Aria Arises

Aria Blaze's silver star shaped barrettes reflected on the moonlight as she stared at the mysterious statue in front of Canterlot High School. It was peculiar how that human was able to go through the bottom of that statue…

Maybe it's cursed? Haunted? Magical? Who knows? Probably nobody. Aria's so called 'friends' were the other two defeated sirens, Sonata Dusk and Adagio Dazzle. Sonata had spotted a burger shop down the road. She gasped in delight.

        "Ari! I want tacos." Sonata pointed at the burger shop.

        "Sonata!" Aria said in exasperation, "That's not tacos! That's burgers!

Adagio rolled her eyes when Sonata gave Aria her saddest puppy dog eyes.

         "Let's just not!" said Adagio.

Aria ignored her fellow sirens and walked up to the statue. She always wondered why it looked so… mysterious.

She walked up to it.

         "Let' see what this statue can do." Aria said.

She pressed her fingertips to the mirror part of the statue. Within seconds she went through the portal.

           "Ari!" Sonata said with concern. She went through the portal.

Equestrain magic… Nice job Aria! Adagio thought.

Adagio went through the portal. Then it closed.

        "YOU LITTLE ASSHOLES WILL LET US OUT RIGHT THIS INSTANT!" Aria yelled, showing that she obviously was not happy to be in prison.

          "Calm down Ari… there's visitors!" Sonata singed. Aria didn't care if she had a million visitors. She'd still be in prison.

But Aria saw the visitors.

The first one was a violet alicorn with a straight plum mane that had purple and pink highlights, hiding her purple eyes. The second pony, who looked just as angry as Aria did, was a cyan pegasus with a rainbow colored mane and brightly hued cerise eyes. The third pony looked absolutely beautiful, an ivory unicorn with curly purple locks and beautiful sapphire colored eyes. The fourth and last pony, a cheerful looking one, was a bubblegum pink earth pony with a bright raspberry mane that was crazy and curled and had electric blue eyes.

             "Hi! My name is Sonata Dusk what's your name?" Sonata cheered, ignoring Aria and Adagio's stink eye glances.

The alabaster unicorn took charge of the introducing and greeted,

             "Hello darling! My name is Rarity!" Rarity then pointed at the violet alicorn "this is Twilight Sparkle," then she pointed at the cyan pegasus,"this Rainbow Dash," and she pointed at the bubblegum pink mare,"and this Pinkie Pie!" Rarity finished

                "Hi, Rarity! Hi, Twilight! Hi-" But Sonata was interrupted by Aria covering her mouth.

                "Mmphh!" Sonata tried to speak but Aria's grasp was too strong.

                "Ugh. Let's just get this over with." Rainbow Dash groaned.  Twilight ignored Rainbow's little comment and said, "We're going to give you a second chance."

                "Second chance…?" Aria asked.

                "I know, I can't believe it either." Dash replied. Twilight nudged Rainbow in the arm, which intended and ended up to be slightly painful.

                "Ow!" Rainbow yelped, "That hurt!"

                "Good." Twilight murmured quietly so nopony would be able to hear her.

                "So… can you explain?" Sonata asked.

Twilight cleared her throat, "There's a threat upon Equestria that we need help finding and defeating."

                "Excuse me?! Are you crazy?!" Aria exclaimed in annoyance,"You haven't found it?!"

                "It roams across Equestria, you dummie." Rainbow said coldly.

                "Rainbow! Give them respect!" Rarity exclaimed. Rainbow Dash rolled her as if to say that she didn't care.

                "So do you want to help us or what?!" Twilight asked ignoring Rarity and Rainbow's stupid argument.

                "Um… I'll do it… I guess…" Sonata babbled.

                "Not me!" Adagio shouted,"What's in it for us?"

                "Um… what…?" Twilight asked, showing that she didn't think she'd want an offer.

                "Ugh, forget it." Adagio said.

                "Fine." Aria moaned.

                "Yay!" Pinkie cheered.

                "Two out of three, not bad!" Twilight piped up.

                "Is there a taco shop around here?" Sonata asked excitedly.

Rainbow rolled her eyes at the pink winged siren. The sirens ended up as ponies with see through colored wings. Aria's were green, Sonata's were pink, and Adagio's were purple.

               "So are we bailing Sonata and" Rarity pointed at Aria because she didn't know her name.

               "Name's Aria Blaze" Aria replied.

               "Aria out?" Rarity continued.

               "I'll go to the front desk!" Pinkie squealed in delight. The cotton candy pink mare bounced to the office.

               "Okay!" Twilight replied with a grin.

               "So when do we get the tacos!" Sonata beamed.

               "Will you shut up?!" Dash growled.

               "Welcome to my world Rainbow Dash." Aria said.

               "Okay they're going to let you two out!" Pinkie Pie sang. The police used a lever to pull up the bars. They let Aria and Sonata out but they made Adagio stay in.

               "I don't know how to take these off." Sonata said, referring to the hoof-cuffs.

               "Let me handle it." Rainbow said pulling a bobby pin from Rarity's bun. Rarity levitated another bobby pin, knowing what Rainbow was going to do. Rainbow Dash adjusted the bobby pin a little bit, then placed it in the lock and played around with it a little until it was unlocked, and did the same with Aria's lock.

              "Done!" Dash proclaimed. The six mares walked out of the prison leaving Adagio behind.

              "So will you buy me thirty tacos?" Sonata asked excitedly.

              "Don't push it." Rarity chirped

              "Sorry I asked" Sonata whimpered.

Aria stared at the cyan pegasus next to her in a questioning manner.

              "You okay?", Rainbow asked, snapping Aria out of her trance, "Why were looking at me?" She continued, not helping but to let out a laugh.

              "No reason…" Aria lied.

              "Are you lying to me…?" Rainbow asked.

Aria blushed and started to think : How did she know?!

              "How can you tell?" Aria asked, saying her thought out loud.

              "It's kinda obvious…!" Dash said laughing again.

              "Oh…" Aria said, still blushing.

The had mares stopped walking, too caught up in their conversation to follow the others.

              "It's just that… I think you still don't trust me and all…" Aria said trailing off.

              "Oh yeah. Sorry 'bout that," Dash said slightly blushing, "I'm kinda… stubborn… I didn't mean it." She finished.

             "Are you done with your play date" Twilight smirked, scaring the hell out of Rainbow and Aria.

             "Seriously!" Aria exclaimed, her blush going redder in a embarrassed way.

             "It wasn't a play date Twilight!" Rainbow insisted, "It was a conversation!"

             "I don't care if it was a crime scene!" Twilight smiled, "I just wanna eat!"

Rainbow playfully rolled her eyes at her best friend.

            "Ya must be starving…" she said, joining the alicorn and the siren pony.

           "I think I ordered too much tacos…" Sonata moaned.

           "Too many tacos" Twilight corrected.

           "You got full at seven tacos and you want to buy you thirty tacos!!!!!" Rarity exclaimed. Sonata laughed nervously, "Um… yeah… sorry about that…." Rarity rolled her eyes.

           "You barely stopped at seven?!" Pinkie Pie exclaimed.
