of you to think about me! You really didn't have to, though. I would of been completely fine just studying in my books!" "Come on, Twi'. What else could ah have done? Ah'd rather come see ya than sit in my house all day doin' nothin'." Applejack gave a condescending smile to Twilight. Twilight smiled brightly and kissed Applejack on the cheek. Applejack gave off a cheeky grin. "Lets go to my bedroom, Applejack. I don't want you to stand here all day. It's much more comfy up in my bedroom." Twilight let out a hearty chuckle, then led Applejack upstairs and into her bedroom. Twilight led Applejack up to her room, but not before passing through the room that held the special map that usually called them through their cutie-marks, and if there was trouble they had to take care of. "Ya think that the map will call any, or all of us, somewhere today?" Applejack scanned the map, taking in the oddly specific details it showed of all of Equestria. "I hope not," Twilight chuckled. She already had enough of a time doing 'princessy' errands. "I had a ton of errands to run today, so I'm really tired from all of that. Being a princess can be really tough, sometimes..." Twilight sighed, leaning against the table that held the map and burying her face into her hooves. She immediately felt herself get lifted off of the ground. "Applejack!" Twilight was giggling now, and Applejack smirked. Applejack loved to hear the sound of Twilight giggling. Applejack was pretty strong, so it was no surprise that she could lift a mare with no problems at all. "I've gotcha, sugarcube. No more walkin' fer ya today. Lemme handle it." Applejack proceeded to carry Twilight all the way up the stairs to her room. Once they finally reached Twilight's bedroom, Applejack collapsed on the floor. Twilight quickly got off of Applejack's back so she wouldn't crush her limbs, and Twilight gave Applejack a look of worry. "Oh Celestia! Applejack, are you okay? Am I too heavy for you?" Twilight helped Applejack up with slight offense in her gut, and Applejack nodded. "It ain't that yer heavy, sugar, it's just that ah've been workin' all day in the fields, so ah'm quite pooped." Applejack made her way towards Twilight's bed and slowly collapsed onto it, sighing with relief at getting comfort once again. "Ah'm just gonna steal yer bed here, Twi'. It's mighty comfy if ya ask me," Applejack murmured. She laid on Twilight's bed lazily, spreading all four of her hooves out against the bed and sighing. Twilight giggled, and made her way closer to her bed, until she was standing next to the side of the bed. She was just across from Applejack, and had a huge urge to just jump on her and tackle her. "You can't steal my bed forever, Applejack! I need my bed, too!" Twilight joined Applejack on the bed, relaxing herself and sighing as well. "Sweet, sweet comfort," Twilight said quietly. She placed her hooves behind her head and relaxed. "Princesses sure do get some luxury around these places. Most comfy bed ah've ever laid on! Well, 'cept fer Rainbow's cloud bed. Now THAT is some true comfort," Applejack chuckled. Twilight rolled her eyes at the mention of Rainbow Dash and her comfy cloud bed, since now wasn't the time for that. She shook her head. "Even if I am a princess, I don't get much 'luxury'. I'm always busy doing 'princessy' business, so I never really get the time to just... sit down and relax. I'm either saving Equestria from some evil being or solving a friendship problem with you and the girls, or I'm off doing usual princess stuff. It's exhausting, really. I don't relax much, but I'm honestly happy to say that I can share this time of relaxing with you specifically." Twilight turned on her side to smile at Applejack, and Applejack gave a soft smile back to Twilight. "Awww, Twi', that's mighty sweet of ya ta say. Ah'm happy to be here with ya, too, sugarcube." Applejack nuzzled Twilight, and rested against her neck, while Twilight started giggling again. Applejack scooted closer to Twilight and cuddled her. They held each other for a bit, then finally decided to speak up. At least, Applejack did. "Ah love ya, Twi'. Don't ever forget that. Ya hear?" Applejack quietly said into Twilight's neck, and Applejack felt Twilight nod her head. "I Pinkie promise, Applejack. Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." Twilight, of course, motioned the hoof movements, and somehow managed to not poke herself in the eye, this time. Hopefully Pinkie wouldn't appear out of the vicinity again. "Good." Applejack was drifting off into Twilight's neck, and Twilight was stroking her hooves through Applejack's mane. That surely didn't help her with staying awake at all. Twilight sighed. "Applejack, could I admit something to you?" Twilight stopped stroking Applejack's mane and stared at Applejack like a lost puppy. Applejack nodded and sat upwards to avoid falling asleep during Twilight speaking to her. "Tell me anythin', sugarcube. Ah'm willin' ta listen ta anythin' ya wanna say." Applejack started getting a bit tensed and even a bit worried, but listened carefully to what Twilight was about to tell her. "Well, I remember when you first... asked me to be your marefriend. It was honestly a bit awkward, but I said yes anyways, since I wanted to see how it would go." Twilight paused and stared at Applejack. "...Okay." That was the only word that Applejack could manage to get out. "Well, I'm glad I said yes, because you've been a great marefriend to me, so far. Thank you, Applejack." Twilight smiled to Applejack, and was quickly met with Applejack's lips on her own. Applejack quickly pulled away, placing her hooves on either side of Twilight. "You can thank me later. Heck, you don't even need ta thank me at all. 'Twas my pleasure, Twi'." Applejack placed her lips back onto Twilight's making sure not to miss. Applejack eventually slid her tongue past Twilight's lips and explored the whole cave of Twilight's mouth. Twilight calmly let Applejack explore her mouth, and occasionally flicked at Applejack's tongue with her own tongue, teasingly. Twilight and Applejack were latching onto each other tightly, while calmly tongue-playing. Applejack and Twilight shared domination, since Applejack liked to play fair, especially with times like this with her marefriend. Applejack finally finished exploring Twilight's mouth and pulled herself away with a satisfying smack of her lips. They were both panting, since exploring mouths was definitely a work-out for both of them. Applejack quickly pecked Twilight's lips, and nodded with a smirk. "Nice one, Twi'. Sure was tasty. Thank ya fer that, sugarcube." Applejack chuckled and laid herself flat on top of Twilight, resting against Twilight's chest. Twilight started stroking her hoof through Applejack's mane again, causing Applejack to, once again, drift off to sleep. "No thank you, Applejack! Just for being an amazing marefriend in general." Twilight kissed the tip of Applejack's ears, eliciting a small giggle out of the farm pony. "Eeyup..." Applejack said, groggily. Applejack eventually fell asleep in Twilight's grip, being tired from all the hard work she had done that day. Twilight came second with falling asleep, holding Applejack in her hooves in the process. Both mares slept peacefully and soundly, as comfortable as ever, and with nothing to wake them up but their own time. https://camo.derpicdn.net/7134520edfca8673e1165c78d9af6afec8abe445?url=http%3A%2F%2Fpre14.deviantart.net%2F8a69%2Fth%2Fpre%2Fi%2F2014%2F178%2F2%2F5%2Frequest___twijack_by_ukulilia-d7o8g4y.png (Image credit - http://www.deviantart.com/art/Request-TwiJack-463968178 by Queen-KittyKat on DeviantART) //-------------------------------------------------------// The Rainbow Balloons (PinkieDash) //-------------------------------------------------------// Author's Note Hey everyone! So, before you begin reading this chapter, I would like to say something. So, I apologize that I took SO long to upload this chapter. I took WAY longer than I needed to, and I am so sorry for that. I've got three main reasons as to why I haven't updated the story with this chapter for so long. First off, school. School has been killing me (not literally, geez) with homework and projects especially. I've had homework almost every night and huge projects that have to be finished to keep my grades in tact. Also, since it's nearly the end of the school year for