It was a nice sunny day in a magical land of bright colors and happy lives. Sadly that was going to change forever in the next minutes. Twilight Sparkle had plenty of occupational hazards and the newfound friendships she had formed during the Summer Sun Celebration were considered one more for the young mare. After all, the six mares were impressively different, each one of them with their own quirks and eccentricities that made them unique. This was Twilight's train of thought as she trotted towards Sweet Apple Acres ready to visit her new friend Applejack. As usual, her number one assistant and baby dragon Spike rode on her back. “Well Spike,” Twilight said, “I thought visiting Applejack would be a good idea to finally chat, without the threat of the world ending and all…” Sadly for Miss Sparkle, at that very moment something that would change the future of her country appeared. As an explosion rocked the world, taking the clouds the weather team had set up earlier in a flash of crimson light, Twilight looked up, only to find herself staring at what seemed to be a second miniature sun crashing down to earth. Of course, Twilight being Twilight, her first reaction was to stand there, mouth agape, completely stunned by the surprise of the foreign object falling towards the world. Luckily for her, Spike was in his right mind. “What is that?” Spike asked. This broke Twilight out of her stupor, returning her to reality. “I don't know Spike, but it looks as it would be falling by Sweet Apple Acres!” She started running towards the place she had previously mentioned. Spike held on to her tail, waving as if he were a draconic flag, while Twilight followed the ball of fire. Of course, this current event hadn’t passed unnoticed on Sweet Apple Acres, as another mare trotted out towards the front of the property. Having heard the sound and noticed the ball of flame approaching towards her home, the orange mare with a blonde mane and tail was intent on knowing what was going on, making sure her family was safe and sound first. So, when the ball of fire crashed in front of her farm's door she was already several steps away from it. Twilight and her assistant had made it there just as she had, only a few paces away and exhausted. "Twilight?” Applejack, bewildered. “What are ya-” Sadly, the mare couldn't finish her question as both she and Twilight had noticed that the thing in front of them had become visible amidst the smoke, shocking both mares with the visage of a creature unlike anything they had seen before. Author's Note Well, this is it... This story will have a re imagining of MLP:FIM but adding my own OC/ Ponysona into the mix... I hope y'all like it... 2 - The New AlicornView OnlineEnter the Dragon2 - The New AlicornPREVIOUSLY IN ATOP THE FOURTH WALL A small Grey robot floats in a room and says... "I’ve told you, We didn't need an atomic powered vacuum robot, but you never listen…” In a sarcastic British voice… This statement was aimed at a clown dressed in a garish suit, with a rainbow wig and a red nose on his actual nose… of course he replied by honking a blow horn twice “No, I don’t care if it is tax deductible, it’s not needed… the Cybermats do most of the cleaning here anyways…” AND NOW THE CONCLUSION When we got here, we met two mares, a purple one known as Twilight Sparkle, the orange one Applejack. In her head, Twilight thought that visiting her new friend in a non-world ending scenario would her assignment of studying friendship her mentor Princess Celestia had given her. Sadly, fate conspired against her, as an unidentified object came crashing down near Sweet Apple Acres, and as both friends joined the cloud of dust emitted from the impact, it dissipated enough for the mares, along with Spike, to see a creature different from anything they had known. "W-what is it, Twilight?" Applejack asked, panicking at the fact that neither of the mares knew what to make of this creature. "I... I don't know, Applejack," Twilight said, but unlike her countrified friend, Twilight was already scavenging her brain for a creature she could identify it as. The closest she got was a dragon, but all of it's features were wrong; no scales, brown coat in small patches on the body. It had the shortest mane Twilight had ever seen in an ebony color. She identified a head by the mane which held no muzzle and small eyes, a smaller nose and mouth, and it had arms. Instead of claws attached to those limbs, it instead had soft-looking stubs at the end. They protruded from a blue area, where the claws would normally be, and the upper area was covered in what seemed to be green and white clothing, the lower half red. It was layered like clothes until near the end of its frame, where two small patches of white appeared in an unfamiliar shape. "Still, I'm preoccupied as to why this creature is here," said Twilight, pausing only to look at her audience before continuing. "It seems as if it was almost... thrown from beyond the sky." Twilight thought on how Rarity would react to this, in her terms, catastrophe of a color palette, as all of the colors seemed to clash with one another. Twilight's musings were cut short as the creature suddenly got up, its body adopting a strange posture. Then, the skin below its nose parted open, revealing it had a mouth, and let out the most horrifying screech a pony in Ponyville had ever heard. Then the creature's eyes opened wide, wide enough to make it seem as if the eyes would burst out. This was a short occurance, though, as beams of white light burst out of it's mouth and it's eyes, the blaring scream still emitting. “Get clear everypony!” Was heard above the deafening roar of the creature, the warning coming from Spike. Then light enveloped the thing in the crater in a semi-transparent bubble that shifted colors; first green, then white, then red. The unthinkable ensued as all three bystanders watched the creature in awe. It seemed to phase out of its "clothing" and change it's body shape. The creaking of bones could be heard as the body underwent an extreme makeover, shifting to look more like a pony every second. "Twilight, is it... is it changing?" Spike asked as the body continued its morph, it's stature becoming more like that of a pony's. It's eyes had grown to an Equestrian-standard size. A spire formed from it's forehead, ending in a sharp point. As the mares were distracted by the body's main metamorphosis, Spike was the only witness of this. Feathered wings extended from its sides, bigger than the size expected for a normal pegasus. The thing was slowly becoming an above average pony.. no, an above average alicorn. An ebony tail extended from it's rear... the newly formed stallion floated inside the crater, extending its wings as it took to the skies, expelling energy that took vibrant hues of green, white, and red, that formed a column that Twilight thought would be visible from Appleloosa. Twilight, had a familiar feeling. She