The Mysteries of Shadow Spade
Nopony thinks in quite the same way Shadow Spade does. Many ponies consider her to be the greatest detective who ever lived. I had the privilege of traveling alongside her in her work. This is her story.
My name is Silver Locks, and I might be telling this story, but it is by no means about me. She brings me along as an observer, somepony to show off to, and with the tiniest of evidence, the mysteries that have confounded thousands crumble to dust at her hooves. I don't know how she does it. I'd say it was magic if she wasn't an earth pony.
