A grey unicorn with no cutie mark was sitting on the bench. She had blue eyes, and black flat hair. She was looking at the full moon.
"When will my wish come true...?" She thought.
Their was a moment of silence before she stopped looking at the full moon.
She looked to her right.
"If I go right... I'll come back to Ponyville." She thought.
She looked to her left.
"I have no clue where left goes..." She thought, and sighed.
"I should get going. I have work tomorrow." She said to herself.
She looked in front of her.
"The Everfree Forest..." She thought.
Their was silence.
"I wonder..."
As she just thought that, she saw a red glow from the Everfree Forest. But it only lasted a second.
"Huh? What was that?" She thought.
She left the bench. She knows she shouldn't go in the Everfree Forest, but she went in anyways.
She walked into the Everfree Forest until she saw a red thing laying by a tree. She walked closer to see what the red thing was.
It was a red horn.
"Huh? Why is a red horn just laying their? Where did it come from?" She asked herself.
She looked around to see if any pony was their.
"That's weird.." She thought.
She looked back at the horn.
"Why do I feel like the horn is calling my name?" She asked herself.
She shook her head.
"Don't be silly... It's just a horn..." She thought.
Their was silence.
She didn't look away from the horn.
"That's weird... Why is their silence? You'd think their would be noises from the animals, but I don't hear a single peep." She thought.
She decided to not think about it. She was more curious about the horn.
"Should I touch it?" She asked herself.
She walked closer to the horn, until she was hoof-lengths away from it.
"I should bring it home and have a closer look at it. It could be a artifact... If it is a artifact, I could get rich." She thought.
Her hoof slowly moved towards the horn until she was just a centimeter away.
She paused, but only for a second. Soon she was touching the horn with her hoof.
Nothing happened.
"Okay... That's good, now that I know this isn't a trap or anything, I-"
"You... Are... MINE!"
She jumped back a bit, and started slowly walking backwards.
"Wha?...What was THAT?!" She thought nervously.
As she thought that, black smoke started to surround her, and the horn. She knew she was in trouble.
"Ahahahahahah. " The strange voice laughed.
As the voiced laughed. She soon realized, she was seeing the smoke come together and make a weird shadow form.
She realized the shadow was moving closer towards her. She crouched down, afraid she'll get hurt.
She closed her eyes and started shaking in fear.
It took a minute for her to be brave enough to open her eyes, but what she saw was absolutely terrifying.
The shadow had red eyes with green around them and purple stuff coming out of it.
It's the eyes of a Monster...
She quickly closed her eyes. She wanted the shadow to go away. But she knew it wouldn't,
"Do not be afraid pony. I will not attack you. You merely have caught my interest." The scary voice said.
She opened her eyes, and saw the shadow wasn't moving closer. But the eyes were still their.
"Huh?" She said, and slowly got up.
Once she knew she had enough strength to say something, she asked.
"W-What do you mean?"
The shadow said nothing and started changing its form. Once it was done, she realized she was looking at stallion.
The moonlight shined on him. He was gray unicorn with red eyes and the same red horn she saw.
That's really all she could see, because he blended in the darkness.
"Who... are you..?" She asked.
The stallion said nothing,
"Oh... Um... I cant really see your face." She said.
He closed his eyes for a few moments and then opened them.
"My name is King Sombra." He said.
Her face suddenly looked afraid yet she was surprised to.
"K-K-King Sombra!?" She said.
"Ahh. So you have heard of me." He said, and smirked a bit.
"Of course I heard of you! You ruled over the Crystal Empire! You made thousands of crystal ponies suffer!" She said angrily.
He was about to say something, but she interrupted him.
"Now you listen here! I want answers! Why are you here? and what do you want with me? And..... Don't you were armor?" She asked. But she couldn't help but smirk at that last silly question.
"Hmm. So your not afraid for speaking up for yourself, or to others... Even though you know you'll lose if we had a battle right now. That tells me you are special, just like I thought." He said, and stated walking closer to her.
"Huh? What do you mean?" She asked.
He didn't say anything, until he was a hoof away.
"You seek power don't you? Well, I can help you become more powerful the a normal unicorn....on one condensation...." He said, smirking.
"How do you know that!?" She asked.
"I can feel your need in power. And I can see it on your face." He said.
She said nothing... Her face only showed shock.
"So.... Do we have a deal?"
"W-What is this one condensation?" She asked, while turning her face serious.
He didn't say anything for a while, he just stood their while looking at her with his red eyes the whole time.
"Well... You'll never be a normal unicorn again, and could never live in Equestrian again. Unless I disguised you.... But you will have to stay away from unicorns that can sense dark magic.... " He said.
"Wait..... You want me to learn dark MAGIC!?" She said worriedly.
"I mean... That sounds cool. But...." She said. She couldn't find the words to finish the sentence.
"Dangerous..? If you side with me. You will lean the true power of dark magic. Their is so much more you don't know!" He said, and his eyes started turning green again.
He stopped himself when he noticed she was getting afraid again.
"My apologies...." He said and closed his eyes. Then he opened them again, his eyes were back to normal.
She stayed silent. Wondering what he was going to say next.
He looked at her with serious eyes.
"Think of it this way.... Have you ever wanted to be feared?" He asked.
After he said that. She looked at the ground and closed her eyes.
"No point in hiding it.... He knows." She thought.
"Yes." She answered.
"Have you ever wanted to rule over Equestria?" He asked.
"Yes...." She answered. Part of her didn't want to admit it.
"If you become my Queen... You will have both! Me and you will rule over Equestria! And be feared at the same time! No pony will stop us!" He said excitedly.
"So... Do we have a deal?" He asked.
She always did dream of becoming different. Ruling over Equestria and being feared has passed her mind a few times while she was thinking of different. This was a dream come true! So she had to say...
She lifted her head, and looked at Sombra with serious eyes.
"Yes... We have a deal." She said confidently.
"Good..." He said, and smirked.
"I will go with you. But... I still have a lot of questions..." She said.
"I will answers your questions, when you first tell me your name, my dear.." He said while still smirking.
"My name is..."