had encountered this kind of power before when she hatched Spike, only it seemed to be somehow less potent. "Is... Twilight, is that an alicorn?" Applejack asked, feeling slightly invigorated by the array of colored magic. The magic expelled into the shape of the mythical Sonic Rainboom, but without the explosive sound that followed it. Little did the mares know that the spectra coated most of Ponyville, even reaching up to Fluttershy's cottage. The alicorn lookalike levitated to the ground and lay on the clothes that it had discarded. "W-we... should take him inside," Twilight said, avoiding the question, as the alicorn rested… millions of questions forming in her mind as she looked to the newest Alicorn, not noticing much of her surroundings as she was lost in thought. "R-right, let's take it to the barn." Applejack agreed, looking around… no mare noticing the faintest glow fading from spike as the mini rainboom dissipated “safely”. Author's Note Welph... Part 2 is up... i really hope you like it... from now on I might adapt some of the episodes, but mostly will focus on how this new Pony adapts to life in Equestria... Here my Edithor did some nice changes, and the lack of clutter made me notice some things I skipped over or got just plain wrong...
3 - The Secret World of Twilight SparkleView OnlineEnter the Dragon3 - The Secret World of Twilight SparkleTwilights POV It had been a strange day so far, first I thought it was going to be a quiet visit to Sweet Apple Acres but then that explosion happened and… this… thing suddenly transforming to an Alicorn and to boot we had to move it to Sweet Apple Acres’ barn. Which wasn’t easy as he was covered in raw magic, so I could barely hold him during the moving of his unconscious body, thankfully Applejack made a makeshift stretcher so he could be carried relatively easily by both her physical and my magical prowess "huh Twilight…?” Applejack snacked asked me as we carried the unconscious Alicorn towards her barn, thankfully levitating the stretcher’s handle was easier than levitating him around… the magic around him made him hard to grasp,,, “Yes Applejack…? What’s bothering you…?” I asked my friend, not that much worried but intrigued, thinking on how in Equestria was possible a strange… thing… had suddenly changed into a pony, and an Alicorn to boot! I myself was as surprised and confused about it… “Do ya think that’s how Alicorns are born…? Ah mean… he seemed to be quite in pain…” And there was the question… Applejack was not subtle, well, I can admit I was pondering the same thing too… honestly, in Equestria there have been no more Alicorns born since the birth of the Royal Sisters, so, were Alicorns even born…? And if so, it was that painful…? Still I thought of an answer that would satisfy her curiosity, so I said… “I... I don’t know, Applejack… I mean, Alicorns are supposed to be the peak of pony kind… Strong as Earth ponies, as magical as unicorns and even as agile flyers as any Pegasus out there…” Thankfully the chat helped us reach the barn, and as Applejack and I lowered the stretcher I noticed what Spike had been doing in all the time we walked from the Sweet Apple Acres entrance to the barn… he had been looking at his right foreleg… as in it was the weirdest device I had ever seen “What’s that Twilight…?” The device was wrapped around the foreleg going from just before his hooves to roughly a quarter of the size of it… with some sort of padding between it and the actual foreleg… it was all grey metal colored save in a part, which seems would be easily accessible to watch by bending a bit the foreleg and look downwards… that part had some buttons, and a green hued patch of… was it glass…? In the right bottom part of the device there was the oddest engraving I’ve seen, a circular shield divided in three sections with a strange rectangle in the center and 8 stars in the outer ring of the shield, finally diagonally across the engraving, a small circle of glass was set…. “I… I don’t know Spike…” Sweet Celestia I hate not knowing stuff… it’s grating on my nerves, oh well another visit to Nurse Redheart later, for now we need to focus on this problem. This huge Alicorn shaped problem, thankfully AJ has gone away, into the barn; to set up something so this issue can be corrected yet I can’t but feel something’s off. Call it a hunch, but I have a feeling this arrival could make or break Equestria as we know it… and that scares me… a lot… “Sweet Celestia Save us…” I prayed and after seemingly an eternity Applejack came back, opening the ban door and grabbing her side of the stretcher as we solemnly carried the Alicorn to the new bed Applejack had built... so as we finally managed to place him into the bed, both Applejack and Spike asked… “The only thing left is waiting for him to wake up, yeah…?” This of course took me out of my reverie, as I was looking at the device on his foreleg… such a mysterious device… what it was? How was it made? Could we ever replicate it? So many questions about only a device. Let alone him himself… “Yes, we have done everything possible for him…” I tiredly said as I heard Spike say… “Mmmm guys…? Shouldn’t we contact Princess Celestia…?”
4 - Ghost in the ShellyView OnlineEnter the Dragon4 - Ghost in the Shelly4 - Ghost in the Shelly ??? POV My head hurt… no… hurt is a too soft a word… my brain felt as if a horde of bulls were stomp dancing on it, at least that was the first feeling I felt when I woke up… so of course my first reaction was to move my hands to my head so I could massage my poor, battered skull… of course I was aware of the warnings in my brain and also was aware of each order my brain shot out, basically the order to move my arm, place my hand near my head and to my fingers to massage it. Only to not to feel the soft caress of my fingers there… in fact I couldn’t even feel my fingers so my brain told my eyes to open Stat… "OUGHWAH!!!” I screamed as I shot open my eyes, looking at the extremities before them. Those weren’t Arms… and last I did a body check I had arms… of course this made me jump to the pile of hay that had been serving as my bed, and let me see the drape that was set as a blanket. Of course my heart was beating as if training for the Mexico GP, but I also noticed the erratic flapping of my wings… which also felt odd, really odd… “Oh no no no no… what the *yay!