A Conversation of Awesomeness
It was a week after the latest madness which involves the Total Drama universe is over. After that is done and the humans from that world is done, everything goes back to normal, or what's close to normal anyway in the world of Equestria.
Twilight decided to do some communication with other worlds, one of them involves a world where Pinkie became a princess instead of her. Let's listen in, shall we?
Twilight, having a chat with the DSSF-verse Pinkie, ask in amazement, "So you and Fluttershy accompanied Discord when he went after Tirek to make sure Tirek didn't have a chance to tempt and trick Discord into helping him?"
"Yep. We did. After all, Fluttershy is Discord's best friend and I'M twenty percent more powerful than Discord, so if Tirek didn't have enough power to drain Discord, he wouldn't have enough power to drain ME." DSSF Pinkie answers happily. "As a result, we managed to apprehend that meanie-pants BEFORE he soaked up enough power to be a serious threat."
"Then how did you get the final key for the Rainbow Power box?"
"Simple. My friends and I showed the ponies of "Our Town" (the place Starlight Glimmer was running) what REAL friendship is like and inspired them to rise against Glimmy. Yeah, she was tricky, but nothing the nine of us couldn't handle."
"Nine of us? Let's see, there would be you, your universe's versions of me, Rainbow, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Ben and Nyx. That would be eight. But who's the ninth?" Twilight ask puzzled, counting off the ponies that could be the ones in DSSF Pinkie's group.
DSSF Pinkie giggles as she answers, "Why, Spike of course. Being a dragon, he was naturally immune to Glimmy's "Sameness Spell", which gave us an ace in the hole. Anyway, with the help of the ponies in Glimmy's town, we managed to capture her with only minimal difficulty."
"Well, thanks for the chat, Princess Pinkie."
"You're welcome, Princess Twilight." DSSF Pinkie said happily. The images of each of them vanish on their respective mirrors. Twilight couldn't help but smiles at this.
"Well, I've pretty much got the hang of the "multiversal communication" spell, now to see if I can expand it to a portal that I can actually travel through." Twilight said as she prepares her work to do so.
Unknown to Twilight, a certain Pegasus pony was discreetly watching her from a window. The mare smirks as she mumbles, "So, Twi's going to try to travel to another universe? NO WAY I'm missing out on that."
Meanwhile, at the EXACT same time, in another universe, Blossom is just wrapping up a communication with the Lilo of another universe [one where Lilo was the one who ascended to demigodhood instead of her], with Buttercup discreetly watching with interest. The girl finishes up her task as she nods. Time to work on the portal.
"All right, here we go." Blossom said in determination. The girl yelps as the portal got bigger. "Whoa!"
"Awesome!" Buttercup exclaims loudly. However, this caught her sister's attention. "Aww, man!"
"Buttercup? What..."
Suddenly a familiar Alicorn came through the portal, smiling as she spoke, "Success! Granted, I didn't think the portal would be this big but it worked."
"Twilight!" Blossom exclaims with a smile as she hugs the princess from Equestria. "Welcome to Kingdom Hearts. I was about to visit you in Equestria."
"Well, great minds think alike, huh?"
"So wait, we aren't going?" Buttercup ask with a scoff. "Crud. I was hoping to meet..."
"Oh yeah, Rainbow is in the house!" Rainbow laughs eagerly as she flew into the portal, startling the others. "Wow, this is another universe. Awesome!"
"And of course, Rainbow came instead." Blossom groans in frustration.
"And me too!" Pinkie exclaims, popping up and startling the others.
"And Blossom? Does this mean...?"
"Hey, Pinkie!" Lilo, the one from Blossom's world, exclaims happily as she appears from out of nowhere. "Glad you're here!"
"Yay! Look at me, we're here, we're here!" Pinkie exclaims, bouncing up and down with joy as did Lilo.
"Well, we're all here, so how are things in Equestria lately?" Blossom ask, sighing as she gets down to business.
"Business with the players of Total Drama and Chris being a pony." Twilight admits to Blossom with a squee.
"Same here, only with the gender reversed."
