An Enchanted Gift and Shock: 1
I walked up to the two colts, who had just graduated from Ponyville Elementary. Cherilee had done a great job, teaching the two colts. Yet, none can deny the way they had been acting in the village.
I had wrapped up their respective gifts; the glistering black collar. Yet, they would not know what it is, or what it is about to do to the two of them. Yet, they will see more than enough of that in a moment.
“Hiya, Snips and Snails!” I greeted the two, where I had singled them out, out of sight and out of mind for the villagers of Ponyville.
“Hiya, Pinkie Pie!” the two colts greeted me in turn.
“Congratulations, you have managed to graduate from the elementary. I have a little gift for you!” I then continued, hoofing over the neatly wrapped boxes containing what I had in store for them.
“Thank you, Pinkie!” Snips responded.
“You always makes the most fun, Pinkie!” Snails continued.
“Yes, I know; as does the entire village of Ponyville!” I responded, as a bit of a slight of hoof.
“We all love you to bits for it, Pinkie!” they both chorused.
“I know. Now, if you would open your presents and have a look at it?” I continued, looking at them as they unwrapped the gifts.
“Now, if you would kindly put them on? Just pull it down over your heads?” I continued as they saw the respective gifts.
Thankfully, they did not hesitate for long enough to consider any implications or consequences of trying the collars on.
As the black rubber of the collar came into contact with the neck of the respective colt, it momentarily glowed, just before they sprouted a pair of glistering black rubbery bat wings, not too dissimilar to the wings Fluttershy, known ass Flutterbat at the time had. Of course it did not take either Snips or Snails all that long to notice and realise the change to them.
Only before either of them had gotten their acts together enough to part their lips in preparation to make a sound, or possibly speak; the next change came over the both of them, as their legs grew to about double the original length, and their hooves turned the same black as their wings.
Just as the legs stopped growing, the quietly looked down, only to find their now glistering black rubber suction-cup hooves on the ground. The highly elastic rubber liable to make squeaking noises with each and every step they took.
I could see their horns going black as they turned into the same glistering rubber. Just that they failed to see this particular change, maybe because it is a bit outside of the common visual range of their sight, or if they simply never came up with the idea to look up.
Once the initial changes had taken place, they will be incapable of taking their collars off, as will any other Pony making the attempt. I just so happen to be the only one capable of removing it, considering how I was the one gifting them these collars.
“Who or what are we? What did you just do to us?” Snips finally managed to mouth, just loud enough for me to hear him.
“You are a Fel Pony. As to that, I guess you could call it a punishment of sorts, or a new means of teaching you a few things you never thought you would know!” I responded quietly.
“Who, or what are you? Pinkie Pie?” Snips continued to mouth in a hushed voice.
“Yes, I am still the very same Pinkie. Pinkamena Diana Pie, to be utterly precise on the matter. I am still an Earth type Pony!” I merely responded on the next inquiry.
Of course, this would all be over their heads, as the expression went.
“A Fel Pony?” Snips followed up in his usual stupor.
“Yes, exactly. You are hence forth my pet. You are both summoned up by me, the funny Earth Pony you had some much fun with!” I then informed them.
“Summon? Like a daemon?” Snails spoke with a shiver to his voice.
“That would be a pretty good name for it. With that, you belong to me!” I responded with a maniacal laughter.
“Are you our guardian, like a parent or mother to us, then?” Snips asked.
“I guess that would work, in a sense. Right now, you need to flap your wings, you need the practice!” I responded with a sly grin.
“You want us to fly?” Snips inquired.
“You have wings. Why else would I have you sprout them, if not to see you fly?” I pointed out.
“Oh yeah. Like Rainbow Dash. She does fly every day!” Snails countered.
As they spread their newly sprouted wings, squeaks were heard clearly.
“When you put it that way; about twenty percent cooler!” I teased them.
“She is known to use that expression!” they responded in chorus, as they slowly flapped their wings.
A purring giggle escaped me, almost as if I had been a cat like Opalescence.
“On the other rubbery hoof, now you can fly me anywhere I like to go. Not that I couldn’t fly by myself, or go around just as fast. Yet, this is more fun!” I suggested.
With that, I attached the leaches attached to their collars to a clear rubber belt around my belly.
“Now, take me to three feet above the ground!” I demanded.
They strained their wings, flapping harder in an attempt to lift me off of the ground. For a moment, my hooves just refused to let go of the ground, as if the ground would not permit me to leave it behind. Yet, their efforts soon did pay off and I could feel the ground slowly fall away under me.
“Give me the speed of a leisurely trot forwards!” I commanded.
“I could rub in an oil in the hide of your wings to lessen that squeaking, but you need to learn how to preen yourselves. I think I should help you with that, once we are back home in my room in private!” I summoned it all up.
They merely nodded, not sure what to say at the moment. Yet, they did manage the speed I had required out of them.

A lone Snips: 2
I had found myself alone in a small room in the attic. For now, I can only assume she had summoned me here.