* is going on…?” Huh…? What was that? Was my thought, I was sure I had said f*yay* oh, there’s that again… somehow I couldn’t say f… ok the 4 letter word that can be used as a cuss word… well this was odd… of course, without thinking I said “*yay* *yay* *yay* *yay* *yay* *yay* *yay* *yay* son of a *yay* *yay*” OK, I’ll admit in that moment I felt… neutered… I mean, I couldn’t cuss! This forsaken *yay* of a universe was cutting out my cusses and changing the *yay* cuss words with *yay* yays! Of course, this all had been witnessed by a couple mares I had not noticed, so worried I was about my situation… I was even stepping on my former “bed” so I was startled when I heard the voice saying… “Um… excuse me… can you understand me…? Could you tell me what’s your name…?” Of course startled as I was I jumped out… my wings frantically flapping and getting me Airborne, which caused both… things… to look at me even more anxiously, of course flight wasn’t alien to me, nor even having wings… but losing my arms and fingers was quite a shock… but I was aware that my wings had set me horizontally instead of vertically, so my legs and whatever *yay* my arms are now were dangling in the air… “It’s OK… calm down… we won’t hurt you…” Said one of the things… it was a purple horse shaped thing, of course I call it a thing because I’m sure as *yay* I hadn’t met its kid of… horse… still there was I floating some meters in the air… my head pounding and barely understanding its words… then it said…. “Can you tell me what that is…?” And used her right hoof to point to something new to me too… it looked like a strange mix between an Omnitrix and a WiiU pad… how did I know those terms I was half sure only… as the entry on this new, *yay* universe had messed up my memoir… and seemed to affect my link to our collective memory… yet, I was so enthralled with this thing that I kinda sorta… forgot to flap my wings… alas I dropped like a sack of potatoes… falling even from my beddings and splashing forwards on the floor as a light on the device was projected outward and a voice was heard… “Uh… are you OK Boss…?” Was what the voice said, startling the poor mares whom screamed like little girls upon watching the green ghostly form of a small unicorn mare coming from the device looking at me curiously before turning its attention to the mares saying… “Oh Silly me… hello I am MOS-Tan the OS-tan, I am the physical representation of the MRDZ Operating System, my current compilation number is 23.030282 and who might you be…?” Said the ghost as both me and the other mares looked at it, they frightfully and me curiously… “Now, now don’t be scared, I am only projecting this hologram thanks to the current device I’m inhabiting, a cute little thing called a Pipbuck… sadly its holo generator seems to be only able to project the green hued light of the screen, that’s why I am rendered in 50 shades of green… so please, if I can have your names…?” Repeated the OS-Tan as I looked at her rear, since she was focused on the strange mares, this seemed to make them more uncomfortable until the purple one said after coughing a second… “I… I am Twilight Sparkle and this is my friend Applejack…” Author's Note Well, New Chapter.... please don't forget to uppity vote and comment... 5 - Pony GhostbustersView OnlineEnter the Dragon5 - Pony GhostbustersApplejack POV Ah reckon it was gunna be a swell day... Same old same old, do the job, spend some time with Granny, Big Mac an' Applebloom but then the explosion happened, and that thing fell down to earth an' ended up becoming an Alicorn...! Thank Celestia Twilight an' Spike came by, or else can I'd have to be the sole pony in change of dealing with the thing. Anyways, after it changed Twilight and myself wondered what to do with it, so I finally suggested... “R… Right… L… let’s take him to the barn…” Mah idea seemed to be a good one, as Twilight just nodded an' started using her horn t' carry him up... Only for him to simply glide back down, almost as if Twilight's magic didn’t want to touch him or he didn’t want to be touched by it… honestliy Ah’ve always been a bit jealous of the unicorns ad their magic, so Ah can say Ah was a bit happy of seeing Twilight fail, still I decided it wasn’t fair for her and quickly built a stretcher where we could put him to carry him comfortably, after all that we managed to put him in it thanks to Twilight grabbing his old clothes on her magic, but barely... “All right, this is done, now Spike, help me get secured to it...” An' Ah got the stretcher tied. To me in one side and Twi got the other as Spike walked to the barn, as Twilight said t' him to set a bed inside so we could set him t' rest. OK... Are we ready sugarcube...? And after telling me yes we started trotting to Sweet Apple Acres. First quietly, then Ah asked Twilight if the Alicorn were born like that only to have Twilight tell me things Ah already knew but it helped us pass the time until we needed to get the Alicorn in the barn, and when we made it to the barn Ah was mighty impressed by Spike's speed in makin' a bed in where we could put the Alicorn an' wait fer'im t' wake up… which he did moments later an' with a painful cry. So, Twilight decided t' ask... “Um… excuse me… can you understand me…? Could you tell me what’s your name…?” This made him jump an' he started flappin' his wings, which Ah'll admit scared me... It was less than 20 minutes an' this strange pony seemed t' know how t' fly already, still, Twilight just asked again... “It’s OK… calm down… we won’t hurt you…” This made the Alicorn start noticing us, looking at us with curiosity until Twilight asked 'im about the thing in ‘is right forehoof which was enough fer him t' stop flying, fallin' hard first on the bed, then up to t' floor an' a green light shot out from the thing, makin' a small ghostly mare that said... “Uh... Are you OK Boss…?” So Twilight an' I screamed... The thing could talk! Ah mean, the ghost of a mare, all in green appeared from a strange tool that was in a strange creature that became an Alicorn an' was talkin' like a normal pony... Who would not freak out at it...? it can’t just be done… still we just kept watchin’ the ghostly mare as she carried on… “Oh Silly me… hello I am MOS-Tan the OS-tan, I am the physical representation of the MRDZ Operating System, my current compilation number is 23.030282 and who might you be…?” Now, Ah’m not one for fancy words an’ all that, but I looked at Twilight a second to see her as confused as Ah was… which was bad… of course, Twilight had t’ be Twilight so She said… “I… I am Twilight Sparkle and this is my friend Applejack…” Just like that the little ghost mare smiled, an honest an’ sincere Smile then the ghost mare, nope, MOS-Tan started talking again confusing both of us a bit… “Hi Twilight Sparkle… Hi Applejack… I need to say sorry about earlier… you see, I have been made aware of some details… so I must simplify my introduction. I am MOS-Tan, ad by all purposes and intents I am the soul of this machine on the foreleg of my… Let’s call him Father… now I’m here to help you understand a bit more of him, and will relay some information to him too, assuming he stops focusing on my cyberdonkadong enough to do so…” Of course made Twilight smile wide… MOS-Tan was literally the… Pipbuck… on his foreleg, or so she said, so she wasn’t a threat to either me, Twilight or Spike, whom actually surprised us as he said… “But what’s exactly a Pipbuck…?” Author's Note Ok, Next Chapter Up! 6 - Of Pipbucks and miceView OnlineEnter the Dragon6 - Of Pipbucks and mice“Ohhh I like this one… this one is smart… and is a Dragon like you, Boss…! Can we keep it...? Can we…? Can we…? Pweeeasseee?” Chirped in MOS-Tan as she skipped on her place while Twilight Sparkle and Applejack looked at her with different expressions… Twilight with pure, unadulterated rage and AJ, while angry, was more shocked than anything else. Spike in the meantime was… Spike… this meaning that he was shocked, confused, and many other emotions that let him looking like a fish out of the water, all of this as the Alicorn in the room sweat dropped in embarrassment for his AI… “Now listen you over glorified spell...” Started to bellow Twilight Sparkle when a ping sounded from the device now identified as a Pipbuck was heard and MOS-Tan said happily ignoring the beginnings of Twilight’s raging rant... “Oh Nice…! I found an audio archive in the Pipbuck… Generating Video projection based on the Audio data found and samples found in the collective Memory, Boss...” This cut through Twilight’s rage as an electric Shaver cuts through hair and mane… not that MOS-Tan was actually aware of said rage, as she sat on its rump and started humming a certain tune… only to get up moments later as she changed to humming as she moved wildly, not properly dancing but more like shadow fighting in a windy quick fighting style, on which she spent most her time on her hind legs… or spoon in the air, twisting as she hit her invisible opponents with all 4 hooves… only to stop moments later as she chirped happily… “Video created… should I play it…?” This of course caused the mares to look at the construct curiously, even Twilight cautious yet, MOS-Tan was asking them if she could show them something that might explain the device on the new Alicorn’s foreleg… which on itself was intriguing and seemed important… so He said, almost absentmindedly… “Sure Why not…? Knock yourself out…” To which the OS-Tan offered merrily a happy “One Moment please”, and after said moment three mares replaced the one that had been talking… said mares were line the OS-Tan rendered in green tones, yet once Applejack saw them, she was instantly curious, as, despite the lack of color, the bow was a dead giveaway as the sound started playing... “Is this on…? Hello, testing 1, 2, 3… beginning last recording test for PipBuck 0.1 Prototype…” Of course upon hearing the voice… or at least the last voice of the recording made AJ get tenser, as she immediately recognized the voice of her youngest sister as she whispered... “A… Applebloom…?” Still, AJ had little time for her musings as the recording continued... “Howdy! Now, if you’re hearing this recording test a couple things could have happened: either this prototype somehow made it to whomever it was built for, or somepony somehow found it and is using it in this very same moment, in which case Shame on you buster…! Now, Ah won’t pretend Ah have all the answers, but Ah still remember when I first dreamed about the PipBuck…” The Apple signature accent was thinned, but it was still there… that grown mare was Applebloom, still using her bow, and seemingly still hopeful, yet AJ could hear a tinge of sadness in the voice, as both Spike and Twilight were transfixed by the moving images before them… still the recording continued “But what is a Pipbuck you might ask…? Now, if you ask somepony he’ll tell you a PipBuck is an Stable-Tec invention of Arcanotech, first developed by Applebloom under orders of the Ministry of Wartime Technologies… but that’s not entirely true…” This was said by another of the mares… this one sporting a curled mane and a horn on her forehead, as she was a unicorn, and in AJ’s head questions were swimming… who were those mares with Apple bloom…? Why were they so old…? And in general what were they talking about… “And that is because, despite apple bloom having the blueprints for the PipBucks, She didn’t actually thought them on her own…” After this both AJ and Twilight looked at each other, confused yet Still the message kept going, noticing how the one giving that part of the speech was a Pegasus, that seemed to have her wings a bit too short for her age… “Anyways… What is a PipBuck? It is a device, worn on a foreleg just above the hoof. A blending of unicorn pony magic and earth pony science, your PipBuck will keep a constant measure of your health and even help administer healing poultices and other medicine, track and organize everything in your saddle packs, assist in repairs, and keep all manner of notes and maps available at a hoof tap…” Carried on Applebloom as Twilight looked at the unicorn, hoping to find something similar to her, hoping to see if she could recognize the unicorn, only to sadly fall as the unicorn started talking again… “Plus, it allows you to listen to a special broadcast whenever you would like as it can tune into and decrypt just about any radio frequency. And that’s not all. A pony’s PipBuck generates an E.F.S. (Eyes-Forward Sparkle) that will indicate direction and help gauge whether the ponies or creatures around you are hostile. And, perhaps most impressively, a PipBuck can magically aid you in a fight for brief periods of time through use of the S.A.T.S. (Stable-Tec Arcane Targeting Spell).“ “Oh, and a feature not to be forgotten: it can keep track of the location of tagged objects or people, including the wearers of other PipBucks. So if a pony somehow got lost, then anypony who knew the lost pony’s tag could find them instantly. It can even be made to glow like a lamp! So yes, PipBucks really are a testament to unicorn pony arcane science. And yes, having a PipBuck is a big advantage.” Finished the Pegasus again… completing the exposition of the features of the PipBuck, as Apple bloom said again... “Of course those are the standard issue PipBuck capabilities… the one you’re wearin’ can do much, much more… it has an APAS, Arcane Projected Assistant Soul, whom will handle all the PipBuck functions, as far as Ah can understand, it connects with the user’s mind t’ do it… of course the APAS has an output, in the form of an Ethereal Projector, so you don’t need to raise your hoof to watch at the screen… and it can hold at least 30 times the information a Stable-Tec PipBuck can…” Then the Pegasus started talking again as Applebloom finished the next explanation… “Now, since this message is already too big, I only want to thank whomever who helped Applebloom to come up with the design of the PipBuck… this thanks is from Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and Myself, Thank you for helping us Help Equestria in her darkest hours…” “I’m not sure if Applebloom will add a recording about how she came up with the PipBuck, but if she does, I hope you hear it… and as Scootaloo said, Thank you for everything, provided you are the Pony it was meant for…” Finished the Unicorn mare, now identified as Sweetie Belle, as all in the barn were solemnly silent, the only thing heard was MOS-Tan saying as it appeared back “Message Finished…” Author's Note And here's Chapter 6... or infodump chapter... Most of the text comes from Kkat's Fallout: Equestria, which I find to be one of the most enjoyable books I've read (3 days, almost non stop reading) and in fact, the use of the pipbuck on the Alicorn is a homage to it... (In the future he might Pull out Littlepip out of the FoE universe for some time, if only to have it maintained...) as usual, don't forget to comment and I'm still looking for Pre Readers / Editors...

