After showing that he fights for good, James Heller was hired by the president to hunt down every eveolved alive left in America. James went to state after state killing each evolved and consuming them gaining more power as he did. His daughter was safely under the watch of the president and his guards at the White House. James still worried about one of these evolved finding his daughter and killing her, especially one in perticular. Levi Mercer the son of Alex Mercer who was now a part of him. He's fought Levi twice only for him to escape each time and become stronger as he killed hundreds. The only thing left for James to do is hunt and kill Levi once and for all. Levi Mercer stood on top of a large building in his home of Manhatten. He looked around with his blood red eyes looking for the best place to kill a dozen or so people. He decided on going to the Statue of Liberty and start there seizing it would be harder for people to escape him. He ran at at a normal rate which was around 80 mph across the tops of buildings to reach his destination. James was sitting inside a large helicopter with his team of soldiers specially trained for helping to hunt and kill the evolved. They had gotten a report that Levi Mercer was seen sprinting on the tops of buildings going towards the Statue of Liberty. Luckily James and his team were not far from the monument and decided to set up an ambush to try and finally kill Levi and end the terror that has killed thousands. The helicopter landed and imidiantly began to evacuate the civilians off the island via boat and air. James stood on top of the statue and waited impatiently for Levi to steep foot into the trap. Levi jumped off the final building and landed into the water and began to morph he body into an alligator he once consumed. He swam for about ten minutes before morphing back and jumping out the water and onto the small island where the statue stood. Levi smiled wickedly as he began to think of the enjoyment he would enjoy. James looked down and enhanced his vision to see clearer on the ground. He looked around in impatience till he saw Levi walking towards the statue. This made James smile as he returned his vision to normal and waited for the signal before he engaged. James team looked from their hiding spots and aimed their guns at the confused Levi standing in the open. They amines down their sights and put their fingers on the trigger to their guns and began their assault. Levi was standing on the island confused. He figured there would be plenty of people here seeing its manehattens most impressive momument. He was about to leave when he felt something hit his chest, a bullet, he was then hailed by bullets coming from soldiers that came from behind hiding spots. Levi was mad that he didn't use his senses to detect them. Levi quickly morphed his arms to claws and with incredible speed charged the soldiers and began to cut them in half splattering blood and guts on the ground. He smiled wickedly in delight as he killed one by one. He cut through every soldier but one which he left alive to consume. Levi walked up to the soldier and grabbed him by the neck before slamming him around and using the drills to tear through him before the melted him down and forced him inside of Levi. Levi began to see everything the soldier knew up till he died even the plan to kill him. Levi laughed and turned around and looked up to the statue and laughed. "Come now Heller you know it's gonna take more than that to kill me" Levi yelled to James James jumped into the air and launched into the ground breaking it under his weight and strength. "I'm about to show you that it's gonna take only me to kill you Levi Mercer" James growled Levi smirked and clapped his claws together while laughing before he then furrowed his brow and grit his teeth in anger. "I'm going to show you a worse fate than death for killing my father Heller" Levi said charging James and kicking him intot he statue James morphed his arms into his hammer fists and jumped out the statue at Levi. Levi quickly jumped over James and slashed down on his back leaving deep cuts in his body. James quickly turned around and punched Levi in his face knocking him through the statue and into a building. James then ran up the statue and jumped off the top while charging his fists before slamming them down into the building Levi was in destroying it and the ground around him. James looked for Levi only to be met with a whip it's going through his chest and thespian him around like a rag doll in a tornado. Levi then reeled James in and kicked him in the face and punching him with his own hammer fist. James was sent flying off the island and into the water. James quickly jumped back at Levi with his blade activated as he landed back in the ground breaking it underneath him. "To bad my fathers powers are going to waste on you. You've haven't even used the powers he had because your to scared to release that monster. Scared that you will turn like him and terrify your daughter" "Don't you dare talk about my daughter" James yelled "But why would I be fighting you. Instead I could just hunt your daughter down and consume her and go into hidin. Then you'd know what it feels like when you lose your family" Levi yelled back. "Your father killed my wife and kidnapped my daughter. I was only giving him what he deserved" James yelled "Well then you know that you'll get what you deserve" Levi yelled as he morphed his blade and charged James The two clashed clashed blades together as they swung and stabbed at each other. Levi and James fueld by rage didn't hesitate their attacks even if it meant the destruction of the island. The two couldn't seem to even land a scratch on the other they were so determined to kill the other. Levi knew that James had more abilities than him but that meant nothing as he had the upper hand in strength. Levi dashed James and uppercutted James before jumping above him and driving his blade through his chest slamming him into the ground. James kicked Levi off and healed his chest before roaring at Levi in rage. James morphed his other arm into a blade that looked similar to Alex's. Levi noticed this and the blade that belonged to his father. Levi's yes turned pitch black and he roared at James. The two dashed each other and began to hack and slash at each other. James was able to attack faster with his two blades leaving Levi to dodge and block his attacks. "I see you are beginning to use that power. To bad it won't help you" Levi said jumping back from a swing from James. James ignored his comment and brought both his blades down on Levi. Levi quickly used his baked and held James attempt to kill him. Levi felt the blades getting closer to his face as James began to smile a little at Levi's death so close to him. Levi them smiled wickedly and used all his strength to force James back to make Levi the one who was close to cutting at James face. "How does it feel to be close to death James. I bet my father had that same look as you consumed him. Now I'm going to consume you" Levi yelled as he morphed his free hand into a claw and drove it into James chest causing him to weaken his guard and allow Levi to cut James face making him scream in pain. Levi them picked James up and began to cut him into several pieces and consuming each one till nothing but James chest and head were left. "Now to avenge my father. Make sure you rot in hell you mother fucker" Levi yelled as he consumed James who yelled I fear before he was silenced. Levi laughed wickedly as he felt the power of every eveolved consumed by James and Alex flow through him. Levi morphed his arms back to normal before turning to face Manhatten. Before he could even move a bright light surrounded his body. When he light died down he was gone leaving nothing but destruction on the island.
