Sleep was good. Had my usual changeling dream. Except this time, it was different. The changelings actually beat me. Nopony ever beats me! When I woke up from the terrible dream, I strangely felt more energized.

That's not even the full of it. When I stumbled into my bathroom to get ready for the day, I found that my whole body was golden. All of it. Main, fur, tail, hooves, eyes, every part of me had taken some sort of golden shade.

When I flew out of my cloud house, I found a flying unicorn with no wings terrorizing Ponyville, with the girls nowhere to be found.

What did I ever do to the universe to deserve this?