“You are to stay up all night!” Pinkie had told be earlier.
“Uh, all night. I am bound to be sleepy and bored!” I pondered, looking at the slight light filtering in just under the ceiling.
To my surprise, I soon found one single lone blue balloon in the far corner hovering under the ceiling, as if it had been staring at me, observing me. Maybe I was imagining things and reading too much into such a mundane occurrence as a balloon you may find fun and funny at any party Pinkie Pie may throw in your face.
That pink mare could obviously be more dangerous than I had previously given her credits for. Cunning, planning and organized like none other; she knew what she was doing, even when she should not.
“Funny? You are acting like a Minion. Why do you have to take every opportunity to be the Minion to each and every Villain we have around here. I know you do remember the event with Trixie Lulamoon. You know her as Trixie the great and powerful. Then you and your friend Snails did the same thing all over again at Canterlot High, aiding Sunset Shimmer. Oh, I know you don’t recall the event!” she had told me.
“Trixie’s name is Lulamoon? Isn’t that the same as Luna?” I had inquired in confusion.
“Sounds like an unfortunate coincident Luna would have to refute?” she pushed on.
“When you put it like that, it sounds like something I would have refuted if I was here!” I responded.
“Now, since you have a tendency to be acting the Minion part; I guess you could be my Minion instead. No, don’t worry. I will not incite you to wreck any havoc or anything else on either the physical or any other plane of existence. All I ask of you, is that you make my partying more fun!” she snapped, all of a sudden.
“Partying?” I had mouthed in terror, just an instant before she turned her back to me and disappeared before I had even realized how she did it.
“She may be Pinkie Pie, but still.
There are scattered stories about her. Tails of her deeds and accomplishments. Some of which hinted towards knowledge and wisdom, while others were merely out there and crudely insane for all I could say.
Then I recalled the event where she walked up the wall in Fluttershy’s cottage. There are other stories of incredible speeds and other events I dare barely think of. She can be just as mean a Monster and as lovable a Party Pony. Maybe parts of these memories were surfacing due to her painting the picture of me as that Minion. Events I had no memories of, and places I know I never had been at or seen.
Standing under the low ceiling, in the cramped space; yet I flap my wings in agitation. Not knowing what to do, or what to do out of what she had said and what she was demanding out of me. Besides, I am alone. Had she asked the same of my friend, Snails?
To my surprise, I did hear no squeaking noises. I still do hear the sounds of my hooves as they hit the floor, just as I do hear the sound of my heart beating and my breathing. I am not dead, and I had not grown deaf.
In the darkness, I can not see any colours, aside from that single blue balloon, apparently basking in the spares light of this room.
Had anything changed? I am still her Daemon, to be summoned by her for any reason at her slightest whim. In effect, I am her Minion. She had turned me into a Fel Pony.
Even in the spares light, my wings and hooves are glistering and glimmering.
I may not be the brightest of colts, but the balloon belongs to Pinkie Pie, and the rubber that my wings and hooves consists out of are the same rubber as the balloon. Is this the explanation to why I even see the balloon in the dark? Even if my wings and horn are black, I can still see them, even in the sparse to none existent light in this cramped attic room.
Maybe there is something more to being a Fel Pony than I had expected. It isn’t just giving me the glistering black wings and making my hooves the same black rubber into suction-cups in the process. Or is it?
As I light up my horn and lift up my right fore-hoof, I can see the reflection of my now black horn in the shiny rubber of the hoof, as black as it may be. Now, that is strange. Not just that I could see the reflection in the black hoof, but that the horn had grown all black too.
“Wait, what had she done to me!” I muttered to the blue balloon before me, the only company I had.
“Oh, she just turned you into a Fel Pony. She will make better use of you and your qualities in this form!” the blue balloon responded.
“Uh!” I choked on the words in its responded.
As I looked around, I could feel the borders of the room. As dark as the room is, and with these black walls I have surrounding me. Now I know that this room is sealed tight. There is no laving it, or going anywhere. She certainly had trapped me now.
“Then you are my guardian? Or, are you my instructor?” I prompted.
“I guard you, and I can instruct you. Yet, I am your sole link to your reality and insanity!” the balloon added to the spite.
I just groaned as response the balloon gave me.
Now, what could I do in this cramped container of a universe I had found myself in? I certainly can’t escape and there is nowhere to go.
Of course, I have the floor to trot around on, aside from the four walls and the ceiling. A ceiling that is bent on the middle and tilted to some thirty degrees, not that I could quantify the tilt. It is no real difference to me in any event, either.
With that, I chose to move along the wall, just to have something to do. The room itself is quiet as in a grave. I do hear my heart and the hoof falls from my steps. Yet, there are no echoes, or any other noises. Not even the chirp from a cricket. What ever that is? Yet, that word just floated up to the surface of my consciousness for a sample of insignificant noises you could have heard and been bothered by, if you had indeed heard them. Now they are just as annoying in their absence, apparently.
