It is Princess Celestia that moves the sun during the day; that, we all know to be common knowledge. She raises, then lowers the sun, each and every morning and after noon.
...But what happens after the sun sets? Where does it go? It cannot simply continue it's trajectory, it's far too big for that. Besides, even goddesses need to sleep!

But does the solar princess even know what happens to her precious sun after the day ends?

...Perhaps Khepri, the god of dawn may shed some light on the situation.

I've been playing a lot of Smite lately and have become quite obsessed with it. If you find this story on a (most likely permanent) hiatus, I've moved on to something else (or went back to robocraft).