And they were unavoidable...” Said timidly the Alicorn as he looked down at the barn floor, while Twilight and Spike looked at both of them, before Spike said... “But you can tell us a short version of what happened... At least to give us peace of mind, right...?" To this the Alicorn just kept staring at the floor, that's it, until a voice said in a sad, tired voice… “That Ponyverse's zebras waged war on the ponies... You see, for them everything from space was evil so, when Princess Luna was purified of the Nightmare, they could not see anything but a monster hell-bent on the destruction and enslavement of not only Equestria, but all of the planet, right…?” Said MOS-Tan as the Alicorn looked at her, one would say shocked, but we know better as he glared at his "assistant", yet she ignored him and carried on… “But everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked... sorry, old joke... but everything did change when Fluttershy and her team at the Ministry of Health developed the Mega Spells... of course Fluttershy being Fluttershy, thought that once both sides had the most powerful weapon then the war was going to end…” To this all of the ponies but the Alicorn had to admit it was consistent with Fluttershy's character, it was something Fluttershy would do, of course, MOS-Tan let them reach to those conclusions on their own before continuing... “So the Zebra-Developed Balefire bombs destroyed Equestria, covering the land with enough Magical radiation to make pony life unsustainable... thankfully the Stable-Tec made (The company formed by Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo) Stables helped Pony Life to survive the bombing, but not the wasteland…” The sadness in the voice made Applejack pause, seeing how a post-war Equestria could end up, so AJ decided to change the subject... “Then, how come he got a whatchamacallit from there when he went pony…?” Asked AJ as she looked fiercely at MOS-Tan, all the while Twilight and Spike watched the debate... “Honestly, I don’t know… my connection to the Shared Mind is stronger than the one of my Boss, but there’s nothing related to the Fallout: Equestria Universe… there’s no requests, no info, nothing… In fact, I assumed that universe was off-limits… so I can only guess our employer did do some background job on for it...” The Apple mare looked at the Alicorn then, he seemed angry at he device, as it revealed information he thought they shouldn't know, but more than that he looked sad, as if whatever happened there was his fault, yet before the Holo mare could continue a voice was heard... “So you want us to believe you are innocent of the suffering of that Pony kind, yes…? And who exactly is that employer of yours and how did him do such "internal job"...?” This startled AJ, looking how Twilight's curious mind seemed to reproach the holo mare as she asked those questions… “Well... not really... it doesn't really matter or not if you do the believing or not, considering that would be almost impossible to prove extra universal truths to you, considering my Boss here seems not at 100%... as for his employer, I don' think there's an easy way to present him to you, yet the closer would be that he's my Boss' version of Princess Celestia, but waay more powerful…” The Answer pleased AJ to no end, it was honest, brutally so that Twilight seemed to freeze up for a second as MOS-Tan Carried on… “Anyways… how come he could do the internal job you ask…? Well, considering that your Employer is for all intents and purposes God, or at least the representation of everything positive or harmonious, well… there is a number of ways… implanting ideas via dreams, casually guiding ponies to caches of limited “rare materials”, even snapping everything needed for his plan to work out of nothingness… those are some of his “Mysterious Ways” to do stuff for the betterment of not only pony kind, but creation as a whole… but hey! It’s just a theory… a Creational Drive theory! Oh and sorry for the quickest Heroic BSOD there Twilyken…” To this, the Alicorn looked at the holo-mare curiously as he said… “Did you just went all Trope savvy in front of Twilight *yay* Sparkle…? WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU…!!! So now we have you blabbering like some gossiper, using your bardassery in a totally inappropriate way and you’ve risked greatly making a nice first contact impression…! God they will laugh so hard if Starfleet gets wind of this…“ “Oh, calm down boss… this here is a couple of fine, strong Equestrian mares… didn’t you see how Fast Twilight Sparkle recovered from her Heroic Blue Screen of Death after being told there are beings that outclass the Princess…? She took it like a boss there…! And at least Applejack doesn’t want to kill us it seems. So chillax and let’s start with proper introductions, yes? The Princess has too many things to do without us adding another one for her to deal with, at least for the time being...” On this Applejack could see Twilight's lie, yet AJ felt no need to point it out, as it was obvious that it was going to get back to Twilight later, yet AJ just said... “Hold it right there Sugarcube…! Ah think we should make sure he’s not dangerous for ponykind before anything else, don’t ya think so...?" To this Twilight found herself stumped, AJ was onto her, yet before anyone else could say anything else Poncho said… “Well ladies, it was a pleasure to meet you both but I think I should head home now... ” And he raised his right fore hoof, only to notice his lack of fingers, so he said awkwardly … “Uh... Any Idea on how to manipulate energy on this body…? ” To this all of the ponies just stared at the Alicorn confused. Clueless about whatever he was talking about... so Twilight asked... “W... what are you talking about...? How come energy manipulation is needed for you to leave…? ” This caused the Alicorn to look at Twilight, then at Applejack and finally at Spike before answering to the future Princess of Friendship... “Well, as you could have noticed Twilight Slowrkle, I’m not from around here …! Now, usually, when I want to go out from a Universe I open my hand and create a portal to get out, but now I can't... I can feel the power, so I know it is there, but can't seem to be able to get it out... Why can't I get it out...?” Yet he didn't lower his hoof, which made Twilight Sparkle look at it, and oddly, she noticed how a strange aura went from