The story of a Ghoul and a Unicorn
The finding.
Previous ChapterNext ChapterMelp had decided on going to look in Cloudsdale first for the bandaged pony. This was because of the fact that the bandaged pony was a pegasus. He took an airship ride for 10 bits in order to get to Cloudsdale in search for this mysterious pony. He had risen up to Cloudsdale after a 5 to 10 minute period. He searched every alleyway, shop window, everywhere. Nothing. They went back down, Melp thanked the ship pilot, and continued his quest.
"I don't really have another idea as to where to go." Melp whispered to himself. Then, an idea popped into his head.
"He does have some sort of unnatural power," He whispered again. "Maybe that pony could be in the Everfree forest."
Melp knew for a fact that it was a bad idea to go to the Everfree forest alone. But what other choice did he have? Although, there was one trick Melp had up his sleeve. He fled Ponyville, and walked directly into the unknown. He walked for about half a mile into the forest before stumbling upon a large valley. And then, hearing a sound behind his back. Melp instantly turned around and shouted, "WHO'S THERE?!" He then pulled a small notebook out of his satchel telekanetically, as well as a purple stylus. He drew one word in the notebook, and in the air appeared a small dagger, that represented a white dragon. He put the notebook and stylus back into his satchel and waited. Then something appeared behind the large patch of trees. It was an eye. The bandaged pony's eye, to be exact. Just after spotting this pony's eye, a flash of white lunged at Melp, he quickly dodged with a small cut on his face now. Melp used a spell and the cut instantly healed. Melp quickly realized that the bandaged pony was his foe in this battle. But Melp wanted to make sure that neither of the two died. So Melp did something, he did a quick paralyzation spell on the bandaged pony, and wrapped the bandages around the pony's eye once more. The stallion instantly calmed himself. But one thing was different this time. His hair stayed white, it didn't change. Melp said, "Hello? What is your name?" to make sure the pony had no concussion or anything like that. The pony paused for a period of about 15 seconds before responding.
"Yours?" Said the unknown pony. Melp chuckeled and said;
"..My name is Melp." The bandaged pony weakly laughed and said,
"...Weird name. Mine's Sno."
Melp asked Sno a question.
"Well, it's nice to legitimately meet you, Sno. Would you like to be my friend?"
"Yes." He said in a faint voice.
The two quickly fled out of the forest, and headed back to Sno's small house back in Ponyville. Melp allowed his new friend to lie down in his bed, where Melp replaced the ponies bandages. What he found, was red markings, with something resembling ancient glowing blue markings. Melp decided not to question, until later in their friendship. After replacing the bandages, Sno had fallen asleep, so Melp bought a small futon at a shop, and slept there for the night.
