Twilight had set up the evening perfectly. A picturesque walk next to the Ponyville Creek, white roses for her date, and even a perfect starry sky, courtesy of Princess Luna. But as much as one can calculate a perfect date, there is always one thing that escapes even the biggest controller’s grasp.
"Twilight, darling, I am sorry. I just don't think this can work, you and I. I hope you can forgive me.” said Rarity, her eyes stern, but full of regret. She knew it would break her friends heart, but she simply could not see herself with Twilight, or any mare for that matter.
“...I see. Excuse me Rarity, I need sometime alone.” Twilight replied after a few agonizing moments of silence, with only the Creek providing the ever-rumbling of water that danced trough the rocks underneath.
Twilight looked into the water, and turned around, leaving Rarity in her tracks, as the roses fell onto the river bed.
The tears flowed from her cheeks, but her slow stride home remained, as Twilight walked home on autopilot. Spike’s smile vanished as well, even though his dragon envy did give him some form of satisfaction, for Rarity could still be his, although his mind squashed those ideas quickly.
Twilight quickly slumped into her bed, the crystal hall feeling even emptier than ever before, with only her sobs piercing the cold harsh silence that had befallen the castle. She never felt more alone in her life, and the fear to feel like that again rooted deep within her subconscious.
The next two weeks were probably the hardest Twilight worked on her magic. The chasm in her soul had to be filled with something, and no amount of Pinkie’s fun, Fluttershy’s care or Dash’s activities to take her mind of things could do her studies justice.
Rarity dared not to visit her, feeling guilty, even though she knew it was the right call to stop Twilight at the first obstacle, so her heart remained in somewhat stable state. Oddly enough, only Applejack seemed to cheer Twilight some, her honest and direct approach seeming most valiant of all her friends.
“Hey there sugarcube!” Applejack greeted her friend, who was once again in her basement, calculating something with great vigor and concentration.
“Hey AJ, what are you doing here?” Twilight replied, her eyes transfixed on the paper.
“Just thought I drop by, make sure you have not gone insane. The girls are worried you know.” Applejack replied, direct as always.
“I am glad you care, I really do, but I am just in the middle of an amazing breakthrough and...”
”You are in the middle of a major breakdown hun.” Applejack stopped Twilight, making the mare smile wryly.
“That too I guess. But I am better now, I swear!” Twilight replied, a unusual cheer in her voice, one that was absent for quite a while now.
“I want to believe you, but you have not gotten out in 4 days, and honestly, you smell. All of us, including... Well you know... Want to see you, you know?”
“Oh you will, you will... In fact, I wanted to call Rarity, to make amends, and turn a new leaf.”
“Really?! I mean, five days ago you couldn’t say her name without crying.”
“Time heals wounds, and magic helps too. So are you going to tell her or not?”
Applejack stopped for a moment, and wondered. Twilight Sparkle was never not thinking three steps ahead. Something was amiss, but she simply could not find the flaw in the facade.
“Okay. So where do you want to meet?”
“The bridge. I left her there, and I think I can restart from there.” Twilight replied, her eyes full of hope, which made Applejack uneasy.
“She said no Twilight. Don’t hurt yourself anymore, please.” Applejack urged her friend, hugging her to show her compassion.
“I know I know. I need this AJ, please.” Twilight replied, looking deep into her eyes and not flinching in her resolve.
“...Very well. I just hope you know what you are up for.”
”Trust me, I know very well.”
And with a nod, Applejack left, but not before pointing to the bathroom, to which Twilight sheepishly nodded in response.
After the shower, Twilight returned to the incantation. She was ready, and willing to delve into it, even though she risked a lot with it. The spell was not forbidden without a reason, although as with a lot of spells of such kind, the reasons behind the banishment were lost to the halls of time.
She found it in one of Luna’s books, a collection she had right before Nightmare Moon. The books were a cavalcade of incantations and spells that were either a mystery to anyone besides the Moon Princess, or forbidden by both of the celestial rules at one time or another. Spells of manipulation, power transfers, cursed objects and mental corruption were hidden inside, mixed with some innocent ones like conjuration or even restoration spells. If either of the princesses would find out she had, let alone used them, banishment seemed like a likely outcome.
