Chapters Friends come and go,but family is forever
The cold winter wind was blowing like a it would never end and at the ponyville park sat lay a shivering orange filly. She was there because there was nowhere else to go no all of her friends had other plans, so there was nothing left for her to do, but use a cardboard box as a blanket and try to go to sleep.
The next day it was up and adam to get out of there before anyone saw her she would die of anyone saw her like this only no one knew she was an orphan. She got up picked up her scooter and began to ride to school. she arrived at the schoolhouse and was greeted by two fillies.
“Hey you guys, wait what test?” She said taken aback by the statement
“Ya know the History of Medieval Pony relations test? did you forget to study again?” she asked with a concerned look on her face.
“Right that one great i totally forgot to study great now I’m gonna fail.” even though it was a half-lie it still hurt scootaloo that she had to but she didn’t want her only friends to leave her and besides what would she say “Oh geez i’m so sorry I couldn’t study to busy trying to keep myself warm at night trying not to freeze to death or I was busy looking through garbage trying to look for food so I don’t starve to death.” she knew that sounded a little harsh but she never wanted to risk the possibility of losing her friends.
“Well don’t worry Scootaloo It’s a multiple choice test I’m sure you’ll do fine I mean you’re always good at multiple choice tests. this snapped Scootaloo back to reality
“Oh yeah totally” She said with confidence it was true on worded or math tests she usually failed or barely passed, which always caused Miss Cheerilee to ask a lot of personal questions which she dreaded and always tried to avoid.
She got done with the test with ease and watched as all the other Foals in her class still take the test so she sat back and relaxed which got the attention of a certain Purple Mare.
“Scootaloo Since i see that you so relaxed that must mean you're done with your test right?” she said with a sound of sarcasm in her voice
“Yep here you go teach!” she replied with the utmost confidence,then cheerfully walked back to her seat Cheerilee called her back up again
“Well scootaloo I say I’m impressed B+ congratulations.” Cheerilee said with a smile. Scootaloo mentally breathed a sigh of relief none of the I’m worried about you Scootaloo how’s life at home speech.
“Well seeing how there's 30 minutes left before lunch I guess I can let you rest your head”
“What!” was all she could utter was she crazy? was she hearing things?
Cheerilee giggled a little “Yes you heard correct I’m letting you rest your head but don’t get use to it it’s only for today OK?”
Scootaloo’s heart skipped a beat she never not ever not in a million years would she ever see this. Cheerilee told her she could just sleep in class AWESOME. she ran to her seat turned around and said “Miss Cheerilee you rock.” Then she proceeded to lay her head and go to sleep.
After lunch she went back into her class and because all of her fellow classmates were still doing their test she got to sleep even more and by end of the day the last person finally finished their test.
“Well class seeing how this test took longer than expected there will be no homework tonight.” As soon as she said that everyone jumped in joy.”Well calm down class you’re acting like its summer vacation she joked. As everyone ran out the room
Scootaloo walked out with Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom ready for the adventures ahead.
“Hey girls are you ready for the next great crusade I was thinking about Cutie mark Crusader sky divers.”
“Sorry Scootaloo but I’m helping Rarity with her new filly designs.”
“Yeah sorry but I got ta help AppleJack and Big Macintosh around the Farm.”
“its okay.” she sighed “well i got to get on my way then see ya guys later.”
She rode off in her scooter trying to run from her troubles, but unfortunately she rarely ever succeeded. Her thoughts were about how she envied her friends having a family people who cared about them and who did she have you may ask? No one to care for her no home no family Nada. Her eyes teared up and she stopped and sat on the ground and began to cry until her stomach began to rumble. she walked to a local dumpster and waited till no one saw her and jumped in and found a treasure trove of food not someone's disgusting left overs but freshly packed and healthy fruits and vegetables. She always wondered why so many people could just throw away perfectly healthy and not to mention delicious food. Either they didn’t now they were doing it or they just had bought so much food that their was no place to store it so they just throw it out what a waste.
She got out the dumpster and carefully put the food in the saddle and rode off to the local park sat beneath a tree and began to inspected what she had managed to scavenge.