the base of his horn to the raised hoof, only to crash against the invisible low level magic field ponies used to grab things. The strangeness of said aura being both the color and power behind it, unlike Unicorn or Alicorn Magic, his magic had three aura colors: Green, White and Red... All three colors floating outwards from the center of the base of the horn, expanding along its path to the hoof in three thin "channels" as the magic wavered as per usual behavior, all the while the colors themselves moved outwards, replacing each other constantly in a myriad of power... of a power more potent that Anything Twilight had felt so far... “A... are you trying to grab something...?” Asked Twilight timidly as the Alicorn stopped trying to do whatever he was attempting to pull off, on this moment Twilight noticed all the power he was using vanished, as he lost the focus in his task as he looked at Twilight before asking... “I... I'm not sure... I mean anyone could think so... after all, the barriers protecting the universes could be considered as doors, right..?”This answer was, of course, expected by Twilight, after all, even in Equestria few knew the reason behind one of the most common pony skill ever, so she said… “There is your problem then, few know it, but we ponies use a low level magical field when we want to grab something. In this case when you try to create the portal outside you try to grab too, which makes your portal creation magic clash against the grabbing magic, ergo stopping you from casting the spell…” This of course caused that Poncho looked at Twilight with a face that more than said that the Alicorn was pissed, in fact, there was a trail of smoke coming from his ears. Still, he decided to take Twilight's word on the subject, so he closed his eyes and, after extending back his right hoof, started pressing outward the familiar over he used to create his exits from the universe… “W... What in Tarnation is that, Twilight …? ” Asked AJ as a golden rectangle appeared a couple ponies away from the Alicorn, surprising all in that barn, as Spike moved in closer to Twilight, yet before she could answer to her friend Poncho said… “OK, I think That will work, well, I'll be going out now…“ And he walked into the portal, only to scream as it expanded to include all of his pony body, as the others witnessed how the magic forced him to change back painfully... “Why is the portal hurting him, Twilight…?” Asked Spike as Poncho kept thrashing inside the light portal, his body placed in a state between Pony and whatever he was before, until he was violently expelled from it, bouncing back as he crashed with the Barn's wall, causing the ponies and the dragon to rush to help him… “I... I don't know Spike... But I will know, as soon as he wakes up …” Said Twilight as she looked at Applejack and Spike, a look of determination on her face... Ah mean a minute you do some Alicorn mumbo jumbo And then you get spit out of a glowing room into my barn...! ” Then she joined Twilight and Spike in the sport of looking at him as Twilight said with worry on her voice… “That was magical feedback, right...? You screamed because something went wrong when you started to change back into whatever you were before becoming a pony, right…? ” To this, the Alicorn looked at both mares as he said while pushing himself back to his hooves… “Yes, yes it was... so it seems like whatever caused me to "Pony Up" wasn't natural… as evidenced when I crossed out the portal... as something fought against my power while I tried to change back into a human...“ “Boss, I don't want to be a nag, but he seems to be awake… And churning into the PipBuck... he seems pissed...” Said MOS-Tan, as she flickered and blinked out, until its image was replaced by one of a Snake. Said snake was pretty much nondescript bar the fact that it had feathers covering it from down the head, and so it bellowed... “WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS...!? ARE YOU AWARE THAN THIS UNIVERSE HAS DRAGONS...? WE HAD AN ACCORD...!!! IF THE UNIVERSAL ENTITY HAS DRAGONS THEN I WILL GUIDE THE FORM TO INTERACT WITH ITS WORLDS…!!! ” “Well ladies, this is Quetzalcoatl, the feathered serpent, God of the wind, protector of humanity and giver of knowledge... and he's also a dragon… now wind God, I am more than aware of our agreement, sadly it seems something is interfering with my power, seeing I couldn't get out of this universe thanks to strange magicks interfering... and I can assume you failed too, yes...?” Said back Poncho, only to have the dragon mutter something, so Poncho said in a humorous tone… “What did you say…? Couldn’t quite catch it there…” “YES, YES I FAILED, ARE YOU HAPPY…? THIS UNIVERSE’S MAGIC KEPT RESISTING MY POWER’S ATTEMPT TO GIVE YOU OUR AGREED FORM…!” Answered the Dragon God as he looked downwards to which the forced Alicorn said… “Well, I guess we’re stuck here for the time being, my friend, and I swear I will find a way to get out, or at least have some of your deserved influence restored in this pony body… now, Twilight, Applejack, Spike… I think the phrase goes “Take me with your Leader”…” This caught everypony by surprise, said surprise vanishing when Twilight said... “No, Not yet..! I... I mean, I’m sure the Princess has too many things to do without us adding another one for her to deal with, so why don’t we chat for a bit...? It will be fun…!” On this Applejack could see Twilight's lie yet again but before she could call Twilight on it, the form of the spirit of the Pipbuck returned and said... “Now be careful there Boss... Twilight Sparkle is a scholar, and you know how those are... she'll question, interrogate and test out every secret from you..." To this Twilight found herself stumped, first AJ and now the Spirit of the PipBuck… How come everyone knew how she acted… She wasn’t Predictable! And she was not some sort of psycho mare torturing ponies for knowledge she was … “And I’ll be glad to share knowledge with Miss T. S. Sparkle... but first I must figure out why I’m this and Why I can’t leave… at the rate this is going I’m pretty sure I’ll have to rediscover everything and create at least 6 magic schools and 9 martial disciplines in this ponyverse…so I guess I’ll need to talk with the most powerful ponies in the land to figure out some of the stuff.... So, can you please take me with your leader, Twilight Slowrkle...?” And for the second time since they meet, Twilight noticed the offending alliteration of her last name… but before she could say something Applejack said… “Now there, you don’t have to be mean to her! Twilight may be,,, weird, but she’s a smart mare so ya better stop being mean to her, OK…? ” To this the Alicorn just looked at Applejack, noticing how serious the mare looked, she was honestly defending Slowrkle, and that was… special so he said gently... “Now, I get it how you want to defend Slo… Sparkle here, and I respect that, you’re right, I shouldn’t be *yay* mean only because I’m trapped in an universe that would be the last universe I’d be caught dead… but I’m here and want to get out as fast as possible… that is why I’m being a bit extra sarcastic… please forgive me, ok…? ” Then all of them (MOS-Tan included) could only facehoof as he looked shyly at them, to which AJ said... “Aw, it’s OK sugarcube, just remember, we all are being extra polite with you, so try curbin’ up the sass we’re all tryin’ t’ be friends here...?” Of course this brightened the Alicorn’s mood as he beamed and was greeted with warm friendly smiles so, it was almost too easy to say... “Will do my best, but can’t promise much, since I have a nil tolerance to morons but me… so Twilyken, as I was saying, yeah, I’ll share some knowledge, but please can you contact your leaders…?” To this question Twilight could really relate, after all, some days ago she would have been the one trying to get out, not of the universe, but at least of Ponyville, so she said in a confident tone... “Very well… Spike, take a letter...” This caused the Alicorn to be surprised as the young dragon seemingly summoned parchment and quill out of nowhere and set himself up in the most comfortable writing position (which isn’t, oh shock of all shocks, lying on one's own belly in a mat on the floor, trust me) and listened… Dear Princess Celestia... I am sure you are aware of the unusual object that fell from the sky today, my friend Applejack and I bore witness to it ourselves. Part of why I am writing to you is to explain what I know of the nature of the thing that has arrived in Equestria by most unusual circumstances. A creature fell from the sky, crashing near Sweet Apple Acres. Something that, despite worrying initially it may pose a potential danger to Equestria; both Applejack and I have been assured it won't be the case, as Applejack, Spike and I personally have started befriending it . It looks like some unusual being from someplace far beyond the borders of Equestria, it speaks of things that make little sense to me or my friend Applejack. Not even Spike understands what it is saying, much of which sounds like something out of one of his comics. Talk of outer realms, other gods, systems of extra planar intervention, an alternate Equestria where war broke out; and something called Starfleet? Truthfully he didn’t so much speak of that, the tiny living projection in this device on his wrist did. It claims they are soul linked or something. The being in question didn’t seem amused, he claims it spoke of confidential information. I don’t understand half of what these two say, it conflicts with most existing theories I know of. His speech is littered with terms foreign to Equestria, both of their speech is. Yet he seemed to know of you, he called you a “god” of this dimension and speaks of other such beings elsewhere. It even shared a "video recording" about the alternate Equestria where they claim war broke out between ponies and zebras. It looked so real; with Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo all grown up and working for some sort of Ministries. The story they told was so plausible that in a twisted way it made sense, yet such a world can't exist Princess it mustn't. Both of these beings seemed aware of the existence of Dragons, even going as far as the creature addressed Spike as a brother and for some strange reason it didn't know of the magic field surrounding the hooves of ponies that we use for grabbing. It is as if he was completely unaware of something that he should have sensed innately. Once the concept was explained to him he “tried” to exit this universe, his body reacted negatively to the attempt for some reason, yet he said it was some sort of Magical feedback after he woke up. This being’s name is Poncho Rodriguez, the unusual projection being linked goes by the name MOS-Tan. These two could be either the greatest discoveries Equestria has ever known, and I formally request your permission to research them if time allows. Think of what could be discovered, think of the knowledge these two have within their minds. All the experience, not to mention the strange magic they wield. Also, Poncho Has requested formally for you and Luna to grant him an audience. Although your sister has barely begun to recover but I cannot stress how important this is, and with all the information these two hold maybe they may know a way to hasten her recovery. Please Princess Celestia, if you decide to grant him an audience, both Poncho and myself feel it would be better if you and Princess Luna came to Sweet Apple Acres and see him than having to transport him to Canterlot as what he has done defies all known pony knowledge that beings like Poncho and MOS-Tan exist. 10 - Prancing With the PrincessesView OnlineEnter the Dragon10 - Prancing With the Princesses Canterlot Castle, Canter Mountain. Time of Impact + 2 hours... (roughly around 10:00 a.m.) So, while we were checking out what happened on Ponyville, the ponies of Canterlot had been following the fall of the meteor as well... Of course not every pony did stop and watch, yet at the very moment the meteor entered the planet she was alerted to it by her guards... So, Princess Celestia Solaris, mover of the sun did what she did best... Held day court. Of course this meant she had to try to calm down her little ponies the best she could, so she had been reassuring her ponies that the falling object was not a threat to them... That is until she saw the familiar plume of smoke signaling the arrival of a Twilight Report... "Now now every pony, let's calm down... I have just received a letter from my faithful student Twilight Sparkle, whom all of you know is living in Ponyville, and is the closest one to the thing that fell out of the sky... So I am calling this session of the day court suspended for an hour, and will be sure to let you know anything I can find out about the object from the sky... You are dismissed... " Said the Alicorn as she looked how her subjects slowly retired from her throne room, signaling the end of the dreaded Day court, only moving herself when all of them left, her tall frame moving with unparalleled grace as her white coat shined in the sunlight. She was accompanied, as usual, by a couple members of her personal guard, flanking each side of their Princess, whose pastel rainbow colored mane and tail waved in the inexistent breeze as she read the parchment letter… “Mmmm... Well, I will be visiting my sister today, and I would like to see her alone... So you can take a break, but I might be needing you later today, but for now, enjoy your free time Royal Soul, Gleaming Honor...” Ordered the Princess. Stopping a moment to allow her guards to bow in acknowledgement of her instructions, admiring the beauty of the enchantments of her guards' armors before resuming her walking, moving confidently toward a wing of the castle few went to, a wing she herself dedicated to her returning