me, I've also got exams to worry about. I haven't been able to take free time to write stories because of this. On top of this, I also have art commissions and artwork in general on DeviantART that I have to finish up. Second off, I've been wasting my life playing Tomodachi Life pretty much the whole day on top of doing school and art stuff. Lame, I know, but I'm just telling you the truth. Third off, I originally had NO idea what to write for this chapter. I didn't know how to write it or write about what they were doing. But here it is, I finally figured out what to write and how to write it. It took me quite a while to think of what to write for this one, but I did it finally, yay! :yay: https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/yay.png Well, hopefully, since summer is coming up, I can become more active with posting chapters on this story. So that's a great thing. https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/twilightsmile.png Enjoy the story! I'm done with blabbing. :twilightblush: https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/twilightblush.png P.S.: There's some slight NSFW in this chapter. Don't say that I didn't warn you beforehand. :ajbemused: https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/ajbemused.png The Rainbow Balloons (PinkieDash) Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie were out doing what they usually did again; pranking other ponies, especially their best friends. The girls were usually lenient towards them when they got pranked by Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash, and they had to thank Celestia for that one. Rainbow Dash had found her, well, their, next victim. Rainbow Dash hid in a bush with a lion costume on. Rainbow Dash smirked, waiting for a "certain pony" to walk past the bush. She heard humming in the distance and laid herself flat on the ground, waiting for the buttery, pink-maned Pegasus pony to walk over to the bush. The pony started to come towards the bush, and Rainbow Dash got ready to jump out of the bush, in front of her, and roar at her. Just as she was getting ready to jump, she felt a tap on her shoulder and a whisper of her name. "Dashie!" the mysterious pony ridiculed. Not expecting the tap or the whisper of her name, Rainbow Dash ran right out the bush with a yelp, getting stripped of her lion costume in the process. Fluttershy drew her attention to the bush after noticing a figure whizzing out of it. Fluttershy gave the bush a startled and confused look. She shrugged, and then continued on with her journey through the woods to find some food for her animals. Rainbow Dash glared at the pink pony now standing in front of her. The pink pony seemed to have a serious and worried look on her face. "Dashie! I've already told you so many times that you can't prank her! She's too sensitive for that!" Pinkie Pie sighed. Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes and stood back up. "I know that. I just wanted to try to prank her today to see what would happen." Rainbow Dash looked past Pinkie Pie and into the woods where Fluttershy entered. "But you can't, silly! She's too sensitive. You NEVER prank the Fluttershy." Pinkie Pie pressed her cheek against Rainbow Dash's and whispered, lowering her eyelids with seriousness. Rainbow's attention went back to Pinkie. "First of all," Rainbow Dash said sternly while giving Pinkie Pie the look of anger and flicking her tail. "Personal space, please." Rainbow Dash had to push Pinkie away with her hoof due to her leaning in too close to Rainbow's face. Not that she minded, just a bit awkward for her. "And second, you didn't have to scare the horse-whinnies out of me like that," Rainbow Dash said flatly. Rainbow flicked her tail again, and Pinkie Pie giggled. "Oh Dashie, you're so funny!" Pinkie was giggling some more and she hugged Rainbow Dash tightly. Rainbow Dash's frown turned to a smile and she hugged back. She couldn't stay made at her pink best friend forever. Besides, Pinkie Pie was the only pony who Rainbow Dash would let them call her 'Dashie.' Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash released their hug after a while. Pinkie then started bouncing in place immediately. "What are we gonna do now, Dashie? We have SO much opportunities to have fun still! Maybe I can throw a party for us hanging out! It would be SOOOOOO fun! Doesn't that sound fun, Dashie? Maybe..." Rainbow Dash zoned out while Pinkie was rambling on, trying to think of something else to do. Rainbow snapped out of her thinking, shaking her head, and was met with the pink pony in her face and staring at her. "Rainbow Dash, are you in there?" Pinkie started knocking on Rainbow's head to make sure that she was still alive. "Ow!" Rainbow Dash jerked her head away from Pinkie's hoof before she could knock on it some more. Pinkie sighed in relief and wiped her brow. "Phew! I totally thought you died or something, Dashie!" Pinkie Pie lowered herself onto the ground, sitting on her haunches. Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes. "I... just zoned out. I was trying to think of something for us to do. But how about we go to Sugarcube Corner and bake some stuff? That sounds... interesting." Rainbow Dash shrugged, and Pinkie Pie gasped. "Let's go and cook some cake, Dashie!" Pinkie grabbed Rainbow Dash's arm and zoomed to the Sugarcube Corner in a pink streak, to Rainbow Dash's surprise. "Uh, Pinkie, you can't cook a cake..." Rainbow Dash questioned Pinkie, but Pinkie was too focused on getting to their destination, so Rainbow shrugged and let her off. They finally arrived at Sugarcube Corner and Pinkie pulled Rainbow behind the counter and into the kitchen. "Let's cook a caaaaaake~!" Pinkie Pie sang, and Rainbow Dash sighed. "Pinkie, I already told you that you can't cook a cake!" Rainbow Dash said irritably, but Pinkie Pie just giggled. "'Course you can, Dashie! You just gotta put your mind to it and you can cook any food you want!" Pinkie Pie grinned and Rainbow Dash thought about the sentence that Pinkie Pie said for a moment. "Oh, uh, I guess you're right. I guess you CAN cook a cake..." Rainbow Dash was surprised at Pinkie Pie's words of wisdom, while Pinkie Pie was pulling out the ingredients for a cake out of every shelf she could find. "Eggs, milk, flour, sugar, butter, baking powder, salt... everything seems to be here!" Pinkie took a look at her cook book again. "Wait! There's something missing! The best part of the whole cake! How could I forget the BEST part of the cake?!" Pinkie yelled to herself. She quickly ran over to her cupboards and pulled out the last ingredient that she needed to make the perfect cake. "Frosting..." Pinkie Pie said dreamily while salivating. Pinkie Pie really loves her frosting. Rainbow Dash glanced over to find Pinkie babbling to herself about frosting and drooling over it. Rainbow Dash chuckled at Pinkie's randomness, but then started smirking. 'If she gets this worked up over frosting, I can only imagine what she'd be like if--...' Rainbow Dash stopped herself and shook her thoughts away. This was Pinkie Pie she was thinking about. Her best friend. She can't think about her friends that way. Can she? Rainbow Dash shook her thoughts away completely and decided to actually get to work. First, she had to get Pinkie Pie out of her daydream of frosting. "Pinkie Pie..." Rainbow Dash said, flatly. "We need to get started on this cake. We don't have the time for you to be drooling over frosting, even if it is delicious." Rainbow Dash put her hoof on Pinkie's shoulder and shook her softly. Pinkie Pie finally broke out of her trance and looked to Rainbow Dash. "Oooh, did I zone out over frosting again?" Pinkie Pie giggled. "That's about the seventh time this month! It's just sooooo good..." Pinkie Pie sighed, but kept herself from going into a trance again. She stood up and started throwing ingredients into a bowl to mix them together. Rainbow Dash opened her mouth to say something, but then she closed it shut again. She decided that questioning Pinkie Pie and her antics wouldn't really work out for her, since Pinkie Pie is just Pinkie Pie. Instead, she just shrugged and walked around to the other side of the counter with Pinkie Pie. "Is there anything you'd like me to do to help?" Pinkie Pie nodded and pointed over to the oven. "Could you preheat the oven to 350 degrees, Dashie? You