The world was celebrating. Russia had just been defeated and the people of Russia were no longer oppressed. But two men in Scotland were in their house. Who were they? They were the best blacksmith in Scotland, and one of the best artists in the world. Their names were Nick Häyhä, who was Finnish and had been in the Assault of Moscow. The artist's name was Tavish DeGroot. He was a black Scottish man, who had also fought in the war. He was a Demolition Man, but he no longer fought. He wanted a peaceful life. His inspiration came from all sorts of things, but mainly explosions. How did they end up living together? They had known each other since Nick had to move away from Finland due to his dad had gotten a good job in Scotland. No, they weren't gay, they mainly lived together to help each other's work. Nick got most of his models trough Tavish, and Tavish always got help in metal works for his art, mostly frames, but also got inspiration when Nick talked about Finland. Why was Nick still is Scotland? He could return to his homeland, but he had already a life and friends in Scotland. But this isn't a story about their lives, this is a story of how they disappeared and what happened after that.
"Nick, come on, what's the worst that could happen?" Tavish asked, trying to know why his friend didn't really want to do the experiment.
"I dunno, I just don't think this is gonna work." Nick replied, still uneasy about the new element.
"It's just stone. And besides, think of the money we'll get if we do this. We're gonna be millionaires!"
"We are already millionaires" Nick deadpanned.
"But we'll be even more rich!" Tavish said, getting excited of what he could do with the money.
Nick chuckled to himself. "Sometimes, I forget why I even live with you."
"'Cause I'm awesome. That's why!" Tavish laughed.
Nick chuckled again. "Alright, let's do this. But if we die, I'll kill you." He said, starting off the machine. They were going to shoot electricity trough the stone. "Firing in three, two, one!" A blue ray shot out of the machine, and hit the shard. It started glowing, and so did the rest of the house.
"Niiick, I think the house may fave started glowing and levitating.." Tavish said carefully to not disturb the mountain o' muscle working with the machine. Oh, did I forget to tell you about the house? Let's fix that now. The house was a pretty modern house, it had a white circular ring around it, they were mostly storage space and work space. Inside the ring stood a white tower. It was five stories high, and it had four spikes on the top. They were actually lightning rods. Why was there four? Well, Nick was a big fan of The Lord Of The Rings, and he had also developed a liking for Isengard. That's why there were four spikes.
