This is a Choose Your Own Adventure type story that I am trying, not to sure how it will go but hey it is worth a try right?

A long time ago The New Order has taken control of all of Equestia, why? How? Who knows but not many people care about either when they have to fear for there life… But you seem to care, why do you care? Are you curious? Are you just foolish? Well not even I know that and I am the all powerful narrator! But I guess time will answer those questions…

Over five hundred years ago the land of Equestria was taken over by The New Order, how and why they did it is unknown to all but the ones that the TNO (The New Order) allows. Within the "Great and kind" lands of TNO there are many different 'classes'...

There is the Tax Slaves, all ponies who are in debt live far underground as a Tax Slave, they are forced to do whatever job TNO demands until their debts are payed, but given the fact all Tax Slaves gain even more taxes than they did before they were Tax Slaves they have no chance of leaving. And with this the Tax Slaves have basically become where TNO throws people they do not want in there upper classes and due to this the Tax Slaves have made their own systems, laws, and subclasses. The laws are simple such as no fighting, no drugs, and pretty much normal things but really the subclasses are all that matters down there: There is Civilians which are people who just do their job, which by the way is no longer what the TNO wants but now jobs that benefit the Tax Slaves, and try to live in peace.

But even with people down in the Tax Slaves trying to live in peace there is still crime which formed the two other subclasses, Criminals and Tax Militia. The Tax Militia don't do any normal jobs and instead get payed to stop criminals and any corrupt militia they find and then there is the criminals, of course almost no one is known to be in this class until they are arrested but there are tons of criminals never the less

And then there is all of the upper classes but they don't matter right now, why? Well because you have no idea of what's in the upper classes after all you were born into the Tax Slaves and joined the Tax Militia! Why would you know anything about the upper classes let alone the TNO, but you want to know... That is what you strive for, the knowledge of what's above you... Quite a strange goal but hey i am not one to judge, after all I am just the one telling your tale.

And so you were born, a simple [Choice A and B] named [Choice C] who grew up to join the militia, you never seemed to care much for a normal simple job for many reason, it was boring to you, it wouldn't help you get answers on the TNO, but most of all you kinda liked the idea of having power. Sure maybe not to the point of abusing the weaker people but still being a bit above them but then again who doesn't like the idea of being a bit above others? And so... Your story begins to find how what happened, why it happened, and more.