"Well, time to start talking." Buttercup remarks with a shrug as she is eager to speak up with her new friend from the other world. "So, how fast is YOUR top flying speed?"
Rainbow smirks as she boasts, "Ten times the speed of sound - though it's nowhere near fast enough for me to escape from Pinkie when she really wants something."
"MY top flying speed is ten THOUSAND times the speed of LIGHT."
"For some reason, I can't help feeling inferior."
Buttercup just chuckles, patting Rainbow on the shoulder as she said, "Don't be too ashamed. When it comes to escaping from Lilo when she really wants something, I have no better luck than you do escaping from your Pinkie Pie."
"Sooooo....any new awesome adventures I want to hear about?" Rainbow ask Buttercup with a smirk.
"Well, Lilo and I came back from Vampireville a while ago, helping out my old buddy Marceline. She got into a grumpy mood thanks to her boyfriend Ash causing trouble, but with our help, we were able to help Marceline take him down and help make new vampire friends."
Rainbow admit, "I wish I had as good of luck reforming Gilda as you did that one vampire queen you mentioned - even if you DO now get occasional trouble from her now ex-boyfriend."
"Your sister mentioned "players". Are they humans by any chance?" Buttercup ask curiously.
"Yep, just like Megan and her siblings. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that we met her when my Sonic Rainboom got combined with Twilight's teleportation spell. She was a big legend in Equestria!"
Buttercup comment, "Well, about three years ago, Shirley and I ended up creating a portal to another universe with the combination of her magic and one of my Warp Factor Fifteens, which took us and Blossom (who happened to get caught in the path) to the home universe of our world's greatest hero of the past - Lydia Deetz."
"So she is your version of our M'agne?"
"Darn straight!" Buttercup exclaims with a laugh. She mention, "Oh, when I finally got into the Justice League Academy, I ended up meeting this one guy named Captain Hammer. He mentions he started out with just super-strength and near-invulnerability, but, after a mess where he felt pain for the first time EVER, he eventually decided to find ways to increase his powers (either through training or chemical enhancement) so that he would truly be invincible. To that end, Captain Hammer took genetic samples from several super-heroes from Lydia's universe (specifically, the Incredibles, Frozone and Metro Man), which not only greatly amplified his pre-existing strength and near-invulnerability, but also granted him the powers of super-stretching, super-speed, invisibility, force fields, cold generation, shape-shifting, flight, laser vision and X-ray vision). After training himself to be able to handle the power, he then took genetic samples from me AND my sisters and used them to increase his powers even more. Unfortunately, Hammer turned out to be an even more arrogant jerk than me on my worst day and cared only about pushing himself to his limits and then finding ways to exceed those limits. He nearly got a few of my friends killed with a massive storm he cooked up and nearly got away with it until Wonder Woman found out and kicked him out for his reckless endangerment of innocent life; which is a MAJOR Justice League no-no. Captain Hammer was upset, but only because he got caught and booted out of the Justice League Academy."
"What a coincidence! Same thing with us, only with Lightning Dust and the Wonderbolts!" Rainbow exclaims, doing some stretching. "Oh yeah, let me tell you about my birthday which is one the same day I first moved to Ponyville. Best birthday ever, thanks to Pinkie and our new friend Cheese Sandwich."
Buttercup comment, "And a few months ago, when my sisters and I were celebrating our 23rd birthday; which was also the seventh anniversary of the day Bubbles and I returned to Townsville; we ended up meeting this freed genie named - well, Genie. He loves parties just as much as Lilo does and is just as good at preparing them as Lilo is. Anyway, after a brief period of friendly competition, Lilo and Genie decided to work together to make the party twice as good. After that was over with, Genie revealed Lilo was the one who freed him shortly after she got her talent marks. The kid who had Genie's lamp was having a party which Lilo was hosting and, during the party, Lilo rubbed the lamp and used her first - and ONLY - wish to free him from the lamp. Needless to say, Genie was pretty grateful for that and, after that, spent more than a decade travelling Kingdom Hearts and spreading the happiness. And, recently, I helped out Wonder Woman at a summer camp for super-powered youths."