“Let’s see here a loaf of bread still looks fresh apples,some oranges, and two corn stick things pretty good day if I do say so myself.”she praised herself and began to eat after eating she slowly closed her eyes and drifted into sleep.
When she woke up she must have been out for hours it was already dark she panicked got on her scooter and rode off.
“Way to go Scootaloo you had to dose off didn’t you just great and now you’re lost.”
She rode and rode her scooter and really lost and found herself in the everfree forest. she began to sob and scream.
“SOMEBODY ANYBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!!” she broke down and started to cry
“What's that who’s there?” called a soft voice was in the distance
“huh?” then Scootaloo saw that fluttershy was coming close to her she quickly wiped her face fixed her mane and tried to make herself not look as pathetic as she really was.
Soon Fluttershy quickly saw that Scootaloo was clearly lost
“Scootaloo are you okay?” She asked with concern
“ Yeah I’m fine.” she quickly responded
Fluttershy simply gave a stare that read quite lying to me and tell me the truth
“OK i’m not i’m lost.” she said in defeat
“Are you hungry do you need a place to stay?” She said in the most motherly tone she ever heard.
“N-” then her stomach began to grumble rather than argue further she simply followed fluttershy back to her cottage
As they walked in the cottage she could hear a familiar voice call out to fluttershy
“Shy yah ok.” Said a familiar voice
“I’m fine I found Scootaloo wondering in the forest i'm gonna give her something to eat the poor darling.” with yet again a motherly tone
“Oh ok i’ll be out the shower in a couple ok.” with a hint of surprize in her voice
“Ok Love you Dashie.”Fluttershy
Dashie? Does she mean Rainbow Dash? GRRR her stomach began to rumble and in that instant Fluttershy gave her a bowl of oatmeal and with that all questions she had went to the back of her mind and she began to eat but stopped because there was something in the oatmeal.
“Honey and hmm...Cinnamon?” Scootaloo said curiously
“thats right how'd you know?”
“Just a good guess I guess.” she giggled out
They continued to eat then a certain cyan pegasus began to join them and after they ate they all sat comfortably on the couch.
“Scootaloo why were you in the forest at night you could have hurt yourself?” Fluttershy asked then scootaloo began to move about the couch as if she were uncomfortable
“I was lost in the forest.” she mumbled out and grabbed her legs
“Oh well time to get you home scootaloo.” Rainbow Dash said as if not buying it and at this moment Scootaloo got up and decided to let herself out.
“Hey Scootaloo let me take you home.”
Scootaloo darted at the door but Rainbow Dash swooped in and grabbed her
“What's your problem Scootaloo?” She asked with both anger and worry in her tone.
Scootaloo began to tear up and then started to cry
“I don’t have a family I’m an orphan ok.” she said in between sobs
Rainbow Dash set Scootaloo on the the couch and began to tear up a bit.
“Scootaloo I’m so sorry I didn’t know.” she said while going to sit on the other side of the couch
Scootaloo didn’t she just kept on crying into a pillow.
“Scootaloo I may not know exactly what you’re going through but I know from personal experience the situation that you’re in.” She said with a warmly smile
Scootaloo lifted her head up and looked at Fluttershy the wiped the remaining tears off her eyes. “Fluttershy yo-.”
“That’s right.” is all Fluttershy said and needed to say

This following Chapter takes place a few weeks after the events of the Cutie Mark Chronicles
Fluttershy was happily skipping across a cloud happy humming to herself knowing that she had finally earned her cutie mark and found her special talent, but more importantly that those mean bullies would finally leave her alone. She was also happy that she had finally made a friend Rainbow Dash her first and best friend, all Fluttershy wanted to do was soar into the air free like a bird but unfortunately she was a very weak flyer, so she settled for skipping across the clouds. Nothing could ruin this moment.
“Fluttershy could you come in her a second.” A counselor asked
“Ok.” she whispered softly and walked slowly to the counselor's office, when she entered the counselor would not even look her in the eye or utter a word she simply gave her a letter and told her to be on her way. Fluttershy quickly walked to somewhere private opened it and began to read.