Twilight did wonder herself as how such books were not destroyed by Celestia during Luna’s banishment, but she figured her mentor was just too venerable to touch or even destroy anything that belonged to her sister in one way or the other. And after the date with Rarity, she too knew of such pain. But that was in the past, and her future, and that of Rarity stood before her, in form a few verses. There was no reason to stop this dangerous madness now, as Twilight felt she was far too deep in it at this point.
“Here goes...” Twilight whispered, as she read the incantation, her horn glowing in a noticeably darker shade of purple than usual, a sign of the wicked power she called towards her.
“I call for thee,
Spirit of the free,
To take me into your fold,
So I may become her gold,
Her reason to live and be,
The Spectre she needs to see
And the one who will take her away
So that she and I forever stay
As one, in love bound
One mind, under The Spectre crown”
It did not take a smart magic caster to see the implications of such a devious set of words, but Twilight simply did not care. Her resentment of her denial simply morphed into a state of rage and greed. So what if Rarity did not want her? She would make her want her, and no magic was unholy enough to not be tried.
However, much to Twilight’s surprise, nothing seemed to change. She was still Twilight, and she figured Rarity was also unaffected. Could the spell be a dud? Maybe she mispronounced the verses?
As the purple alicorn began to mumble to herself, she noticed that on the table was a suit that definitively was not there before. It glistened from the light coming from the light on the ceiling ever so slightly, and the material seemed almost alien in quality.
“I guess the incantation worked... But what is this thing?” Twilight mumbled once more, as she closed in, so she could examine the suit more closely.
She touched the fabric, and the suit vibrated in response. Twilight jumped back, but a guilty smile formed on her face anyway. It felt good, and she was all in anyway, so why stop now?
This time she analyzed the suit more closely. It seemed to be made out of four boots, with the hind legs risen just a bit. The corset made Twilight blush, and not to mention the fact the mask seemed to have no mouth opening.
“Kinky...” Twilight whispered to herself, something deep and devious within her taking the reins of control.
She had to try it on, Rarity or not. She levitated the pieces and moved it to her bed, closing and locking the door to the basement in the process.
Giggling guilty, she slowly placed the pieces onto the bed. The problem was now, how to dress up?
The suit itself proved to know better, as it suddenly attacked Twilight, lunging parts of itself towards the magic caster.
The catsuit that was supposed to be the lowest part of it split into several parts, only to clasp onto Twilight, encasing her behind in shiny goodness, and her wings covered over with it. The tail erupted from a seemingly invisible hole in the back, changed slightly into a more flamboyant version of the purple paintbrush that Twilight wore usually, with two streaks instead of one. The neck parts also molded together, each act of encasement bringing Twilight an euphoria as if she discovered hundreds of new spells. More, she had to have more.
The suit obliged quickly, snapping the corset onto her, slimming her, pushing into her very soul, squeezing the wings so hard until... They were gone. Twilight wanted to freak out, but the pleasure it gave her only meant she wanted more. So what if she was a unicorn once more? Being an alicorn is less then being The Specter... Wait, what?
“Yes... Specter...” Twilight moaned. Something was in her mind, driving towards a delicious oblivion. She began to gain knowledge, Rarity’s weakness, seduction, corruption, devotion. Everything else was becoming irrelevant, as she rose her hooves, the boots snapping into place, one by one, each representing her change from Twilight towards something new, and something devious. The wicked suit played by simple rules, the less skin, the less Twilight she was, and this idea was giving Twilight temptation she could not deny.
The mask levitated, teasing Twilight. The purple mare, now almost covered in the darkness, licked her lips. The finality of it, her mental demise and a new being in her place... No wonder Nightmare Moon became to be. This magic was just to delicious to deny. All she had to do is ask, or rather plea.
“Do it... Take my voice... Specter has no need for it.... We do not need it....” she moaned, her mind now merging with the new identity. She knew what the suit wanted, and she wanted the same.
And the mask indeed circled around, and closed in over her head, the clasp on the mouth closing slowly, over a wicked smile, silencing Twilight Sparkle, and giving Spectre center stage.
More clasps followed, this time inside the mind. Each memory was locked into the suit, each emotion of empathy, moral and kindness as well. And finally, even her magic began to fade from the horn, redirecting into the suit directly, making it shine wonderfully, and giving her a more daring manecut.
As her lashes elongated, the Spectra stood powerfully, her mind at peace. This body and mind was filled with potential, but a name and a goal stayed, unclasped by the suit.
“Get Rarity.” echoed inside the devious creatures mind.
