The adventures of Melody: A Crystal Empire Princess

I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of thunder. I then start to whimper.

"Mama!" I say. My door then creaks open and I hear hoofsteps coming towards me.

"Melody?" Said a voice. "Mama?" I say.

Mama came over and gently put her wing on my back. "Melody are you okay?" Said Mama. I shake my head no and start shivering. Mama then started rubbing my back with her wing "Shhh it's okay Melody. Don't cry. I'm here." She says soothingly.

I calm down after a while and nuzzle into her side. I then yelp and whimper at the sound of thunder. She then sung a soft lullaby that carried me off to sleep
