Pinkie Pie sighed happily. It was her 3 year anniversary of when she started dating her coltfriend Cheese Sandwich. Other ponies expected at least once he'd miss one of them. But Cheese never missed it. He was never late. No matter what other parties there were he always came to this one.

Today was no different. "Pinkie!"

"Hey Cheesie!" She quickly pecked him on the cheek. "What are we doing this year?"

"This year I was thinking instead of a party, can we just have a nice picnic. I know we are party ponies but I am exhausted. There has been lots of parties this week." Cheese asked shyly, sure she would want a huge party.

"Sure Cheesie." Pinkie replied.

"R-really?!? I thought you'd wa-" Cheese stuttered.

Pinkie silenced him with a kiss. "It's fine. I would love it."

"Phew." Cheese then proceeded to pull a picnic basket and picnic blanket from the air.

They had their picnic, Pinkie eating with her flank pressed against Cheese's.

"This is amazing!" Pinkie mumbled through her food.

Cheese chuckled. "Every moment's amazing when I'm with you."

Pinkie blushed. "I lo-"

"PINKIE!!"

"C'mon Twilight! I'm in the middle of something here!"

"THERE IS A GIANT MONSTER ATTACKING PONYVILLE!!!" Twilight yelled, throwing the element necklace. "TAKE YOUR ELEMENT AND LET'S GO!!"

"Woah there! I'm not letting Pinkie go alone, I'm coming." Cheese said.

"You can't you don't have an element!"

"I can try!"

"You can't you annoying-"

"Twilight." Pinkie interrupted.

"Don't you dare call me that you little-"

"Twilight!"

"How dare you! I am the princess of Friendship! I will-"

"TWILIGHT!!!"

"What Pinkie?"

"Your crown is glowing."

Twilight looked up to find her crown was indeed glowing. Suddenly it shot a yellow light straight at Cheese's neck, and a gold necklace with a yellow cut-in-half grilled cheese sandwich.

"What the hay?!?" Cheese yelled.

IN THE CRYSTAL EMPIRE............

"Thanks for taking me on this walk Cadence, I really needed it to calm me down." Shining Armor said to his wife.

"No worr-" Suddenly Cadence's eyes turned white and she hovered in the air. In a voice that was to deep to be hers she said," The element of care has been revealed by the element of magic." She then fainted.

"So much for a relaxing walk" Shining sighed.

BACK IN PONYVILLE........

A letter appeared in front of Twilight, while Cheese marvelled at his element.

"Well." Twilight said. "You are apparently the element of care. Makes sense since you were so eager to protect Pinkie Pie. In the letter Cadence sent me it says that even if your not here your care will still contribute to the element's power. Now let's go destroy that giant monster."