The Specter moaned, and from her energy, a new suit formed, as if she molted. What was even more frightening, the seams of her own seemed to vanish, sealing her as The Specter, forever.
The new mare looked over to the nightstand. A picture caught her eye. It was her old self, and five mares. They were all naked, weak and unworthy. Was this with every pony? That could not stand, and she vowed to change that, eager to bring more mares into the fold of her power and consciousness, but she wanted to start from the white mare.
The Specter looked over to the clock. It was almost time for the new date. It was time to swipe Rarity off her hooves, and show the time of her life, one clasp at a time.

Always nice to be back writing new ideas, and considering this story will have only two chapters, I felt Rarity's part would be best left for the climactic finale.
Tapping her hoof down nervously, Rarity awaited Twilight at the same spot. She really did not want to be the bad mare twice in a month, but she knew deep down this had to be done. She heard a faint squeaking behind her, and turned around, already in the mental capacity to dish out the pain.
“Look Twilight...” she said, only to stop, both in voice and mind.
Her eyes gazed upon a mare that was strutting her shiny provocative body towards her, the long lashes folding as time had slowed down upon them, the extravagant haircut familiar but new all the same.
”My dear Celestia, Twilight, is that you?” Rarity cried, darting in closer to look at The Specter.
The wicked entity replied in kind, striking a daring pose, and shoving her flak so near Rarity that the rubber smell entered her nostrils, making her woozy and disorientated for a brief moment, not to mention flustered.
“Please darling, take it easy!” was all she could reply, blushing profusely and looking around as to check if nobody else had seen this lewd display.
The Specter placed her booted hoof onto Rarity’s horn, and a feint spark lit up. For the Specter it was just a small buzz, but for Rarity, the whole town began to spin, as she nearly fainted from the rush of endorphin. She almost forgot to tell Twilight that this was in vain, but tried once more.
“Please Twily dear, listen to me, this us, can’t simply work! I...”
Rarity’s speech was stopped by a stiff whip to her cheek, as one of the layers or rubber rose from the outfit, and gave her a true disciplinarian smack. Her skin burned, but also he fire that raged inside was intoxicating. Such a perverted act, in public. Rarity, taught like a filly. Rarity’s mind raced for a reply, but the only one was for more. What was going on, and more importantly, since when was she so...
”Kinky...” she whispered, as the Specter, in a very motherly way, rubbed the smacked cheek with her rubber, making Rarity coo, and the then blush.
As she did so, The Specter smiled, the smile itself hidden behind the mask. The same stripe of rubber now rose her neck, only to snap on, forming a visible rubber collar, one which The Specter quickly used as a leash for Rarity.
“Oh, no, please! Not the town square!” Rarity begged, again completely red in the face. She was in panic, but not only for her public image, but the fact her body seemed to become more aroused as she realized what could unfold.
The first ponies who noticed this kinky display whispered already, as the two stood right in front the biggest crowd that night in Ponyville. Rarity could feel their eyes, burning holes in her ego. She looked on nervously as a few laughed, some gasped, and oddly enough, some only smiled, as if to approve this new image she was getting.
The Specter stopped her walking with a obvious pull of the leash, and Rarity fell onto her behind. Quickly, her captor placed her covered folds onto her face, pushing the rubber inside with Rarity’s muzzle. Rarity knew what this meant, and began to lick. The only good thing was that she could not see the shocked faces, but she could hear them completely.
“So she is a lesbian! You owe me 30 bits Snails!”
“Ah great, so she really is just a gold-digger!”
“What a pervert!”
“My, my, she just rose from a 8 to a 10!”
“Oh my, so I do have a chance!”
The voices were mostly negative, with a few loud positive ones. Rarity knew her public image was being ruined, one she had worked so hard for, but somehow it only made her licking quicker, her moans louder and her desire deeper.
The Specter felt this as well, and using her magic, decided to speed up the erosion. A new strip of rubber was now bonding around Rarity, this one grabbing the collar and her tail, lifting it so her eager folds were always naked and exposed, showing everyone that this was not something she had to endure, but something she was eager to show to the others.
Then, just as Rarity focused only on the licking of the rubber covered vagina, her tail got pulled again, lifting her up, her saliva still drooling from her muzzle. The Specter had enough, although, by her eyes one could see that the licking did have the desired effect.
