Computers and electronics, while not commonplace, are becoming available. Celestia has decreed that all of the files in the Royal Archive be duplicated in Electronic form.

But when a file in Canterlot Royal Archive turns up altered, can the agents in the new Electronic Section figure out who is responsible?