Dear, Fluttershy
We regret to inform you that we found you’re mother dead today at 9:05 a.m. She left a suicide note/will which explained why she did no longer want to live and you are left with her home which was unfortunately condemned due to health hazards and 20,000 bit from her life insurance policy. Form, Sheriff Six Shooter
Fluttershy teared up immediately she did not cry nor whimpered just let the tears flow like a waterfall. she saw the edge of the cloud and slowly began to walk over there and was quickly reminded about her father who became deathly ill last year who was locked in his room where no one entered only fluttershy to give him medicine and food. She remembered how she would have to force the food and medicine down his throat or else he would not eat or get better,and she especially remembered how he would always mumble i’m sorry to the wall which broke her heart and then she came in one day to find a stiff body to which she never got over the experience. She finally reached the edge She simply looked down once and fell.
“Hey Shy i know how much you like animals but you don’t need to go kill yourself for it.” Rainbow laughed at her own joke
Fluttershy simply ignored Rainbow and walked toward the edge of the clouds again Rainbow stopped her and had a nervous look on her face
“You alright shy?” Rainbow asked while putting down Fluttershy
This time Fluttershy ran to the edge and jumped. Rainbow quickly sprung into action and swooped down and caught Fluttershy and flew back on the cloud.
“What is wrong with you?!” She demanded refusing to let go off Fluttershy now.
“Please let go of me Rainbow Dash.” She asked not in the sweet timid voice Rainbow was used to but in a cold emotionless glassy voice which scared Rainbow all the more.
“What's wrong Fluttershy is someone hurting you i’ll deal with them.” she said noticing the tears in Fluttershy’s eyes.
“No.”
“Well then what's wrong.” she said with sad anger in her voice.
“Please let me go Rainbow I just want to die.” She said with absolutely no emotion
“WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU FLUTTERSHY WANTING TO DIE WHO THINKS LIKE THAT !!!” She Screamed with the top of her lungs tears now poured down her face.Fluttershy simply collapsed at this point and began to cry on rainbows shoulder.
“I’m so sorry I don’t know...It's just...it's just...” she said between sobs
“What is it Fluttershy?” She responded with a panic.
“My Moms dead.” She finally yelled out and just like that still again no more tears no more pain no more emotion
“Fluttershy I I had no idea I I’m so sorry.” “Fluttershy?” Rainbow screamed out now crying even harder than before.
“You alright Shy?”
“Im so sorry.” She Whispered tears building up in her face
Rainbow simply sighed looked at her blanket and then looked at fluttershy again.”Hey Shy you wanna you know sleep with me tonight. Its not that I’m scared or anything its just.” she breathed heavily “and well you know i’m here for ya Shy and if you need me or anything jus-”
“Yes” She said with the firmest voice Rainbow ever heard her say then she climbed on the the bunk and lay close to Rainbow “Rainbow Dash i’m so sorry for everything and thank you for all you’ve done.”
“Don’t mention it you’re my best friend and besides that's what friends are for” she closed her eyes and went to sleep. She awoke to a fresh new day the sun was piercing the windows all she wanted to do was get up and fly as she did she found herself unable to then she lifted her blanket to find a sleeping fluttershy slowly breathing on her chest and she was so adorable then as if on cue Fluttershy opened her eyes and looked up at Rainbow Dash then she turned around to see Cloudkicker staring at them both.
“Umm this isn’t what it looks like.” Rainbow said putting on a fake smile and blushing heavily
“Hey don’t mind me I won't judge just don’t try anything on me.” then she broke down laughing
“Hey its not like that it's its... look it's a long story ok.” Rainbow snapped
“Well then I’m all ears.” She said looking at her hooves then shot a sly look at both fillies then sat on the bunk.
After Fluttershy had to painfully tell someone else the story of the letter and her suicide attempt.Cloudkicker kicked back and took it all in “Hey i’m sorry i didn’t know but don’t worry your secret's safe with me”.
“Thanks” they both said in unison Rainbow said in a sort of shout while Fluttershy said in a audible whisper. then proceeded to walk out but before they reached the door. Cloudkicker called them “Hey Fluttershy since both of your parents are dead does that make you an orphan?”
“I guess so.” she responded with her head hanging down
“So what are you gonna do?” She asked now with concern in her voice
“I I don’t know I don’t want to go to foster care or an orphanage.”she turned to Rainbow Dash now with tears in her “What am I going to do Dash I just don’t know.”
