Nopony Is Alone In The Apocalypse

We were in the safehouse eating some food we took from the dead ponies we killed, Viki was depressed after what she did to them.I know life gets hard if you killed somepony but this is all about survival, I don't if the princesses are still alive or what.I thought about cheering her up,

"Hey Viki...just try to let it go for a while, there's nothing we can do about that now"

"I know but this feels wrong...how am I suppose to get use to it?"

But it didn't help her.Killing ponies who tried to kill you is by defending yourself, its either live or die.So I tried reasoning with her,

"Viki...its either them or us, we had no choice but to do so"

"I...maybe...ugh whats the point, you're right"

"So you understand now? survival matters"

"I wish they could just join with us instead killing us, now lets go finding more supplies"

We went out looking for supplies as our mission, we scavenge each trash can, store and also dead bodies.We were lucky to find some but not enough, so we figured looking for a huge store that maybe stockpiled with food somewhere.We found a map laying on the ground and used it to locate which store has been stockpiled with food, so we headed to the to the hay burger store.We manage to head there without grabbing attention, we saw the store was barricaded recently.

"Somepony was prepared for this"

"Yeah...well prepared"

So we went to the back of the store and it was unlocked.

"Thought it might be locked"

"I figured that too..."

We entered the store and started to search for some supplies we need, in the store we found three dead bodies laying on the ground.One was a zombie and the two were survivors who died here, we saw bite marks on there hooves.

"They killed themselves...but why?"

"I don't know but maybe the bite has got to do with this, maybe they infected?"

"No...they didn't want to turn into one of them, if you get bit"

"You turned into them, better be careful for now"

"Yeah...shit"

We searched and found a few kitchen knives, few water of bottles and some food.Didn't get much but it was worth finding some,

"Well...better than nothing, let's go"

"Hold on, I think somepony is coming! lay low!"

"Shit!"

We hide ourselves under the counters, it was a survivor.It was a mare, maybe she is trying to find some food like us.But then she spoke out,

"I know you and your friend are hiding, now come out and show yourselves"

"How the fuck?!...dammit"

We revealed ourselves to the mare handling a...gun, don't know how but screw it.

"You think it was that easy to hide from me? now give me all your food and nopony gets hurt"

"What?! no way! we found it first!"

"I don't care just give it to me!"

"You don't have to do this! we trying to survive too!"

She pointed her gun at Viki, I was worried she might shoot her.

"Give it to me or I will make you"

"Don't do it Player! she's crazy!"

"Can you just join with us? maybe work together?"

"No...now give me the food!"

Viki charged towards her and hit her at the wall,

"Aargh! GET.OFF.OF.ME!"

She pushed Viki and shot her at the leg,

"Viki! why you son of bitch!"

I punched her multiple times and drop her at the floor, I kept beating her until she stopped breathing.I grab her gun and also her bag, I checked on Viki but it was too late for her.

"Dammit Viki!..breath!"

I tried but it was pointless to save her,

"Damn..."

So I carried her body at back, I tried to find a place to bury her.I found a peaceful area and also a shovel, I dug a grave and place her in.

"Rest in peace Viki...gonna miss ya"

After I buried her, I went back to the safehouse alone.I kept thinking about her as a friend and she was the best one I met, after that day happen I know she tried to save me.Hope I will do the same for anypony I met, but those thugs are going to pay.

After five months, things were getting hard.The water supply shut down and also the electricity, the zombies maybe got them.I was all alone surviving and wishing to meet another friendly survivor like Viki, I found a jacket about two days ago in a cottage.I went to sweet apple acres if there's any food left, I killed a few zombies on the way too.The barn looked like a ruin from a distance, I went inside and heard a noise.

"What was that? a zombie? a survivor?"

I didn't hesitate and checked the whole barn, after a while of searching I met a filly with a red mane.

"P-please don't hurt me!"

"Its ok! I'm not going to!"

"Wait a minute...that voice"

"Its me Player...whats your name?"

"It is you! thank Celestia it is you!"

She hugged me, I wasn't expecting that to happen.

"Oh sorry...names Applebloom!"

"Nice to meet you Applebloom....but wheres your friends?"

"They are in the treehouse right outside, I can show you"

I followed her to the treehouse, I don't how they manage to survive but I'm worried about them.
