John Darkblaze - blacksmith by day, an inventor by night - has been traveling all across Equestria, and he is finally ready for some relaxation as he finds a spot in Ponyville to settle down. However, upon his arrival, he meets an eccentric rainbow-maned mare who decides that there's only room for one cerulean pegasus in town. When the pony challenging him gets caught in a precarious situation, will he turn the other way or help a friend out?