“Don’t worry Shy i’ll think of something I promise.” As she held Fluttershy’s head up. “Come on lets go fly”. Now with that brash confidence in her eyes.
“Hey.” Cloudkicker called “You know we’ve been bunk mates for a while and i was wondering I don’t know you guys wanna be friends.”
“I thought we already were.” Rainbow Dash shot at her “You wanna come and fly with us?’
“Alright lets do it” They all bolted out the door soon they were flying about Rainbow Dash doing her fast tricks, Cloudkicker doing her fast fluid motion,but fluttershy out shunned them both she flew faster than both Rainbow and Cloud kicker combined doing the most amazing stunts that even made the wonder bolts want to pause in astonishment and then she simply crash landed in a soft cloud. “I really needed that
After that Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy Always slept together, Cloudkicker never insulted them and the three soon became the three amigos or the three musketeers and as for ditzy well she just ignored all three,but alas these times soon came to an end. It was the end of camp and Everyone had gone home and Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy was left at the school gate
“I’m really gonna miss you Rainbow,but i guess this is it.” Fluttershy said in between sniffles and sobs.
“No look at me Fluttershy”, she said while lifting Fluttershy’s head up “Look i made a promise and i'm not going to break it now come on you’re coming home with me.”
“What?” Fluttershy said in astonishment
Fluttershy flew up even though she wasn’t fast as Rainbow Dash she still managed to keep up.
“Two tickets for east Cloudsdale please Coach Class.” She asked polietly and was given the tickets and went on her way.
“Rainbow how did you get the money for two tickets.” Fluttershy asked with a slight concern over her voice and then walked to a seat to wait for the bus.
“Oh that well my mom gave me enough money for a First Class ticket but I got us two Coach class tickets and i got enough money for some food you wanna eat?” she said as she headed over for a local concession stand.
“Rainbow why are you doing this for me?” She asked
“Because I used to think that everything was all about me only caring about my own problems,but when i first met you i realized hey its not all about me other people have their own problems and they might have it worse than you do,plus you’re my first and best friend.” This caused Rainbow to tear up a little and Fluttershy to cry and instantly hug her.Soon the train had arrived and they boarded the train.
“Hey Dash well umm i was wondering what would your parents think about me letting stay with you?”
“Well my mom’s gonna be real cool about it she’ll never turn down someone in need.”
“What about your dad.”
“HMM... well its a good thing I don’t have one.”
“Wait you don’t have a dad what happened to him did he die.”
“I don’t know he left when I was a foal.”
“Rainbow I had no idea i’m so-.”
“Don’t apologize with what you’ve been through I don’t think you should besides my mother raised me right and i’m ok.” with that Fluttershy simply kept quiet until they arrived at their stop was over and got off and went to Rainbow’s house it was larger than most people's houses Fluttershy simply stared with awe.
As soon as Rainbow Dash opened the door the two pegasi entered inside the house Rainbow Dash went to the kitchen to get some food and drinks leaving Fluttershy to look around and my it was amazing larger than a regular house but not a mansion or estate but somewhere in between were the rich who were not ultra rich lived in. It had an assortment of books history, fantasy, fiction and nonfiction and even her favorite book The Great Gatsby was there she flew up a bit admiring the trinkets and knick knacks. then a loud bellowing sound was heard ,
HARRG HARRG HARRG HARRG
Rainbow returned with some sandwiches and juice boxes “Rainbow what was that.” Fluttershy screamed with fright.
“That was my mom she coughs like a whale.” she laughed “Listen I’m gonna go talk to her about letting you stay. She set down the snacks then she walked upstairs to her mom's room then closed the door.
Fluttershy’s heart was pounding a mile a minute “OH MY OH MY what if she doesn’t want me what will i do where will i go how will i get food what if some takes me away and i never get to see Rainbow Dash ever again? Fluttershy was pacing herself trying to control her thoughts though they never did.
“Hey Fluttershy.” Rainbow Dash said she must have come down without Fluttershy noticing probably while she wrestled with her thoughts. “Come on my mom wants to talk to you.”she said both of them proceeded to walk up stairs then they walked in the room then Rainbow closed the door “Oh my I really hope I don’t mess this up.”

