Space Battleship Yamato: Voyage of a New Beginning.

Yamato sailed serenely around Planet Earth,under the personal command of Captain Benjamin Parks, a seasoned starship commander with at least 120,000 hours serving on board starships. For him,Yamato was no different,especially since he'd commanded the Yukikaze before relinquishing command to an old friend of his, Captain Mamoru Kodai,who was subsequently killed when he used the ship as a sacrificial shield so the then commander of the EDF Jyuzo Okita,could escape.

   Today was going to be a milestone for the famous ship. Ever since the war against the Gamilas five years ago,the Yamato's sister ship,the Musashi    had undergone the same process and was renamed Yamato,as the original Yamato had been lost,when it fired it's Wave-Motion Gun to defeat the commander of the Gamilas in a kamikaze run.  This would be an honorary flight to not only honour the deceased,but mark a new age of space  exploration missions for the EDF.

  "Kyaputen wa, subete no shisutemu ga midoriirodesu. Anata no chūshoku no tame no ikutsu ka no miso ga sukidesu ka?" said the AI, who was keeping Yamato in orbit.

"Sure! Go ahead and hand over control to me now" Parks replied. He was trained to translate Japanese into  British English by now.

   "Watashi wa tonikaku eigo o hanashite iru baai rojā sono sensei wa, soreha mata, anata ni rieki o motarasudeshou ka?"  the AI replied.

" For Pete's sake,Suzuki,speak English!" The captain retorted, slightly annoyed by now.

"OK sensei"

" Take us out.Hoshi no sū-shu no tame no!" Parks said. Promptly causing the Yamato to hand control over to him and away she sped on the voyage of a lifetime.

A lone shooting star sped through the night-time sky,as an all black alicorn,known to all as Nightmare Moon, sat on her balcony lamenting about her actions before she was accepted by Celestia and Luna as their sibling.

" A shooting star, I wish for a second chance and fresh start for anyone who receives this." she said,before casting her dream spell on the world below.