Ruthlessly and methodical, Rarity was bent over, and smacked with the rubber strap that her captor had one again produced, with her wet needing pussy pointed at the biggest crowd that watched in fear and awe.
“Ah!” she moaned, as a firm smack hit her right there. The physical pain and numbness was nothing as the rush of adrenaline coming from the fact she was schooled once again. She was simply not good enough for the Specter, and this idea began to fester inside her mind, tears forming from the pain and more importantly, the realization she really was not.
A new smack confirmed her fears. Rarity, not good enough. More smacks reddened her rear, but her fluids simply continued on, as if to say to the crowd that the most stylish and cultured mare in their town was nothing than a horny needy perverted slut.
Rarity knew that this was not the case, but her mind was still in pain. Pain from the fast she was not good enough, for this sexy beast that lurked inside Twilight. If only she had known, if only Twilight had been like this from the start. But it was too late now, she was not good enough.
“I am sorry Specter, I should have said yes! You are the best fit for me, and I love you!” she screamed, stopping the spanking. The public was already silent, not sure what to make of this display of public humiliation and utter dominance. Some were appalled, some intrigued, while most were simply shocked.
Then, using the collar, the Specter turned Rarity and kissed her, the rubber in between them, making Rarity inhale the musk it created. It seemed to last a lifetime, and as Rarity opened her eyes, and looked at those of the Specter, she knew. She was indeed not good enough, but she could become, at a price.
Placing the exhausted mare on her back, the Specter carried her towards her castle, and into the basement. Once there, she lowered her next to the new suit.
Rarity woke up, her neck and behind aching, and her pride all but destroyed. Yet, she only felt content, happy in the knowledge there was a way, a way to be good enough. As she looked up, she saw her goddess. She was looking at her with intent, not moving, and almost not breathing or blinking.
The Specter pointed at the suit, making Rarity gasp. Of course, this was the way, her way too become worthy! Slowly, she levitated the boots, and placed her hooves in. The buzz as she snapped the lovely rubber garments on echoed in her mind. For a moment, she forgot where she was, but that did not matter, as the euphoria she gained was worth the cost, whatever it was.
As she moved the catsuit towards her, she whispered: “Kinky...”, much to her captors pleasure.
The pieces, much like Twlight before, snapped violently onto her, forming a solid rubbery heaven around her. Then she heard a voice, one familiar, but deeper and seductive.
“Yes, come to us, become worthy of our love Rarity...”
She was nearing her goal, and as she snapped the corset on she knew. Each tighter grip confirmed her idea. She was never going to be worth enough. Rarity was never going to be worthy enough. The solution was clear, she simply had to stop being Rarity.
“Not good enough...” she whispered anew, her breath short and full of wicked desire.
“Good, good, squish her right out, she is not good enough, and let us in...”
The mare replied in kind, pushing her torso in, and her old motives out. Her desires were not important anyway, her love for others as well. Each push was violent, but needed. Her childhood, her friends, and even her sister were squished inside the depths of her mind. Only after only the name and her skills were left, did the mare stop.
“Wonderful... Now take us in... Strap into Us. We are...”
Quickly, the white mare snapped the headpiece on, and accepted her new fate. Tears of joy and a drooling smile, were covered by the rubber. Then, her mind was being rewarded, rewarded by perfection. Her magical skills became superb, as the Specter used the knowledge from the first first mare it gathered. In return, they learned the art of seduction, or rather subversion, as well as first class designing. In that moment, the name Rarity faded away, and only Specter remained.
The two mares looked at each other, blinking at the same time. The long lashes on both indicated they were now one. The two smiled in unison, feeling the same joy, and sharing the same thought. With their minds now a mixture, a new consciousness, there was no turning back. Even if the princesses were to defeat them, neither mare could ever be the same. They were now together, in every way.
“...Specter.”
The bed had two new suits now, one for each member. The more the Specter was, the faster it grew. This brought a smile to their faces, and the two mares lifted them up, eager to give more of their friends the chance to be good enough. With a nod, they moved out of the basement, and into the night that had befallen Ponyville in the meantime. Each had now a mission, and that mission was simple, more ponies were to be joined, in thought, in mind, in the Specter.
The only dilemma was, who was the mare to be given this heaven first?

And then two became one, in a way. I am unclear if more should be written. And the reason why I left the ending is simple. I want to hear which mare, or dare I say stallion seems to be the one my readers want to see next. Hope you enjoy reading it!