just push the knob on the oven, and then turn it to 350 degrees. It's really easy!" Pinkie just kept stirring the ingredients through the whole sentence, and Rainbow Dash nodded with understanding. She flew above the oven and did as Pinkie said. "Thanks, Dashie! This is perfect!" Rainbow Dash lifted her head with pride, and Pinkie Pie shoved the cake into the oven after having just finished mixing the ingredients together. "Well, what should we do now, Dashie?" Pinkie Pie grinned in Rainbow Dash's face, while Rainbow chuckled. She then thought back to the frosting that Pinkie Pie was fantasizing about earlier, and she smirked. "I have one thing in mind..." "Ooooh, what is it, Dashie? What is it?!" Pinkie squealed excitedly. "Remember how you were fantasizing about that frosting earlier...?" Rainbow Dash smirked and took a step closer to Pinkie Pie. "Uh huh..." Pinkie Pie nodded her head quickly, thinking back to a few minutes ago. Rainbow Dash said nothing and stepped closer to Pinkie Pie. "If you're like that over frosting, I can only imagine how it would be like if it were me." Pinkie Pie blinked before getting what she meant. She then made a gasp of realization and looked up at Rainbow Dash. "Ohhhhh! Oh..." Pinkie Pie went from silly to serious in a matter of seconds, then started smirking back at Rainbow Dash, finally getting what she was implying. "I think I get what you're saying now, Dashie..." Pinkie Pie smirked again and lowered her tone of voice, making Rainbow Dash shiver. Rainbow Dash got closer to Pinkie Pie until Pinkie was leaning against the wall behind her. Rainbow Dash then went in for the action, crashing her lips against Pinkie's. Pinkie Pie responded by pushing back on Rainbow's lips with her own. Rainbow Dash did a hoof pump of success, then started playing 'tongue wrestling' with Pinkie Pie. This quick move that Rainbow made surprised Pinkie, so she decided to surprise Rainbow Dash back by flipping themselves so that Rainbow Dash was the one with her back against the wall. "Geez, Pinkie, you're stronger than I imagined you to be..." Rainbow Dash said through staggered breaths. She heard Pinkie Pie giggle. "Oh, Dashie! I thought you already knew I was strong. Shows just how much you pay attention!" Pinkie Pie teased Rainbow Dash playfully and stuck out her tongue, causing Rainbow Dash to get flustered. "H-Hey!" Rainbow Dash choked out as Pinkie Pie went for Rainbow Dash's now-open wings. Pinkie Pie softly nibbled on her wings, causing Rainbow Dash to elicit a soft moan and cause her wings to twitch. Pinkie Pie's nibbles increasingly got harder, and Rainbow Dash's moans louder. Pinkie Pie pinned Rainbow Dash against the wall by her wings. Rainbow Dash yelped, not used to Pinkie being so aggressive. A few minutes passed of the two sharing dominance between one another. Finally, it was Pinkie Pie who had won because of Rainbow Dash giving up, to both of their surprises. They both had ended up on the floor, with Pinkie towering over Rainbow Dash. Rainbow wasn't used to this, but she loved it. "Geez, Pinkie..." That was all that Rainbow Dash had managed to get out, since she was stunned and impressed by the actions that Pinkie had taken against her. Suddenly, there was a beep heard throughout the kitchen. Both mares looked up to see that the oven had said 0:00 on it, meaning that the cake was finished baking. Pinkie Pie immediately jumped up. "Ooooooh, looks like the cake is dooooooooone~!" Pinkie Pie sang throughout the kitchen. Pinkie Pie grabbed the cake out of the oven with her hoof mitts, then quickly took the cake out to put on display and to cool down. Rainbow Dash sighed, letting herself up from off of the floor, then smiled to herself. "At least I got something..." Rainbow Dash quickly flew out of the kitchen to meet up with Pinkie Pie. "Wait up, Pinkie! Don't eat that cake without me! We cooked it together, remember?!" https://camo.derpicdn.net/392aed7aefdb92bdbddebd1b2fa1d9fa23e6665a?url=http%3A%2F%2Fimg03.deviantart.net%2F6f7b%2Fi%2F2013%2F093%2Fc%2F0%2Fnot_a_soft_type_by_inuhoshi_to_darkpen-d60b1ct.png (Image credit - http://www.deviantart.com/art/Not-a-Soft-Type-363312029 by InuHoshi-to-DarkPen on DeviantART.)