"Not unlike how I helped out Spitfire at that summer camp for Pegasus foals."
"Of course, Pistol was understandably upset about it at first."
Rainbow smirks a bit as she spoke, "Yeah, like Scoots is with me, Pistol IS your biggest fan. At least it wasn't as crazy as when I was helping Trixie get out of being Queen of the Diamond Dogs."
Buttercup remarks, "Or when *I* was helping Princess Morebucks when SHE got stuck with the job as Queen of the Gem Anthros."
Well, let's leave the conversation here and go to Lilo and Pinkie who are having one of their very own.
Pinkie comment, "Oh, and then, just a couple of months ago, Twilight helped me overcome my addiction to an almost irresistibly delicious snack food - even if I DID end up getting her frustrated enough to use a naughty word that got magically censored when I got through one of her better restraining devices."
Lilo add, "Yeah. Something just like that happened with me and Blossom about that time."
The princesses are having one conversation involving some other events of the past as well.
Blossom comment, "And, another relatively recent adventure (just before the Plunder Vines mess) involved us travelling to a parallel universe to help deal with evil versions of Obi Wan and Anakin. We had to help a good version of Sauron and his assistant (the latter of whom had a past romantic relationship with Obi Wan)."
Twilight put in, "My friends and I went through something quite similar, minus the extra characters."
"And then, relatively recently, we had to save a small town from this gang Kim and Fifi tangled with in an earlier shared adventure." Blossom said, recalling a problem with some enemies that her friends Kim and Fifi has met not too long ago.
"And I will bet you were legally powerless to stop them until you maneuvered them into actually breaking a law." Twilight said to Blossom, arching an eyebrow at this.
"Actually no. The reason we had so much trouble was because Bulba, the leader of the gang had become a powerful cyborg between Kim and Fifi's previous run-in with him and our group clash with them."
"Really? You don't seem like you're exactly a lightweight in the power department yourself."
Blossom gave a meekish smile as she continues, "I'm not. But Bulba's cybernetics included a built-in power copier that allowed him to gain the combined abilities of myself, my sisters, Shirley, Lilo and Stitch. Which means our presence ended up literally only his already formidable cybernetic might even greater. Thus, we had to rely entirely on our wits to save the day.
Lilo literally popping out of nowhere spoke suddenly, "Well, at least WE had a much better reason for having so much trouble with him than YOU did with Longhorn."
Pinkie also literally popping out of nowhere snaps, "Hey, come on. That was the writer's fault, NOT Twilight's!"
"Yeah. You're right." Lilo said, feeling a bit sheepish for saying that. Turning to Twilight, she apologizes, "Sorry about what I said."
"No apologies needed. I just wishes I did the same thing Blossom has did." Twilight said with a meekish smile. At least the events with Longhorn and his goons would've ended differently. "Anyway, sometime after that, we deal with problems with deer from the Everfree Forest because a developer was trying to destroy their home for a theme park."
"Which would've been fun if our home wasn't in danger." Rainbow said as she and Buttercup, having finished their conversation, came in to merge into the conversation as well.
Blossom comment, "Now that you mentioned it, then there was an even more recent adventure where we had to deal with a greedy developer who was surprisingly well-equipped for dealing with super-powered opponents (at least it WAS surprising until Buttercup pointed out he was Superman's arch-enemy) AND these over-stubborn elves who were willing to cause a massive plant uprising against a lot of innocent beings to over-compensate for the damage the developers did to their own homes."
"Wow, it's like our event is a comic book when you mentioned that!" Pinkie exclaims happily.
"Oh yes, thanks you for reminding me." Twilight said, remembering something. "There was also one adventure when the girls, Spike and I got pulled into an issue of Power Ponies, fighting off the Mane-iac."