sister, only stopping as she saw a couple of guards, decked in a different set of enchanted armor, this one, modeled to resemble more the night than the standard issue golden royal guard armor most linked to PRINCEEEEEESSS CELESTIIIIA… "I am here to see my sister…” Was all the Princess said to the guards flanking the door to the rooms now occupied by Princess Luna, Princess Celestia musing how fortunate was to find out that all the wing of the castle was mostly unoccupied, so when Luna was returned to her, Celestia had a beautiful place where Luna could recover from her ordeal in relative peace and calm... Of course, said musings were interrupted when the Princess was forced to stirr awake her younger sister, seeing as she was asleep when the solar Monarch entered her habitation… “Oh sister what a wonderful day! It's always a pleasure to see you! But do tell us what brings you to visit us this late, rudely interrupting our sleep?”1 Yawned the midnight black Alicorn that Greeted Princess Celestia, Her starry blue mane tiredly waved as she looked at the Solar Alicorn... or at least tried through the haze of the half-awake state she was in... “Yes lulu, I am aware it is quite late for you to be awake, yet there is a matter of great importance that we need to discuss, something that I am sure you noticed before you went to bed earlier... ” “Ah yes… the object that fell from the sky… And do you want us to believe that you have finally found out what it was, sister…? What has your prodigious student has found that you feel it to be best to consult with a princess that has lost touch with the world…?”2 Asked the lunar Princess as she politely stifled a yawn, looking intently to her older sister, almost scanning her in search of some lie or deception as Princess Celestia resumed talking about what Twilight had found out about the object from the sky… "Sadly, Twilight has been quite secretive about the creature, mostly at its behest so we don't really have any idea of what it actually is, but I am... Unsure... About the fact that it asked for you to be there for my meeting with it…” "And about what are you unsure, sister…? Are you afraid this creature will corrupt me to form a threat equal or greater than the Nightmare itself…? So after a long pause to consider her options Princess Luna said... “Very well sister… We shall go see this strange being that has fallen from the sky… but we won’t be visiting him now… We shall visit him once the sun sets, thus allowing us to go back to sleep … We feel not so restful and have no patience at this hour… we are sleepy…”4 Said this the solar Alicorn proceeded to tenderly hug her lunar counterpart using her wings, for a moment before letting go as she said... “Very well sister, I will tell Twilight about our decision to her request... Have pleasant dreams, Lulu... " Then the Princess moved out of her sister's room, letting Princess Luna to fall back on her bed, intent on going to sleep for the meeting that would happen on the future… Princess Celestia musing about how was she going to explain to her faithful student the answer both sisters had agreed together… “Well, that seems to be settled... Now I only need to write an answer to Twilight... And then is back to my daily duties...” Mused out loud the Princess as she walked towards her closest studio and started horn-writting the letter to Twilight, quickly finishing it up and sending it before returning to the throne room, where she said gently, but with authority… “My little ponies, I have attended to my faithful student's letter and will attend to the object from the sky at the proper time, with this I declare that issue solved, and any pony whose request was about it can consider said request officially answered...” And so was resolved the issue on Canterlot, while back in Sweet Apple Acres all four occupants of the barn were awaiting for the answer letter from Princess Celestia, yet of course Twilight Sparkle was the most stressed out of the four, this signaled by her constant pacing back and forth… “Woah, Woah there sugar cube…! Let’s calm down… no need to be so worried….” Thankfully, before AJ could further plead her case, a burping sound was heard, signaling the answer from the Princesses had arrived, anser that Twilight snatched before anyone else could react to it... “Yes! Here's the letter from the Princess... Now let's see... Dear Twilight Sparkle... glad everything is under control... consulted with my sister... will travel to Ponyville once the sun sets... might take us half an hour... regards… Celestia… PS. I don’t know what a PipBuck is either…” So after reading the letter Twilight gave the letter to the stallion that was an Alicorn, before addressing Applejack, the tension that was upon her before dissipated, as she addressed her honest friend... “Well, it seems the Princesses won’t make it for the rest of the day… why don’t you go do whatever you need to do in the farm AJ…? With your permission Spike and I can keep our new friend company…” To this question the Alicorn in the room just looked at the mares and dragon before him as he said in a concerned tone... “But don’t they need whatever is in this barn…? And you three agreed to keep me as a secret until contact with your Princesses was established, yes….?” Then, to surprise of everypony Applejack just answered good naturedly…… “Nope it’s all right… Ah’ll just tell Granny an’ the rest of the family Twilight here asked me to loan the barn for a day, it’s not a lie because she’ll ask fer that in a moment, an Ah’ll just tell ‘em not to come to the barn… but y’all gonna help me take whatever we might need in the farm out, right…?” "Why of course Applejack...! We will only stay here until the Princesses meet with him..." Answered Twilight as Poncho nodded, noticing that Applejack left the barn, most probably to tell her family of the current situation with it... Thirty minutes after sundown... As the night plowed through the land, back in the barnyard Applejack had just finished having dinner and moved back to the barn, bringing with her three servings of the world famous Apple family dinner... "God this was so good...! I mean, I don't really eat fruits and vegetables, but this is one of the best meals I have ever eaten...! And I am including even both my grandmas' cooking..." Said Poncho as he whistled loudly, clearly blocking a burp... Of course, the block only worked on his burp, as Spike received a message from the Princesses, which he started reading... “Dear Twilight Sparkle Luna and I are ready to visit this visitor from the beyond... and we will be teleporting shortly... Princess Celestia..." And, as soon as Spike finished reading the note, the familiar sight of a teleport spell appeared inthe farthest side of the barn, revealing the familiar sight of Princess Celestia and the not so common form of Princess Luna, which had the effect of having the mares and dragon to bow before their royals...
