//-------------------------------------------------------// Luna's One Shots -by PrincessLunaMoon- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 [Humanized/anthro] [Luna] [Celestia] [Mane 6] Once upon a time in the magical world of Equestria, there were two sisters; one alabaster white, the other soft moonlight pale. The two sisters lived in a large, ornate castle with guards and butlers.  Every day the Solar princess would raise the sun, and every night the Lunar princess would raise the moon. One night, though, something terrible happened to the sisters. In the middle of the night, while the pair were sleeping, a man broke into the castle. He drugged the two royal sisters and bound them to a wall mounted rack. Being a very evil man, he had the most fun torturing the pair, using hot metals, electricity, and even knives to make them scream and him laugh. Not being as strong as the older sister, the younger passed out soon after the man started, but the older princess forced herself to stay awake to protect her sister. After a while, the more ‘gentle’ torture got boring to the man, so he decided it would be more fun if it were more permanent. He rubbed his hand along the younger sisters leg and smiled. The man pulled out a strange arcane device, thought to had been lost to the ages. He laughed maniacally as the tool began to glow with powerful magics, bringing it ever closer to the passed out princess’s shoulder. The battered and bruised older sister begged and pleaded for the man to leave the princess of the night alone, but the man just laughed in her face in response. He took the torture device and dug it into the once sleeping princess’s shoulder, instantly waking her with pain. She thrashed and cried, howling in pain as the man dug deeper, scorching her flesh around the glowing beam. The princess of the day could do nothing but watch in horror and cry openly for her sister’s torment to end, but that only fueled the man’s passion for pain. Both sisters screamed, albeit for different reasons, as the arcane magic finished slicing through her shoulder, her pale arm falling to the ground. The man wasn’t stupid, making sure the wound had been cauterized by the heat of the torture tool. The man grinned and moved to the other pale shoulder, digging into it with the same vigor as before. The Solar Princess gagged as her sister’s blood sprayed and splattered across her face. The younger sibling had passed out now, and the older was slightly relieved. Seeing her passed out, however, infuriated the man. He reached down, grabbed the pale forearm, and slapped the owner across the face several times to wake her. After a few hits she awoke, too weak to scream, but her sister was more than capable of screaming for the two of them. As the second arm fell, the man laughed harder and harder. He tossed both arms on the bed behind him, and then smiled at the alabaster princess devilishly. He gave her an ultimatum; either she loses her arms as well and her sister loses her life, or she loses both arms and legs and her sister would live, minus her legs of course. Faced with a difficult decision, she decided the latter would be best. She could lose her limbs as long as she got to keep her dearest sister and best friend. After a long, blood filled hour of screaming, pain, and maniacal laughter, the man left the two amputated sisters strapped to the rack. He sneaked his way out of the castle the way he came in, with 8 extra limbs in tow. The next morning, when the moon didn’t set to make way for the sun, many people were concerned. Their panic grew as a maid screamed from the royal bedchambers, having found the brutalized and amputated princesses. Dozens of people, including the Sun Princess’s most favorite student, made attempts to help the princesses, but to no avail. The strange magic that ran the torturous tool created an enchantment on the scorched flesh, stopping all other spells used in an attempt to heal the damage. Depressed, upset, and angry, the princess of friendship turned to those closest to her for ideas. Several ideas bounced between four of the six, the only two not taking part being the element of magic and the element of laughter. The entire time, while offers were being made and turned down in the small group, their usually enthusiastic friend got more and more reserved to her thoughts. Hours passed, then hours turned to days, but nobody could think of any safe way to rectify the situation. After a week of constant disappointment and increasing frustration, the usually bubbly friend jumped up and spoke quickly to her friends. She told the five a story of her mother, who had gotten caught in a rock slide when she was younger. The rockslide was brutal, completely crushing her spine, but she didn’t die. She had laid in her bed in agony for days, her husband locking himself in the basement for days at a time, leaving the three young girls alone to take care of their dying mother. Each day seemed to pass with very little hope for the mother, until the father burst from the basement one day, a cloth in his hands. It looked like a small metal snake with several spider-like legs coming off the sides. Linked plates ran down the length of it, making it flexible and strong. A couple dim red lights dotted the way from one end to the other every few inches. With gentle ease, the father laid the mother on her stomach and began to work the item into her back. Each cut was concentrated and precise, and he finished fast. Once he was done, he called the three siblings over and woke the mother up. He told her of his helpful addition and she cried with happiness as he helped her to stand. The energetic friend told this story fast, and then told them her idea. The rest all gave varying signs of approval before