Gummy was on his way to visit a new pony in ponyville, her name was Twilight Sparkle. She was new to Ponyville and came from all the way in Canterlot. Pinkie Pie, his owner, threw her a surprise party yesterday ago. " Come on Gummy time to go see Twilight" Said the energetic pink pony bouncing around happily. Just the thought of making a new friend made Gummy smile one of those toothless grins he does when he's happy. Pinkie saw him and gigled " I bet you'll like Twilight. She's nice and has a flexible personality so im sure she'll like you." Gummy just smiled. About 15-20 minutes later they went to the library that twilight Sparkle lived at. " Hello Pinkie " Twilight remarked, surprised that Pinkie Pie would just drop in like that. They just met yesterday. " What are you doing here? " " I came to show you my pet alligator, Gummy. " She shoved Gummy in Twilights face. Gummy remembered his manners and smiled a creepy toothless smile. " AAAAAAHHHHH! AN ALLIGATOR! GET IT AWAY GET IT AWAY! " Gummy just frowned. "Aw. Twilight thats not to nice." Pinkie whined. " Bububut iit's an alligator " gasped a mesmorised twilight Sparkle. " Calm down, Twilight! It's just Gummy! " Twilight just screamed for Pinkie to get ' that thing ' out of her house. " Oh well. You can't win them all. " He just cave a big frown.
Gummy is pinkie pie's toothless baby aligator pet. He was hatched from a strange pink egg one cold april, 2 months after his siblings. Before Pinkie found him, Gummy always had a tough life. He was the smallest out of all of his brothers and sisters so he was always treated badly. Gummy always got teased and mocked by his peers and family because of his size and his bad eyesite. But Pinkie Pie was different. She accepted him for who he was, even if he couldn't see as well as other alligators. Even if he was little. Even if he was different. thats how it started. One day he was kicked out of his old home so he wandered off into PonyVille, coincidentally right when Pinkie was bouncing off home to the Sugar Cube Corner. As she was bouncing she saw Gummy. " Aww you poor little alligator. " Gummy just looked down. " do you wanna come home with me?" When he heard this his toothless face lit up with a smile like he had just won the alligator lottery as Gummy jumped into Pinkies arms and finally knew he had a true friend. " Yay you wanna be my pet! Okey dokey lokey. I think i'll name you Gummy 'cause your mouth is soft like a gummy. "
