Twilight's POV Rarity's A Picky B****

The twins went upstairs to get breakfast and Rarity started complaining, "Oww! These stairs are so uncomfortable. Twilight will you be a darling and summon up some chairs for us?"

"Ok," I responded, not knowing what shit I'm about to be put through, "let's go down to the lab." I got down there and summoned up 6 folding chairs.

"No, no, no Twilight, something a bit more comfortable then that," Rarity said. Ok,I thought. So I replaced the 6 chairs with 6 white velvet chairs. "Twilight do you mind if you change the color?" Rarity asked.

"Uhh sure," I replied, the fatigue starting to show, "what color?"

"Blue." She replied. I changed it to blue, . "Wait no red." Rarity said. I changed it. "No blue, defiantly blue." Rarity said.Finally you bitch! I concentrated hard for a moment and opened my eyes. Nothing, just fatigue. That's weird, I closed my eyes and tried again. I let out a grunt, when a wave of tingling electricity went through me. Weird, I thought, that only happened when my power was sucked from me... I think I might've fucked up. When I opened my eyes the blue didn't replace the red. In fact it had mixed with it, making a pretty purple. "Uh Twilight, I'm pretty sure I said blue." Rarity said.

"Yeah purples not my style." Rainbow commented.

"I'm sorry girls I guess I'm just *yawn* tired..." A huge wave of drowsiness came over me and I staggered onto the couch. My vision wavered and darkened.

"Twilight!" The girls screamed, they rushed to my side. Their screams startled me and kept me from my almost black out.

"Are you OK?!" AppleJack asked.

"Yeah I'm good..." I replied quietly.

"Using your magic here must really take a toll on you." AppleJack said.

"Let's let her rest." FlutterShy said, "I'm sure her magic will regenerate."

"Yeah I'm just gonna rest a bit..." I said trailing off.

I must of fell asleep because I woke up to PinkiePie yelling, "yay foods here!"

"Stancakes! Get em' while they're fresh!" Mabel said smiling.

"What are stancakes dahling?" Rarity asked.

"They're pancakes made by our Grunkle Stan!" Mabel replied, "and I brought whipped cream and glitter!" I stretched and saw that Mabel and Dipper have returned carrying a huge stack of pancakes.

"Where did you get those chairs?" Dipper asked, with his head cocked to the side, damn that's cute.

"I summoned them using a spell," I said, trying not to let the weakness in my voice show through. Dipper looked worried for a second, but must have brushed it off because awe filled his eyes almost immediately. I blushed and turned my head away from him.

"With designs by mwah." Rarity added, "I still think the white velvet would be better." I gave her an annoyed look, knowing that her indecisiveness had caused me to use such an excessive amount of magic. My whole body was aching. I used my last bit of magic to summon two more chairs for the twins next to AppleJack's which was right on the end, not as big, but would still suffice for now. "That blue is much better, but they don't match now." Rarity commented / whined. I just ignored her and gratefully took the two pancakes and the bottle of whipped cream Dipper offered me. When I was done with the whipped cream I passed it on to Rarity.

"Pass the glitter!" PinkiePie said excitedly.

"You go girl!" Mabel cheered and tossed the bottle of hot pink glitter to Pinkie. Pinkie took the whipped cream from RainbowDash, who was sitting next to her, and covered her pancakes until they were just a blob of glitter and cream. And she then shoved her face into it. We held up our hand to block the glittery spray. We all burst into laughter and PinkiePie came up with a glittery beard.

Applejack was the first to recover and said, "Pinkie, you used up all the whipped cream!"

"Sorry!" PinkiePie replied, licking up her whipped cream beard. The girls looked expectantly at me.

I just didn't have the strength left in me so I replied sleepily, "Sorry girls, I'm exhausted from summoning chairs." and weakly raised my fork to take a bite, partially to cover the glare I was giving Rarity from the twins. I didn't really hold that much of a grudge since she didn't know, because in Equestria an alicorn wouldn't run out of magic with such a simple color changing spell.

"Oh it's ok dahling, you can have mine AppleJack." Rarity got up and pushed her cream onto AppleJacks pancakes.

"Ok so about the costumes." Dipper said, "we have Mabel's makeup, to put on your skin, but I don't think that will stay on well enough for a long term solution." Several of us cringed at his wording.

"You can borrow some of my sweaters to cover up your wings," Mabel offered.

"Thank you Mabel and Dipper," I said, "I don't know what we would do if you didn't help us, I probably would have went up with my magenta skin and had an mob after me!" I could just imagine walking out in the open and scaring the hell out of someone. This world is very different. Other then our human shape, the color of our skin and hair probably makes us look like a bunch of loons among humans.

"No problem," Dipper said smiling, "we should try to sneak you past Grunkle Stan and into our room though, who knows how long it is before he comes downstairs or Ford comes back from his monster hunt." I was concerned about who Ford was or why he was hunting, but for some reason didn't feel like asking.

"Plus were not really supposed to be in here..." Mabel added in.

"*snort* good thing you did though." RainbowDash said.

"I think we should do that very soon... I have met enough people for today..." FlutterShy said.

"Ok we can sneak you guys up into our room and then go out to the store for makeup." I said.

I was concerned about who Ford was or why he was hunting, but for some reason didn't feel like asking.

Ha, ha, sure hope that doesn't come back to bite her in the flank! *cough* *cough* Plot devices. Also I feel really guilty about the hiatus....... I've been really busy with tests and studying. Also if any of you were wondering what happened to the elevator to the basement, I took it out and just made it stairs, it would just be distracting from the story. So have a double length chapter! WOOOOOOOOOOOO