standing. They let themselves be led by the hyperactive girl, and before long they arrived at a bleak looking farmhouse. Farmland covered a large expanse of land all around the small shack of a house. The father and mother were both elated to see their daughter again, and then their faces grew somber as she explained her idea to her parents. The father gave a solemn nod and retreated to his basement. After a few long minutes, he came back up with a large toolbox in his arms. He kissed his wife goodbye and the seven set back home. Once they arrived at the crystal tree, the Element of Magic sent a letter to the castle, requesting the two elder princesses to be brought over immediately. The next week, while the father was working hard, an unscheduled train pulled into the station of the small town and the occupants were quickly moved to a closed off wagon. In the crystalline tree castle, the father had all his tools and parts spread out across a large table.  Several suspicious apparatuses of differing styles and sizes laid next to the table as he worked on the last. A few more tweaks and he was finished, and a loud pounding that resounded through the castle marked the arrival of the royal sisters. With help from the six friends, the princesses were set on a large table, stripped to their underwear. The father began working as soon as he could, grabbing the pair of white-painted mounts and bringing it to the elder princess. With a sickening drilling sound, one mount was drilled into place in the hip of the Solar Princess. The second was quickly attached and the father moved to the shoulders. He looked over the peaceful face of his ruler and smiled, knowing he was helping the best he could. He grabbed the two shoulder mounts and drilled them into place. He did the same for the younger sister with her own blue painted mounts. He wakes the two and smiles, pushing each colored cybernetic limb in its respectful socket. He nods and steps back, letting the group see his work. The Solar princess’s arms were practically duplicates of her originals, her fingers a bit smoother and longer than before. She blinks at them and gives each finger its own movement, testing them. She turns her wrists, and then bends her elbows before ending with a roll of her shoulders. The Lunar princess’s arms are smoother, sleeker, and more slender than her solar counterpart. She gives either arm a flex and smiles softly as she can see the metallic fibres under soft flesh-like material. A pair of sleek white legs touch down on the side of the table, supporting the owner’s weight easily. She puts a cybernetic hand to her mouth in happiness, tears threatening to spill at the corners of her eyes. Watching her sister, the dark blue alicorn slides off the table and crouches next to it, then pushes herself upwards into the large open room. She giggles as she soars upwards, and then lands with ease. She runs to the father and silently thanks him. The father shakes his head and motions for the solar princess to join them, taking either of their hands into his own as he explains something the others don’t hear. The older nods, then watches as her index finger extends and hollows. Her clenched fist clicks softly as it forms into a chamber, and her thumb shrinks down and bends backwards, creating the firing pin for her new six barrel revolver hand. She inspects it curiously then takes aim and fires at a pillow on a nearby couch, ripping a large hole through it. The quiet Pegasus faints from the shock and she giggles. The lunar princess watches her sister’s hand in awe, then concentrates on her own hand. The fingers begin to elongate and grow thinner as they stretch, her index and pinky fingers becoming sharp on the outside edges as the finger tip of her middle finger becomes a sharp point. Her wrist and palm meld together to create the base of the large sword her hand had become.  She gives it a few practice swings and laughs softly as it slices through the air with ease. The Celestial alicorn admires her revolver hand for a few seconds longer then suddenly stops, her eyes growing wide as her face stiffens. She turns to her sibling and pulls her aside, whispering in her ear. The younger responds with a nod, then her face pales as she nods again. The six and the father watch the two converse for a moment longer before the two return. Out of nowhere, the white princess grabs the shirt collar of the father and slams him against the wall, her sister quickly going to her side with the sword pressed against his neck. She turns to the element bearers and asks where the father’s home is. His daughter quickly speaks up, giving the two directions. The teacher tells her faithful student to stay here with the rest of her friends, then grabs the daughter. With her sword hand still pressed to the father’s throat, the princess of the night orders the daughter to lead the way back to his house, a tight grip on him the entire way. The four walk back to the grey outcropping of farmland, occasional rocks poking up through the soil. The celestial princess pushes the door open and begins to search the upper floor before noticing the door to the basement. The sisters lead the father and daughter down the stairs, and then gasps at the sight. The lunar princess drops the father to the ground and he lays there. The solar princess points her revolver hand at the fathers head and pulls the trigger as her sister covers the daughters eyes. She jumps at the loud sound, and tears begin to leak out. “The measurements were too good….” Celestia sighs as she turns and walks back up the stairs, with Luna consoling a sobbing Pinkie in tow. As they reach the top of the stairs, Celestia turns off the light, covering the sisters’ old limbs in darkness before closing the door.
