"I swear it came from the portal Mabel!" I heard a voice yell from the room across from us.

"W-w-what was th-that?" FlutterShy murmured, trembling.

"Hide!" I said. Everyone fled to hide behind something in silence.

I heard FlutterShy whimpering and knew that the two beings would go towards her and find her for sure.

"Who's there?!" Something shouted. Poor FlutterShy... I couldn't let her be found first! She would run away or start crying.

"Hello?" Another higher pitched voice said. Oh, I just couldn't bare it so I jumped out and grabbed the thing by the chest. Apparently right on time because it was dangerously close to FlutterShy's hiding place. RainbowDash also had jumped out and grabbed the other thing. The thing I had attacked was very angry about this.
It struggled against my grasp and yelled, "LET HER GO!" I know I don't know what these things are capable of and they might have bad intentions... I know that I can't be tricked, but still the guilt was still there. The other screamed, but Rainbow covered her mouth. Yet it bit down on her hand, causing Rainbow to yell. Thankfully she held onto the girl with one hand, since Rainbow is strong it didn't really matter. When she opened her mouth to bite I saw metal though, I scanned my memory to think of any creature I had read about with metal teeth. Hmmm, who or what are they? The beast I had attacked seemed to be staring at RainbowDash.

"What are you?!" He shouted. So they can talk too? They could be human...

Rarity stepped out from her hiding place and responded, "We are po-oof what in Equestria was that for AppleJack?" She was stopped by Applejack, whom responded by shaking her head, I could tell that she didn't like lying about this. "Heh oh yeah, sorry." Rarity said.

I then said, "What she was saying was that we are just uhh, passerby that got lost on the way to a costume party...?"

"No silly billy! We are p-MmMMhHp- from mpmhMMpH!" PinkiePie hopped out from behind a rock next to AppleJack not realizing that I said that on purpose, and that nopony, (err thing?), should know about us yet. AppleJack thankfully covered her mouth before she revealed us. I was getting tired (and I felt bad about attacking him) so I loosened up a tiny bit, but when I did the boy slipped from my grasp and grabbed the other girl from Rainbow's grasp. The boy ran towards the other room and my friends ran after them. Oh no, this is all my fault! Why in Equestria did I have to loosen my grip?! Who knows who they are or what their intents could be...
