Chapters Princess Twilight paced around her throne room, alone. The day seemed to be going by slower than ever before. It has been so long since there has been any excitement, anywhere in Equestria! For once in her life, it was as if her brain was dead. Her thoughts didn't seem to be flowing with as many ideas as it used to.
She had done anything that day to spark her excitement and creativity: Reading books she had already read for the 4th time already, checking up on her friends, who had seemed to be extra busy that day, --strangely enough--, and practicing her newly gained alicorn magic! Nothing she did seemed to do the trick.
As she continued pacing, she heard Spike from the other room shout, “OWCH!” Twilight quickly pranced to that room, concerned.
“Is everything alright, Spike? What happened?”
“Yeah, yeah… I just stubbed my claw on this mirror-portal of yours!”
“Oh!—The one I built to get to Sunset Shimmer’s world!”
“You should really move it out of the way so someone, also known as me , doesn’t trip over it or hurt ourselves!”
Twilight pondered for a moment, while examining the mirror-portal. Without acknowledging Spike’s suggestion, she used her magic to pick the mirror-portal up, and move it out into the nearby library.
“This is not what I meant by, ‘move it out of the way’” Spike said, rather annoyed that Twilight had been ignoring him, again. He rolled his eyes, and exited the library.
Twilight began hooking up the wires and such, for the mirror-portal.
“Maybe I can visit my friends at Canterlot High again! Just to check up on them!” She said, excitedly! What she didn’t notice though, throughout all the wiring commotion, was that she had misplaced a couple wires.
As the mirror-portal started to warm up, and get the electric and magic juices flowing, the dimensional fabric had seemed to be different. It was different in a sense of appearance. Before, it looked more colorful, and more vibrant. Now it seems that the appearance had gotten duller, and a bit more mysterious. But it had been so long since Twilight last used the mirror-portal, she didn’t take notice.
It also had been so long, that Twilight noticed it may take a bit longer then a whole day for it to charge up to the full power it could withhold. She decided to sleep through the night as the mirror-portal did its thing. She trotted to her bed room, and got ready for her slumber, and of course, Spike did so as well.
“Goodnight, Spike!” Twilight yawned. Spike had already been asleep within seconds of his head hitting his pillow.
Twilight smiled, tiredly.
“May we see what tomorrow brings us…!” And she drifted off into a deep sleep.
But as she was in her deep slumber, these certain words throbbed inside of her dreams: “… between the points along three spatial dimensions…”

So here it is, finally! A new story!... Hopefully it has improved quiet a bit from the last one... I took in all the advice I had received, and I'm trying to lower the pace of the story, and try to add more dialog and even monologue! I hope you enjoy the first chapter of this new story!
Twilight woke up. The sun peeking through her mostly shut curtains that draped like a waterfall. She woke up with energy, thinking of all the happy smiles she would see once again back at Canterlot High.
She looked over at Spike, “Wake up!” She announced, opening the curtains wider. Spike groaned and turned in his bed, his back facing the light and covering his head with this blanket.
Twilight rolled her eyes, “I guess you don’t want to see our friends at Canterlot High…” She said, secretly trying to persuade him.
“Five more minutes…” Spike replied.
Twilight giggled and agreed to his request. She made her way out of her bed room, and to the throne room. She saw that the portal was almost ready, and looked over the wires just for one last check over before she went to visit her friends. She then noticed that a couple wires where inappropriately swapped. She hardly got her magic on one of them to swap them back to normal when all of the sudden… ZWOOP!—The portal had a kick of power, and the gravitational pull, pulled Twilight into the portal!
“SPIIIIKE!” She screamed, obviously knowing he would be the only one to hear her. She knew she wasn’t going to end up where she was hoping to go.
Spike ran in to the throne room, dragging his blanket along. “Twilight!?” He shouted. He scurried over to the portal, to see that the wires blew a fuse, and the portal had deactivated and Twilight was gone. “No!” He shouted to himself. He quickly dropped his blanket and ran out of the castle and into town.
That day, Apple Jack had supposedly been selling apples in Pony Ville. Spike saw her, and ran to her. He knew very well Apple Jack wouldn’t be the only pony he would go to, to call for help, especially since Apple Jack is not that tech savvy of a pony.
“Apple Jack! Apple Jack!” Spike called, “Something happened! Twilight is gone!”
“Calm down sugar cube! Twilight is gone…?” She asked, in a calm, yet confused, state.
“Yes! She called for help, and then when I tried to find her in the other room, she was gone…! I think the portal malfunctioned, and she was pulled in!” Spike said, panicking!
“Alright… Well… We just need to get some pony that knows that darn machine as well as she does!” Apple Jack said, thinking of exactly one pony that knew how that machine worked as well as Twilight did!
“Well, let’s go find Pinkie Pie. She should be at Sugar Cube Corner, right?” Apple Jack suggested.
“I guess so!” Spike said, rather confused.
Apple Jack nodded and smiled. Spike and Apple Jack quickly made their ways to Sugar Cube corner.
“Pinkie! Ya’ here?” Apple Jack called.
They waited for a moment, but no answer.