As the door closed Rainbow she walked over to the lying mare and stood on her hind hooves and placed one forehoof on her forehead and checked her temperature “ You don’t have a fever are you Ok.”
“Yes I’m fine sweetie can you pass me the glass of water.” Rainbow Dash nodded and complied she grabbed the glass on the desk next to the bed and gave her the glass of water she drank it gave it back and Rainbow put it back on the desk. “Honey can you take off my sheets off.” it's getting kind of hot she did and got on the bed and took the sheets off got off the bed and began to look at fluttershy she looked like Rainbow Dash only with a red mane and a mares body.
“Hey Rainbow you gonna introduce me to your friend or what.” She said taking her eyes off Fluttershy and looking toward Rainbow with a sly smile on her face. Rainbow quickly got off the bed and introduced fluttershy “Mom this is Fluttershy.” she said while pointing a hoof toward Fluttershy who was staring down on her own hooves with nervousness. “Come here sweetie I promise I won’t hurt you.” she giggled at herself Fluttershy still refused to move “Oh come on honey I was only kidding.” she said in a voice that rivaled Fluttershy’s in softness. Fluttershy complied and walked over to her face hid behind her mane. “Rainbow told me about what happened and I’m really sorry for you by the way my name is Linda.” Fluttershy slumped her head and began to tear up and sniffle. “Hey there's no need for that she leaned forward and lifted up Fluttershy’s head and wiped the tears from her eyes.
After Fluttershy stoped crying she looked up “Your name is Linda thats umm...well a unique name.””Yeah I know its weird but my parents were really into humans and they couldn’t pass up the opportunity to give their only daughter a human name. Soon Rainbow began to laugh Linda looked up at her and said “Be quiet Rainbow if it were up to them you would have been named Ellen.” Rainbow quickly drew an angry look. “Thats what I thought. Fluttershy began to giggle a bit then both Linda and Rainbow Dash looked at her then Linda spoke “ So what are we gonna do about you.” she said in a melodramatic voice. “ Well since you don’t have a place to stay I guess you’ll just have to stay here.” She smiled
“But I don’t want to intrude or be a bother to anyone.” She said with a sad nervousness in her voice
“Honey look after what you’ve been through you need a good and loving home and besides I hate seeing rainbow all alone so with you around at least she’ll have some on to play with. Cough Cough Rainbow get me my medicine please.” Rainbow went to the bathroom and got a orange bottle opened it and handed two white pills which she placed in her mouth and swallowed “Any ways it would be my pleasure to have you around.”
Fluttershy began to tear up and ran to Linda “Thank you Thank you Thank you so much.” she hugged her Linda stood there and paused there and returned the embrace. “Rainbow show her to you’re room she’ll stay in your room with you for the night and while you guys are in school i’ll make you a room Fluttershy. “But mom you can’t you’re still sick.” Rainbow cried out.
“Yes I am but I’m not dying I can take care of myself so don’t worry ok.”
“Fine.” Rainbow said with a sigh of defeat.
“Now I have to rest Rainbow Fluttershy there's food in the fridge if you guys are hungry.”

They both walked down stairs and after they ate their sandwiches and drank their juice boxes they were left bored “Hey Flutters you wanna go fly?” she asked as she slumped back on the couch. Fluttershy picked one up and took a bite but then stopped chewing and lifted the bread slice and a white mush on it looked at it suspiciously.
“Umm excuse me Rainbow what is this?” she asked innocently as ever.
“Oh that it's turkey.”
As soon as Rainbow uttered those words Fluttershy turned pale and passed out.
Fluttershy opened her eyes and sat up and found she was no longer in the living room no this room was much smaller than the one she was just in and there were all sorts of wonder bolts posters and other items she lay back down and noticed how soft the bed was it's like laying on a freshly made cloud made from purified rainwater man was it soft. she got up again and began to look closer at this room light blue walls. cloud floor and a wall with shiny things they gave off a yellow like glow and it almost blinded Fluttershy for a moment she got off the bed and walked to a shelf and saw many medals awards 1st place medals trophies twice her size “Wow all these medals and trophies for flying,but then why would she need to go to flight camp?” and then on closer inspection she read the fine print Cloudsdale junior pageant. Fluttershy couldn’t believe it beauty pageants and especially of all the people in the world Rainbow Dash wouldn’t have even been on that list.
