"Come on,Uvanodinlē, we're gonna be late if we don't hurry!"Ronotē said,practically squealling."Why're you so excited?You're not taking the test." Uvanodinlē grumbled, emerging from her room. "Got everything?" Ronotē asked,smiling. Uvanodinlē nodded grudgingly. "No you don't." Ronotē said,the smile increasing. Uvanodinle just stared at her. "Your excitement,you forgot it." Ronotē said,mock frowning. Uvanodinlē sighed and tried to smile."Sorry,I'm just nervous." She said. "I don't think I even have to take the test anyway,I mean, I live with ponies,but I'm not one. It seems silly to need to take a pony test when I'm not a pony."Ronotē shrugged."Meh,rules are rules. Sure you got everything?" Uvanodinlē smiled and sighed,shaking her head."You just asked me that,silly." Ronotē smiled and cocked her head as if to be confused,then stopped. "Okay,then let's go!" Like always,Ronote shapeshifted into her pony form,a sea green alicorn with a blue,pink,and yellow mane and tale in a style alike to Rainbow Dash's,with a cutie mark with the sun and an ocean wave. Uvanodinlē hopped on,and off they flew.
"Looks like a small group." Ronotē said when they landed. Uvanodinlē hopped off and waved goodbye to Ronotē,then hurried toward the group. There were only three fillies,but they all seemed pretty confident,so Uvanodinlē acted like she was too. She sat down,and curled her seaweed green tail around her sandy colered fins and paws,waiting for whoever would tell them what the test would be about. She pricked her ears and heard someone coming over. She turned around to sense an oarnge filly with a magenta mane. Uvanodinlē smiled. Despite being blind, she sensed things as if she coud see them." Hi,my name's Uvanodinlē." Uvanodinlē murmured shyly."I'm Scootaloo." The oarnge filly said,smiling back." Scootaloo..."Uvanodinlē murmured."That sounds oddly familiar..have we met before?" Scootaloo shook her head. "I don't think so." Uvanodinlē looked questioningly at the other two fillies. "Who are those two?" Scootaloo turned her head towards them. "Them? That's Orion and Auara.". "Oh." Uvanodinlē said,nodding her head. "Shh,I think the instructor is coming." Uvanodinlē was right. What looked like a green, pegasus version of Cheerily was walking up to the four kids,and started explaining rules.
Ronotē flew around,doing the fiftieth loopedy loop in a row in just a millisecond. Smiling,she flew up,higher and higher,and then,pointed downwards and closed her wings,a blue,pink, and yellow trail flowing behind her,marking her path. Milliseconds before she hit the ground,Ronotē turned and flew inches from the ground,and turned back to herself, still going at the same speed. The trail went from pink,blue,and yellow to a fine shade of blue, with a hint of purple. Flying higher, she flew above the rooftops of Cloudstale,never pausing or even flapping her wings. She looked below her,and almost squeeled with surprise and joy. Her favorite music creator,Glaze was down there. Instead of flying down to meet her,though, she continuiosly flew between the area Glaze was in, to catch her attention. Then Glaze looked up.
"Auara Dawn."The instructor called. Auara shyly walked up the area to the place where the flyers were to take off. She bent her knees,and flew up into the first stage. Before she could reach the end,though, her wing hit the cloud and Auara fell. Uvanodinlē gasped. No one came to help her."Somepony get some help! "Orion screamed. The instructor shook her head. "Orion." She said calmly,as if nothing had happened. "No." Orion said,anger glowing in his eyes. "Orion,get on that course." The instructor said,annoyed. "No. Orion said. "You say if we pass we get a good life,and that you care about us, but you treat those who couldn't and didn't like they're garbage!" "Orion,get on that course,or I will fail you myself." The instructer said,glaring. "Fine." Orion said,and flew into the course. But instead of going through the course,he flew over to Auara,who was still where she had been when she had fallen to the bottom of the cloud course. Uvanodinlē let her nervousness show. "The instructor shook her head, and called out the next name."Scootaloo." Scootaloo flew through the obstacle course,and finished the cloud clearing stage. On the diving,though, she went one second short. Uvanodinlē's ears flattened against her head in worry. "You zane, umm, you vane, no,um,oo van,no,that's not right,um,Uvanodilē? Yes,that's it.Uvanodinlē." The instructor called. Uvanodinlē took a deep breath,and began.Uvanodinle did perfect through the obstavle course,her sinuous body moving perfectly inbetween the clouds.Clearing away the clouds wasn't any harder. But,on the dive, Uvanodinlē forgot to open her wings and hit the bottom. Uvanodinlē growled,she was lucky she was used to living at the bottom of an ocean or she could've been badly hurt. Uvanodinlē walked away,to join the others.
