The Ambassador
They left. We waited. They never came back. We don't know why they won't answer us. The only way to find out is for somepony to go there. But nopony knows what's on Earth. Some ponies don't wish to know. But we need answers. We need them now.
Princess Twilight, one of the presiding rulers of Equestria, worries over the sudden silence from the humans. After the last human ambassador returned to Earth, Equestrians have received no word from them.
Twilight is determined to discover the means of this mystery, and leads a group of ponies across Luna's stars to Earth. When they arrive, they find that the humans are in a much more perilous state than could possibly be imagined.
Twilight is torn between aiding the desperate human survivors, and just keeping her party of volunteers alive.