Blossom comment, "And then, there was this one adventure where my friends and I ended up inside this magic comic book in the roles of the main heroes fighting a comic book version of Sedusa; a villainess my sisters and I fought a few times in our younger days. Apparently, she sold her name-and-likeness rights for money for future schemes. But I digress. Anyway, in that universe, I still retained my laser vision and ice breath and a portion of my telekinesis, but none of my other powers. Buttercup still retained her flying and weather control powers, but none of her others. Bubbles could still fly, but only had her super-strength and super-toughness in monster form and none of her other powers. Lilo had super-speed, Kim had a special lasso she could mentally control, Fifi had high-level telekinesis and energy construct producing abilities. Shirley still had a respectable degree of her usual telepathy, telekinesis and mystic lightning zapping ability, but none of her other powers. Dexter didn't have his usual flying or magic abilities, but made up for it with a wide range of super-high-tech gadgets. Stitch and Annie both came out of it the best, though, since THEY both still retained ALL of their usual abilities. Furrball had NONE of his usual half-dragon abilities, but still managed to save the day because he knew that universe the best AND managed to help us get things together."
"Yeah, very awesome!" Buttercup exclaims with a smile. "I wanted to do that again sometime."
"Maybe if you're lucky." Lilo said happily.
"We did run into some problems...like when me and Ben broke temporarily...and when Lorcan came back. It took me a while to forgive him for what he did...but then he fell into a coma." Twilight said, looking down in sadness.
"I'm sure Lorcan will wake up eventually." Pinkie said, patting her friend on the back.
"Yeah, we run into a bit of a problem with Kevin too, he is in a coma right now." Blossom said, looking down a bit. "And after we..."
The two princesses looks down. What happened to their friends have got them down.
"Uh, let's talk about something else." Pinkie said quickly, wanting to change the subject. "How about our recent adventure not too long ago?"
"Yeah, go for that." Buttercup said with a nod, wanting to help the princesses get out of their funk.
Twilight comment, "Oh, and then there's our two of our most recent adventures: Our trip to this one town where everypony had these creepy equal sign Cutie Marks and even creepier fake smiles and then our return trip to the Mirrorverse to help out Discord's super-hero counterpart and Chrysalis's good version against our small time criminal counterparts, who had gotten ahold of mystic trinkets that gave them a dark version of our own Rainbow Power."
Blossom mentions, "Yeah, the same thing involving talent marks, especially when Tak as well as teaming up with Beetlejuice's super hero counterpart and the good version of the Succubus against our evil uses."
Rainbow mention, "Yeah and Ben, Tough Apple and Big Mac mentioned something that happened while we were in the Mirrorverse; namely that a group of Lorcan's betrayed ex-allies tried to attack him while he was in his coma."
"Uh, no, Rainbow, that happened after we were done, remember?" Twilight reminds Rainbow that the problem with Lorcan's ex-allies happened sometime after the events in the Mirrorverse is done.
"Sorry, got confused."
"Speaking of which, look at the time!" Pinkie gasps as she notices the time on the wall. "We gotta get back and check on our good friend Lorcan!"
"Oh wow, we spend some time here than I thought!" Twilight yelps, not realizing the time until now. "Well, it’s good talking with you again, Blossom."
"I know, I hope we get together again soon and with more friends too." Blossom said with a giggle, shaking hoof/arm with the Alicorn princess. "We will make a play date out of it."
"Deal!"
"Buttercup, keep rocking!" Rainbow exclaims, hoof bumping a fist with Buttercup. "Looking at you, those bubble headed freaks that you look like when I did the Double Sonic Rainboom one time aren't so scary."
"Yea...wait, what?" Buttercup ask, confused by what her friend just said.
"It's a long story. I will tell you another time."
"That's all folks!" Pinkie exclaims, giving a cupcake to Lilo who happily accepts it. The pink pony hops into the portal followed by her pony friends. Their friends from Kingdom Hearts wave goodbye.
"Until we meet again!" Blossom exclaims cheerfully as she uses her magic, closing the portal up.
Soon all is silent in the castle. Everything has been settled...except for one...
"Are you really trying to follow me?" Blossom ask Buttercup who gave an awkward laugh. "Seriously?!"

"Dreaming in A Coma: Lorcan, still in his coma after the defeat of Tadaka, goes through a bunch of dreams, dreaming with his past as well as the worries of never getting forgiveness and love from those he tried to harm."