Apple Jack called once more, “Pinkie, we need your help!”
Still, nothing! Apple Jack trotted into the kitchen; because she hadn’t heard the cakes answer either... She started to get concerned. Apple Jack sighed, and rolled her eyes, once she saw Pinkie Pie clocked out in what seemed to be a sugar coma.
“Ah great! Our only help at the moment, and she is passed out in a sugar coma!” Apple Jack said to herself, though Spike heard her as he walked into the kitchen as well.
“She’s passed out!?” Spike shouted!
“Eating too many sweets, I reckon…” Apple Jack said, as she started to pace around the kitchen.
“Should we take her to the castle until she is conscious?” Spike asked, nervously.
Apple Jack nodded, agreeing with Spike. Apple Jack slipped Pinkie Pie onto her back, and steadily trotted out of Sugar Cube Corner and to Twilight’s Castle to hopefully figure out when is going on!

Here is chapter two, all nice and ready for you if you are willing to read more right after Chapter 1! I hope you enjoy!
After hours of putting a jug of cider up to Pinkie’s nose as a way to make her wake up, she finally did so! Apple Jack sighed in relief and rested. Her hoof was cramped up after holding that jug of cider for so long!
Pinkie’s eyes lit up as soon as she woke. It was as if she was staring at the biggest sweet imaginable. She looked up and around to see Apple Jack resting.
“Apple Jack?! What are we doing in Twilight's Castle?” She asked excited and confused.
Apple Jack sighed, “I need your help fixing that there portal…” She pointed. Pinkie looked toward the portal, then back toward Apple Jack again, confused and hoping for an explication as to why the portal needed to be fixed.
Apple Jack continued, “Apparently the wires got out of place while Twilight was settin’ it up, and then the whole thing just blew a fuse! Me and Spike figured, since you had some crazy understanding of the portal already, that you would be able to fix it or somethin’!”
Pinkie Pie sat and pondered for a moment. “Not sure I can help ya there, Apple Jack!” She said in a cheerful, but still saddened attitude. “I’m sure Twilight can figure out what to do, right? I mean, what would be so different between dimensions that its impossible to get back, right?” Pinkie suggested, unsure and still hopeful.
Apple Jack nodded, “If that’s so, then I’m not leavin’ this spot until she is back.” Apple Jack walked over to the portal and sat in front of it. Pinkie Pie looked at Apple Jack, inspired, and walked over beside her. She then sat beside her… And they waited.
Meanwhile, in a faraway place beyond space, beyond time, beyond dimensions… is a place that goes by the name, Gravity Falls, Oregon! A tiny town with not many people, very simple and very quiet… Or at least that’s what people that don’t live there, think.
But in fact, Gravity Falls is mysterious, and enchanted. Not like any other town. This town can be rather dangerous, if you’re not careful. The heroes of the town are none like you’ve ever seen. They are strong, brave, and smart! Some hero’s right? These heroes go by the names, Mabel and Dipper. Twins. Age 12.
The boy, Dipper, was walking through the woods just a slightly far distance away from the Mystery Shack to calm himself from a heated argument that him and his great uncle, Stan—also known as, Grunkle Stan, got into. As he was walking, he heard a high pitched sound in the distance. Sort of what he imagined sparkles to sound like. At first, he figured it was just the wind and the forest playing tricks on his ears, and kept walking. Then again, in the distance, he heard another sound.
“WUAH!” A voice in the distance yelped! Dipper glanced around, confused at first. He then decided to follow the sound of the unsteady yelp. As he struggling made his way through bushes, and trees, and the attempts to dodge poison ivy, he finally found what he was looking for. He looked toward the ground, to see a girl. He glanced up to see what looked like a black hole, minus the black part. It was sort of more, colorful, but it was just floating in the air. In the blink of an eye, the mysterious floating figure, shrunk and disappeared.
Dipper looked down, toward the girl and saw that the girl was looking up toward him.
“Where am I?” She asked.
“Uh…” Dipper mumbled, confused on how to approach what just happened. He stared at the girl a while longer, examining her. She had purple hair, with purple and pink highlights. Her clothes were rather dressy for being out in the forest, though he assumed she came from that floating hole in the air.
“This is… Gravity Falls, Oregon.” He finally replied. “Who are you?”
The girl stared at him for a moment, confused. This world seemed different than the one she planned on going to, and the one she was from. She finally answered, “Twilight. Twilight Sparkle.”
Dipper stared at the girl confused for a moment, but then realized he had to introduce himself as well, and that his “name” was also rather different.
“I'm Dipper.” He said with an unsure smile on his face, holding out his hand to help her up. “How… Did you end up here?” He asked, glancing behind her slightly, as she stood up.
“For now, its none of your business…” Twilight said with a slight annoyed attitude, but deep on the inside she was honestly afraid.
Dipper stared at her concerned, but then snapped out of it shortly after. “Uh, right… Anyway, um, follow me. You look like you could use something to drink.” He made his way toward the exit of the woods, and toward the Mystery Shack.
Twilight looked over her shoulder, and sighed as she wished she had stayed in Ponyville. She then began following this, Dipper fellow.
