Rarity and Rainbow Dash Get Shipped Way Too Hard

"Come in." Rainbow Dash called out in reply to the knock on her door as she snuggled the scarf she was wearing. It was the night after her debut performance with the Wonderbolts and if it hadn't been for the mare who now entered the room, she would've been kicked out of them instead.

"Evening darling." Rarity cooed. "Are you feeling chilly?" She added questionably, seeing Rainbow Dash in a scarf.

"Huh? Oh, no, I uh..." Rainbow Dash blushed in embarrassment as she patted the warm, soft fabric with a hoof. "Its just that, uh... its so soft that I wanted to wear it." She finished.

"It must be for you to wear it on such a warm night." Rarity said, trotting up to her. "Let's see... oh, I do remember this one. I made this for you last winter." Rarity said cheerfully as she rubbed the scarf with her own hoof and brushed it against Rainbow Dash's. "Yes, its quite soft. I put quite a bit of thought into it. Warm enough to wear while you soar high in the cool air, yet comfortable enough to wear during those long flights." Rarity noted.

"Yeah." Rainbow Dash nodded, her heart racing at Rarity's touch.

"And of course, cool enough for my little Dashie." Rarity added with a warm smile.

Rainbow Dash smiled back. "Thanks Rarity, and not just for the scarf, but for everything today and for being such a good friend." Rainbow Dash took a step back, causing Rarity's hoof to fall away. "I'm sorry for how I treated you today, I-"

"Uh, uh, uh." Rarity interrupted her. "Not another word on the matter, darling. I already told you what a good friend you are. I see the good in you towards Spitfire as well as other ponies."

"Yeah, but not towards you!" Rainbow Dash cried, taking a step back towards Rarity. "Rarity, you're the most awesomest friend I ever had and I don't treat you like I should... how about we spend the night together?"  Rainbow Dash asked, brightening up.

Rarity glanced around the room, thinking. "Well, I already closed up shop for the day with Sassy Saddles today... so I suppose, but... there's only one bed." She pointed out.

"We could sleep together! I- I mean share it." Rainbow Dash chuckled nervously.

"Sounds fine to me. Just allow me to change real quick." Rarity magically pulled a chest out of nowhere and in a flash, she was out of her dress and in a soft, pink nightgown made of silk and seamed with a deep purple velvet.  "My apologies Dashie. I wasn't expecting a sleepover tonight, but as usual, I was prepared just in case." She said, pushing the chest away with her magic. "So, Dashie, any games you want to play?" Rarity asked as she walked past Rainbow Dash, her soft, silk nightgown brushing against Rainbow Dash's coat, causing the mare to shiver. Rarity's magic wrapped around Rainbow Dash's scarf, gently pulling it off. It made Rainbow Dash turn to look at Rarity to see her looking back at her. Rarity was bathed in moonlight from a nearby window, the effect made her look more stunning than usual.

Rainbow Dash blushed heavily. "I- I uh... don't really have anything out. I've been packing up for the trip home tomorrow."  She said, swallowing.

"Hm, yes, I noticed that." rarity said, trotting past some boxes as she magically folded the sheets over on the bed. "I suppose its straight to bed then?" She asked.

"Yeah, I'm afraid so." Rainbow Dash chuckled, recovering. Walking over to the bed, she noticed that her wings had sprung out. Embarrassed, she quickly folded them back down. She started to pull the sheets down for herself when she found herself wrapped in magic.

"Come now Dashie, get into bed like a good mare." Rarity said, her magic lifting Rainbow Dash up and then setting her down into bed, tucking her neatly under the blankets. "Better?" She asked.

Rainbow Dash looked at Rarity, who had laid her rather close to her. She couldn't stand it. Abruptly, Rainbow Dash kissed Rarity deeply. Surprised to say the least, Rarity placed a hoof on Rainbow Dash's chest which was enough to cause her to pull away. Oh my gosh, Rarity! I'm so sorry, I-" Rainbow Dash started to blurt only to have Rarity interrupt her a second time that night only this time with a soft peck on the lips.

"Its fine Dashie, darling. I love you too." Rarity whispered.

Rainbow Dash cuddled Rarity close to her and she nuzzled her in return. "Thanks Rarity for making this the best day and night ever."