“Hey Fluttershy you all right.”
“EEEP” she squeaked then jumped and began to fly back to the bed and got their and covered herself with her sheats then Rainbow Dash opened the door.
“Hey Fluttershy you alright.?” she said cocking her head to the side
Fluttershy pulled her head out the sheets “Yes I’m fine.” she said mumbling softly “Hey Rainbow i noticed those medals and I didn’t know you were a -”
“Oh that right yeah my mom wanted to make me into a ‘proper young lady’ so she made me enter beauty pageants and stuff i always won because you know you who’s better looking than me” she said with the utmost confidence “Well except maybe you.” she said in a whisper
“Excuse me?”
“Uhh uhh so anyways come on lets go.” blushing furiously
“Go where?”
“Right well my mom is feeling better so she said we could go see the wonderbolts.” she said then pulled the sheets off of Fluttershy and dragged her out the room and on the the front door of the house in the blink of an eye Linda who had been waiting their spoke up.
“Oh you girls are finally ready lets go.” She stated but then found that Fluttershy had her head down so she knelt down and to Fluttershys eye level and said “I know how you feel and really i don’t like them either but that bundle of joy over their (aka Rainbow Dash seen flown around a small patch of cloud) just love them and just do what I do put on some sunglasses and drift off into sleep just don’t tell her alright.” she said smilingly as she handed Fluttershy a pair of sunglasses.
“Okay thanks mom.” she immediately but a hoof over her mouth “Oh my i’m so so sorry i didn’t mean to it just came out.” she began to tear up and was about to cry
“Hey hey no need for that It’s all fine you can call me that if you like a besides as long as you living under my roof and under my care you will always be my daughter. If some punk tries to come up to you or some bitch tries to hurt you i will beat the living fuck out of them I swear to fucking god man i will beat their asses so bad ohh umm don ever say any bad words okay baby”
“Ok” Fluttershy said scared out her mind but liking that she was willing to do so much for someone she only just met
Linda sighed “I love you and don’t ever forget it.”
“Thank you.”Fluttershy whispered and pulled linda into a teary hug
“Come on lets go you guys.” linda said then they all proceeded to fly to the stadium were the wonderbolts flew they're races and did acrobatics and they went to the front gates
“tickets please.” a stallion asked “But of course.”Linda replied giving the stallion their tickets and then they proceeded to go get food.
they walked toward the concession stands and saw a red maned stallion giving out veggie burgers they walked toward the concession stand and ordered their food.
“One regular hamburger flavored, one small chicken flavored please-” she was interupted by a Rainbow maned filly
“But mom i want large.”
“But mom shut up Dash you know you wont finish you’ll eat half and say ohh mommy i’m so full im gonna explode or I feel like I’m gonna throw up.” she laughed
“Not this time I’m a big girl.” she protested
“Fine but if you don’t finish it you’re not gonna eat anything until you finish it fine.”
“Fine”
“Alright one large chicken flavored.” she ordered frustrated
“And what would you like Fluttershy
“Alright here we are now lets take our seats the race is about to start.”
“Welcome ladies and gentlemen to this monthly’s wonderbolt show now the 10 lap race is about to start.”
“This is gonna be so awesome.” Rainbow squealed almost jumping out her seat
“Fluttershy ready honey.” she whispered while pointing to the shades she had on her head
“Oh right” she quickly took out her shades and put them on soon everything became dark and she fell asleep
(An hour or so later)
“Hey fluttershy wake up.” Rainbow Dash said to no avail “Sorry Flutters didn’t want to have to do this but you give me no other choice
She took a deep breath and prepared “HEY FLUTTERSHY WAKE UP!!!”
Fluttershy suddenly woke up “What is it over?” she said trying to take off the shaking feeling she had from suddenly being woken up
“No but glad to know your enjoying the show buddy.” Dash said in an angry sarcastic voice while taking the now messed up shades off of Fluttershy’s face.
