//-------------------------------------------------------// Furryart's Arty adventure -by Furryart- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Furryart //-------------------------------------------------------// Furryart   Furryart had just finished her painting for a contest. She was on in five minutes. Suddenly, the door opened. “Furryart, you’re on in five minutes,” the mare said. It was Flowerreader, she was a very smart pony who loved to read. “Wow, nice painting,” she said in amazement. It was a painting of a cat furry, one of Furryart’s favorite painting. “Got it, Flowerreader,” Furryart replied. She couldn’t what to see the look on everypony’s face. She knew they would love it. “Alright, its time,” she said to herself. She brought the painting out onto the stage. When the crowd saw it, they cheered and stomped their hooves. After the contest, Furryart headed to Sugarcube corner to talk to the Cakes. She had an order for a cake for her friend, Vanillafrosting. But when she got there, the store had closed. “I guess I have to get it tomorrow,” Furryart said to herself. She walked back to her little house on the other side of the bridge. Her house was a pink house with an orange roof. It had paintings of furries and flowers on the walls of the house. She entered the house and turned on the lamp. “Time to work on my new artwork,” Furryart said, picking up a pencil and drawing a picture. Then, she heard the doorbell ring. Who could possibly be coming over at this hour? She opened the door, it was Vainillafrosting. “Hi Furryart,” she said. “Hi Vanilla, I’m just drawing pictures, as usually,” Furry art said. Vanillafrosting and Furryart sat on the couch. Furryart walked to the kitchen to grab her friend and her a cup of tea. She gave Vanillafrosting a cup of tea.   “So, how was the contest?” Vanilla asked. “It was great, I got second place,” Furryart replied. “That awesome, I heard that Bananataffy won first place,” Vanillafrosting said. They both rolled their eyes. Bananataffy always bragged about how great she was at art. “Now we know she has something to brag about tomorrow,” Furryart said. Vanilla nodded, not surprised. “She’ll say ‘hey Furryart, I won first place, aren’t I great?” Furryart said. They both laughed.   “Well, I got to go home, see ya later Furry,” Vanillafrosting said, walking out the door. Looking outside the window, she saw a storm coming.   “Well, it’s time to go to bed,” Furryart said to herself. She turned off the lamp and walked up the stairs to her room. But then, an envelope came through the bottom of the door. She opened the envelope and read the note inside. It said: Dear Furryart, I am coming over tomorrow. I can’t wait to see you again sister. :D Love, Kittycake “I can’t wait to see my sister tomorrow,” Furyart said, “maybe she’ll come with me to Vanilla’s birthday party tomorrow.” She ran up the stairs smiling. She jumped into bed, knowing that tomorrow was going to be a fun day. “Oh I can’t wait,” she said. //-------------------------------------------------------// News //-------------------------------------------------------// News The sun peaked over the mountains. Furryart slowly got out of her bed. Then suddenly, she heard the doorbell ring. She walked down the stairs and opened the door. It was her sister. “Hello sister,” Pinkkitty said. Furryart smiled and hugged her sister. “Oh I have great news for you,” she said. They sat on the couch. “So what is the news?” Furryart asked. “Ok, don’t freak out,” she said. Furryart smiled and she was really excited to hear the news. “I’m getting married,” she said. The smile on Furryart’s face disappeared. When her sister noticed the look on Furryart’s face, she had a look on her face. “But, how did you find a stallion?” Furryart asked. “He and I been dating for a while and he proposed,” she said. Furryart still was not smiling. “Why aren’t you happy, Furryart?” Pinkkitty asked. “Pinkitty, mom told you that you couldn’t marry anyone until I was married,” Furryart said. Pinkkitty rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. “What was that, sister?” Furryart asked. “That sounds ridiculous, I don’t care what our mom said, I love him,” Pinkkitty said. “You need to listen to mom, Pinkkitty,” Furryart said. “I’m a grown mare, I can make my own decisions,” she yelled, “goodbye sister, and I thought you would have been happy for me!” Pinkitty slammed the door behind her. “Well, I guess she is right,” Furryart said to herself, “well, time to go to the party.” But, she couldn’t get her mind off the fact that her sister was getting married and not listening to their mother. //-------------------------------------------------------// Birthday Party //-------------------------------------------------------// Birthday Party Furryart walked to Sugarcube Corner to get Vanilla’s birthday cake. “Hey Mr. and Mrs. Cake,” Furryart said, walking through the door. But, they weren’t there, only Pinkie Pie.   “Hello Furryart,” Pinkie Pie said, in her high, cheerful voice. “Hi Pinkie Pie, I need my cake that I ordered,” Furryart told Pinkie Pie. “Okey dokey lokey!” Pinkie Pie said. She hopped to the back and grabbed the cake Furryart ordered. “Is this the cake you ordered?” Pinkie Pie asked. “Yes, thank you,” Furryart replied. She took the box and walked to the field. “Hello Furryart,” Vanillafrosting said. She set the cake in the middle of the picnic blanket. “So, what’s new?” she asked. “My sisters getting married,” Furryart said, grabbing an apple with her mouth. “Oh that is great,” Vanillafrosting said, surprised.   “Not really, she broke my mother’s rule,” Furryart said. Suddely, they saw Bananataffy coming their way.   “Hey girls,” Bananataffy said. She had an unpleasant smile on her face. “Go away Bananataffy,” Vanillafrosting said, “you’re just going to brag about how you won first place yesterday.” “Oh yay, I totally won yesterday at the art contest,” she boasted. She flipped her hair trying to get attention. Furryart grabbed an apple and stuffed it into Bananataffy’s mouth. Bananataffy spit the apple out of her mouth. “You idiot, I’m out of here,” she said. She left, wagging her tail. “As I was saying, my sister is getting married and its driving me crazy,” she said. Vanilla gave her a look, looking like she didn’t care. “That’s amazing, not bad Furry,” she replied. Furryart rolled her eyes, grabbing a piece of cake. “She getting married tonight,” she said.   “That’s amazing,” Vanillafrosting said, cheerfully. “No, it’s not,”Furryart said, “it’s terrible, she is not listening to our mom.” Vanillafrosting chuckled, and then laughed out loud. “What are you laughing about?” she asked. “I’m taking a cake and leaving, I’m going to get ready for the wedding,” she said, still laughing. She took a piece of cake and left. Furryart was angry, very angry. But, she got ready for the wedding tonight. //-------------------------------------------------------// Wedding //-------------------------------------------------------// Wedding The wedding was held in the middle of ponyville. Furryart sat in the front, as a bridesmaid. Then suddenly, the music started to play. Her sister, looking more beautiful than ever, stood at the end of the red carpet. After the wedding, Furryart saw her mother talking to Pinkkitty. She decided to eavesdrop on them. She hid behind the food counter. “I am happy for you daughter, but you know you broke my rule,” she said. Furryart smiled. “Told ya,” she whispered. “Since you did, you can’t live with your husband till your sister gets married,” she said. Furryart’s smile faded. She felt that this was wrong. “No mom, you can’t do that to me!” Pinkkitty complained. Furryart decided to step in and stand up for her sister. “Mom, please let her be with her husband,” Furryart said, “you know I won’t get married.” “Furryart, please…” her mom said.   “No, let her be with her husband!” Furryart yelled. Her mom was thinking for a minute. She nodded finally.   “Thank you sister,” Pinkkitty said. They hugged each other. After that day, life was normal for Furryart. He still entered many art contests. But she knew there was many more crazy adventures ahead of her.
