In the story "The last pony on Earth", most of the human race mysteriously disappeared and what few people were left had mysteriously been turned into ponies. In the sequel story, "Founders of Alexandria", a large subplot revolves around the fact that a mare named Moriah and a Stallion named Joseph got it on together and, consequently, Moriah got pregnant.