“I’m so sorry it’s just well i really don’t like the wonderbolts as much as you do, then i saw you got excited and then mom told me about the shades and i’m just so sorry” she began to tear up and trying to wipe them out
The Rainbow maned filly sighed “Look its alright and i kind of had a hunch you did that I mean look at my mom.”
She looked and what she saw was a grown mare with her tongue out snoring like there was no tomorrow and dooling the site made Fluttershy giggle a little bit.
“Anyways look I um need to go to the bathroom and I was kind of you know if you want to” she kept on trying to word what she was trying to say until even Fluttershy got a bit mad
“What is it Rainbow?” she asked in an audible and clearly annoyed voice
She sighed “ Fluttershy could you go to the bathroom with me I’ve never been on my own outside my own home and since we're out in public I’m scared that someone might take me, So can you please go with me?”
“Ok.” she said not in a laughing or making fun of voice but in a completely understanding tone
Rainbow then shook her mother very fast until she woke up “ huh huh time to go already.” Linda said as the glasses fell of her face then putting her hooves over her eyes trying to gain focus
“No but me and fluttershy are going to the bathroom.”
“Ok just don’t be out to long.” she responded “Oh yeah wake me up when you guys get back.” she said putting the sunglasses back on her face.
“Kay bye mom.”
They both went to the bathroom and got back to their seats and the rest of the day went smoothly Rainbow got to watch the wonderbolts and Linda and Fluttershy got a good rest.

Fluttershy had gotten up and went to the kitchen and went to get a glass of water she flew up got a glass and went to the sink and put water in it and drank up as much as she could then. she walked back to the room to sleep and stumbled on a little orange bottle with writing and saw that it was empty and picked it up and read it until she found one word that caught her eye.
“hmm... morphine.”

The next day scootaloo woke up of what was nothing but pure warmth. "wamth? " she was instantly confused she never felt warm she usually felt a coldfloor or the cold air never warmth. she tried to get up but found two forehoovees pinning her to the bed she turned her body to the left and saw a cyan peaguses pony she wanted to smile but then Rainbow began to snuggle her as if this wasn't ment for her "Oh Fluttershy I love yoy so much." then rainbow pulled scootaloo into a tight hug and began to nuzzle her face.Oh thank good ness she's asleep ,but man o man is this embarresing. "Oh Fluttershy come on baby i love you kiss me." Just then Scootaloo mentally facehoofed I gotta get outta here. So she began to wrestle and wane her body until she was finally loose of her sunggley strap jacket. as she was free she jumped off the bed making sure she didn't step on Rainbow Dash.

“Okay so wait wait wait let me get this straight fluttershy’s parents died and then your mom a human worshiper or whatever decided to take her in and thats it or what?” Scootaloo stated as if in a confused state
“I guess we could have summarize it like that.” Rainbow said rubbing the back of her head with her hoof.
“But but there's so much left unanswered and so many questions left unanswered and -”
She was quickly cut off by Rainbow Dash “Don’t work their squirt all in due time.” she said as she held a forehoof on the back of Scootaloo’s neck and drew her in for a quick hug. Fluttershy who was watching simply smiled and slowly got of the couch.
“Umm Scootaloo, Dash don’t you guys think its time to go to bed?” she said in a shy voice looking a them both and then staring at the ground
Rainbow turned her head to face her shy timid marefriend “Oh yeah sure come on squirt lets get you to bed you’ve got school tomorrow.” “ Nah it's friday so tomorrow's saturday she then got off the couch as did scootaloo then all three of them proceeded to go upstairs and they arrived in fluttershy’s room scootaloo looked and quickly saw how small the bed is
“OH i'm sorry scootaloo its so small looks like you have to squeeze in between us i’m sorry.”Rainbow then put a forehoof on fluttershy to calm her down but in fact scootaloo couldn’t be happier she was finally in a bed and going to sleep with Rainbow her idol this was awesome fluttershy got on the bed first then scootaloo and finally rainbow both elder pegesi gave scootaloo a loving embrace and drifted off into sleep.
Scootaloo looked at both of them and let out a sigh of relief no longer lost no longer alone now she had a family only one thing left to do “Hmmm I wonder what will i do tommorow go crusading or get to know my new parents.”
